Awesome place! Very accommodating for someone with food allergy. Our kid have dairy, egg, and peanut allergy and they have option for my kid to enjoy their dessert. Really appreciate the staff who work there too.

Friendly store and the restrooms is always clean. Pastries often out of stock but that seems to be the rule at Starbucks these days. Key selling point for this location: lots of plugs for computer or charging phone. And if theyre full, theres lots of outdoor seating.

Update: Restrictions removed. Great staff, and coffee!Masks still required at this Starbucks. Even though Santa Clara county and the state has transitioned to remove that restriction. The service has always been great here, and the cashier was very polite, however the message hasnt arrived. Definitely will come back once that restriction is removed.

Beautiful downtown environment with fast service. Parking is scarce.

Staff are very friendly. Drink usually well made. In door sitting also open back, the tables are too small for my taste but things are getting back to normal.

Probably one of the most consistently good Starbucks. Been there dozens of times. Very friendly staff, orders are made promptly and there are rarely lines.

Above and beyond service, asked for extra whip and caramel & they gave me exactly what I asked for 12/10 😍😍

I love this starbucks. I dont go as often now our office is closed due to covid but the staff are always helpful and make great drinks. If there is ever a mistake they will fix your drink no questions.

Wonderful service and manager is sooo kind. Great place to sit and work, but Im also a fan of meeting people here specially “ Josephine “ She is so kind. Overall, love the ambiance and atmosphere of this place.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Costumer service was 0/10 except for one barista which I don’t recall the name. I ordered only 2 drinks and they messed both of them up. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

Have been to this store 5 times. Not had a good coffee yet. Today was the last straw, we ordered two pumpkin spice lattes and they didn’t taste like pumpkin, not sweet, no whipped cream. For $5.45 it should be good. Never going back to this Starbucks!

The Positives:- It stays open late every night (around 10pm or so).- The staff are super friendly and accommodating.- There are a good number of power plugs everywhere for laptops/phones.- Amazing music. If you are a jazz/blues fan like me, you will love their taste in music.The Not So Great:- Parking is challenging, had to circle for a while to find a well-lit spot.- Super super crowded at certain times. I came on a busy Sunday; it was packed for a couple of hours, with a line went out the door.- NOISY - this happened during the busy hours; there seem to be a ton of kids that visit this establishment.- New offerings are just ok. Tried the Iced Cascara Coconut Milk Latte and for me personally, it was bland. Note that I am not a serious coffee drinker, so I prefer the Iced Tea Infusions as they are really good.

I havent actually been inside (due to restrictions) but Ive picked up. They have the outside ordering and pick up very well organized and the staff has always been wonderful!

I have always come here and I like the place only when it is already 8 oclock they do not want to do any frappe because according to them the blenders do not work,3 times I have come and they have told me the same thing, 3 times I have been told that the blenders are broken and that they do not have the ingredients to make a drink. I understand that they close at 9 oclock but at 8 they do not want to sell any frappe because according to them the machines are broken, all by God they have like 3 blenders and what a coincidence that they are all broken, please I am not stupid.

There are a good number of seats there except sometimes on sunny weekends. The service is consistently good. The music could be a bit more quiet but it hasnt bothered me too much.

Love the products but its the employees that keep me coming back. Oh and a great atmosphere

This was my first time buying two traveler packs of coffee. The staff here were prompt, meticulous and packed all condiments, cups and the coffee so I could carry it all by myself... And it was a good brew of Pike Place!

As in every Starbucks you can buy there good coffee and something to eat for breakfast. Good place to have some quick meeting or do some little work. Also they have very good internet so dont worry about it.

If you love coffee it is a place 2 get it.

I ordered ahead and requested for something to be put in my drink. They ran out and apologized very nicely and gave me a next-on-us card. Would like to acknowledge the fact that they actually tried to make sure the customer is satisfied. ;)

No sofas on this Starbucks. Just four seats sofa others just regular seats ... you may not find a seat if the store is a lill busy.

Its a Starbucks. Default location for sugary coffee drinks. There are better places, but Starbucks are a good default choice.

Busy place but the great staff keep it moving, nice to linger and work or read or watch people run in for there $6 coffee.

Outside seating on good weather days is just wonderful. And they have free Google WiFi, super quick to connect.. :)

Its a good place to sip a latte while catching up on emails or reading a newspaper. Avoid the morning rush, though. The customers get pretty cranky around then.

Average Starbucks, very pleasant staff, unfortunately usually seats are occupied and there is only one single bathroom.

I’m writing this review based on my most recent visit to this location. When ordering a standard menu drink, the employee taking my order literally asked me about every ingredient in the drink and how they should make it. It ended up confusing me more about what I usually get when I order this drink, because I do not actually know how they make it. And when my boyfriend wanted to order a new menu item, that same employee didn’t even know it existed and basically pushed us to order another drink. This was a very unpleasant experience, and ended up taking up a lot more time than usual. I feel bad for the people in line behind us!The drink was well made by the barista, so that’s why I am giving this 2 stars!

Its as reliable as any Starbucks, and conveniently located for downtown Mountain View. Parking is a challenge, but that is largely due to the layout of the city.

Really like to come here often, great drinks and waiters.It is very nicely suited with tables and chairs.

It is a nice place but I am not satisfied with people serving. I havent got the sandwich I ordered. I paid for it and then the waiter came out saying..sorry we ran out of it. Thats ok... I can understand. He asked me to select something else and I specified him my required sauce both times. Finally I got my first order to hand and without any sauce!

I come here to study occasionally. Reasonably quiet for studying depending on what time you go. Has good ambiance.

Stopped by here for work a few mornings, is a small place, but with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Ive never had a problem getting a seat in the morning.

I ordered the largest size of the new dragonfruit refresher and said NO ICE. My cup came with ICE up to the top and no fruits at all. So frustrating.

Large, busy, and loud. If youre looking at this review, you probably already know what Starbucks does and does not do. This one is no different - all of the usual drinks are there, all of the usual pastries and baked goods are available, and there is free wi-fi. Of note, there is a Clover machine available for Starbucks Reserve coffee (try it - it brews an excellent cup of coffee). The parking can be difficult (it is downtown Mountain View, after all).

This moderately sized location has both indoor as well as outdoor seating.

This location underwent some redecor/ layout change recently - for the better! It is now a lot more spacious with more table seatings available, and a good balance between large tables (4-6 seats) and smaller ones (2 seaters). The baristas are always friendly and efficient, though the lines can be a bit long on the morning. There’s nice outdoor seating for warmer days too!

It a Starbucks, same as every other Starbucks. The sameness is a blessing and a curse.

Seating and tables are ok, cashier was nice, too, but their barista is one of the more unprofessional ones I have seen at Starbucks. When they brought out my drink(mocha frap), it had mocha syrup and frap sliding down the outside of the cup, had to use 4 napkins to clean everything off, barista saw this and did not say anything.

The cups look much smaller than in a typical Starbucks, but the place is very nice on Castro Street with a nice seating area outside.

Great little starbucks in the middle of castro downtown district to stop and relax. Close to many great restaurants and a good amount of parking if you come before or after dinner time. Fast WiFi and plenty of seating.
