The pharmacist and her staff are really trying their best, but seems like they are severely understaffed and overworked. The same pharmacist is expected to fill all prescriptions, speak to patients, AND give covid vaccines and flu shots. Id implore the public to be kind and patient. Its not their fault that corporate has increased their workload while not staffing them properly. I was so impressed by how incredibly patient and helpful the staff was to their customers.

Traveled further to go to this pharmacy for over a year due to the convenience of the drive-through. Today sat 15 minutes in a line that didn’t move. Called the pharmacy and spoke to someone who apologized and said they would talk to them. 10 minutes later the same car was still at the window, the line now 6 cars long. Finding a pharmacy that can be more respectful of our time.

Ordered online. Called and was told its ready to pickup. Drove to pickup. Waited in line for an hour. Was told need to wait another 1.5 hour. Told me to come back tomorrow. What?

The employees go above an beyond every single time. Recently I had an odd experience where some random person was following me or one of the customer associates. I asked her what beer or drink she recommended but she told me she was 17, she did have some knowledge about a alcohol and told me about some popular drinks and some she had heard good things about. Back to the story - While we were having this friendly conversations she noticed before I did and hinted that to me. The random dude took a few pictures and seemed to record us. She stayed with me through out my shopping and while I was on the phone with my husband. Not only that but she showed me where all the products I was looking for were located. After that she told me she’d make sure I got in my car safely and we made eye contact and she watched me get in. I felt so safe because of her. A beautiful young lady and very charismatic. I’ve had very similar and helpful experiences with all employees here. This is the Walgreens for you.

Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help! Most of the time customers take me to the exact location of the product I’m looking for, check the stock area, or look with me if they’re not sure. Some of the best customer service I’ve experience.

Filling prescriptions here is always a huge hassle. I had lots of bonding experiences with other frustrated customers waiting for meds to be refilled.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY EXPERIENCE. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER! Timeline of events: I call Walgreens and get connected to the pharmacy dept. I am on hold for 2 minutes, get taken off hold- I can HEAR her fidgeting with the phone- and Im back on hold. Two minutes later, same thing happens again. And again ANOTHER two minutes later I can HEAR YOU, HELLO?, only to be placed on hold again. Ended up hanging up the phone! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

Great customer service! The photo department is amazing and the staff is very helpful. The Pharmacy department is also awesome. I just got my first vaccine outside of a hospital/clinical setting and it was a quick and not at all painful. Overall, an amazing pharmacy store in all aspects.

Such an organized store and customer service employees will literally completely go out of their way to help you. Nick in particular is great, I’ve had a great experience with him every time. The best! Of course everyone else is also great. Will be shopping here forever.

So wait an hour in time for them to close their drive in window...because they need their lunch, but we need our prescription. All I need is someone to give me the prescription thats ready to pick up, however, they need to each and cant just hand me a bag thats already ready. Unacceptable customer service. Id avoid this pharmacy because its undermanned given the COVID19 crisis. Theyre doing too much now and cant serve long time customers. Horribly customer service. Horrible.

The worst experience ever. The cashier’s were talking about me in there language but they didn’t know I understand it pretty well. No one should be commenting on someone’s appearances. This was very hurtful. The managers or head department should take actions accordingly. I’m very disappointed !!

*Employees talk smack about you in this store!!!* My sister had a horrible experience in this store. Two Indian employees on the register were talking smack together about her straight to her face in Hindi!! Luckily we are bilingual and speak several languages. “Look at her hair, it looks like dried grass” is what they said in Hindi and laughed. It is extremely disrespectful to be commenting about someone’s appearance! We live is Los Altos and this store was very convenient for us, however after this horrifically humiliating experience I will not be returning to this store. I’m pretty sure not all employees that work there are childish like this but be aware of these two ladies you might be the next victim!

Terrible cashiers. Do yourself a favor and shop at the CVS thats 2 minutes away. Cashiers at this Walgreens gossips and jokes about their customers appearance in their native language. My friend who speaks the same language overheard what they said about a customer. It was degrading and wasnt even funny. I hope management is aware of this issue and hold their employees to a decent standards.

One of my worst customer service experience.I ordered a same-day pick up order on this store.* When I visited the store, they said that they could not find the order.* I found the order is stated as already picked up* I called the customer service, and they said that is how the system goes when its processed* I waited 2 weeks and found that it still not refunded* Called local store, they said call Walgreens.com, because they could not find the order* Called Walgreens.com, they hung me up as soon as someone picked up* Called Walgreens.com again, they said call local store has it, and the refund has to go through local store* Called local store, they said they would love to refund but they dont have anything in their system.* Called Walgreens.com, they said they have to call the loca store. And now the local store magically found the order.This is a waste of all peoples time and resources. I dont wanted to order anything from Walgreens again.

Love it! This Walgreens is my favorite store right now. Friendly staff and the photo department is very helpful.

Nothing to rant or rave. Clerks are more respectful than other local businesses like Safeway or Target.

I went for a simple heating pad. Upon entering the building, I was greeted by a friendly worker. I asked them where the heating pads might be and they pointed me directly to Aisle 17, closest to the pharmacy, near the Icy Hot Pads and thats exactly where the heating pads were. I was impressed that they knew the details and location so accurately

Good shopping experience, mostly pharmaceutical items miscellaneous items are being sold here, besides the foods & snacks because I mean theyre not as big as the big 📦 stores in terms of item availability but they hold their own meaning by good pharmacy people, & sales floor associates and I commend them for that!! A- maybe a B+ 👍👌

Very excruciatingly slow service. It seems that they have a lot of people at the pharmacy but that doesn’t make service faster. My advice, hire a consulting.

My friend came in and was disprespected by two clerks speaking Hindi. I’m not sure they knew that we spoke the language or not but it was very unprofessional and action should be taken.

Convenient and clean

Nothing special about this Walgreens compared to the other Walgreens. Good store neat and clean. Easily noticed and accessible from the traffic. Parking lot is there. Drive through pharmacy. Very friendly staff. A small store. Sometimes check out May take time. Not a fast checkout. Not enough cashiers on the check out.

Great service

I had a very unique situation with my film in the photo department and Tom the store manager helped me with the issue over the phone in a very timely fashion! Tom was very willing to help and provided excellent customer service.

Friendly cashier, large well stocked store thats open late. Everything was organized and lots of discounted items, easy to spot from the road with decent amount of parking spaces and drive through!

Customer service is slow and they dont consider the discount at the billing. So if you have codes then inform them prior to placing the order. But place is not crowded.

Showed up to get an immunization 15 minutes before the pharmacy closed. They said they couldn’t do it because they close in 10 minutes. Not right. Avoid this place if possible.
