Walked in and received fast and curtiuos service. Thankfully what I thought was a serious issue, they knew immediately that it wasnt. I highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend Sweet 5! The guys really know their stuff, they have allot of integrity and run the business accordingly. Every time I have been in there, they have taken time to help customers, answer questions and refuse when money is offered for their time. That says allot! When they do repair or replace parts the pricing is very fair and not doubled or tripled. I believe these guys honestly enjoy what theyre doing and not out to get rich on those of us unable to understand this technical world.

I called Sweet 5 to see if they built computers. They told me they did. I told them what I was looking for, the parts I wanted, and they gave me a price that was under what other custom built PC businesses would charge. They delivered the PC in the time they said they would. I asked for a install favor of a certain program and they did it with no problem. The PC is running smooth! I love it! Its nice to have a computer store in mountain home, especially since I never knew it was there. Disappointed that they dont sell parts computers anymore since they have tons laying around, and I needed a part. Literally stacks of old machines everywhere.Edit: meant to edit this since my recent experience. Had a tablet repaired there and they did really good work. My wife is super happy to have her tablet back. Their repair work is top notch.

These guys are awesome! I recommend them to everyone. This is where I go for all my phones and any technical issues. Dillon is AMAZING!! The last time I needed help there was a young woman working and I cannot remember her name but I watched her handle business with the guy from straight talk LIKE A BOSS! She was calm, professional and handled the business at hand. I hope she stays for quite some time.

Terrible Customer Service. I went in there to get an item looked at, was told the day I dropped it off I’d receive a phone call letting me know whether or not it would need to be sent off, because those devices are known for that. Two weeks later, and I still hadn’t received a phone call. So of course I call up to ask if they’d had time to look at it or to see if they could even fix it. The guy who answered said he’d check into it & then call me back, meanwhile he never did. The THIRD time I tried to call (which was a couple days later) the woman who answered was very disrespectful, after I told her I previously tried contacting them and was just wanting an update. She then decided to tell me once again someone would call me back, after she felt the need to add some sarcasm in there. Seemed to me I was just getting the run around. Ironically when I walked in an hour later to pick up my device, because at that point I just don’t want to pay someone whose rude to their customers. Her response when I asked if I could just pick it up was, ”If we still have it.” Which left me confused because as I stated above I was told I’d receive a phone call before hand so if I chose not to send it off, than I’d have that option. But when I walked in both of them were in there not doing anything. But they just had no time to call me back. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was very respectful about the situation, but as a person who works with customers daily I just didn’t see the need for such disrespect.

The staff are very knowledgeable about anything electronic. They go out of their way to research their prices and work doubly hard to make sure you are getting a deal. Ive seen them eat costs just to give someone a break on a repair. Theyre a local small business, so stock can be limited especially in niche areas of interest, but they will work with you to find something at the best price.

I dont think these guys get enough credit for what theyre doing. They fixed a terrible issue we had with Mobilized Cellular screwing up a screen a good 3 times in like 2 hours. They also had the parts to replace the ones that Mobilized Cellular stole in the process of trying to screw us over.Thank you guys, keep up the fantastic work!

Very fair prices, knowledgeable technicians awesome customer service. After enjoying a day at the lake we packed up the car and headed home. Little did I know that I left 2 cell phones on my bumper. About 5 miles down the road I had realized what I had done. I turned around and found my phones, and the screen was shattered. I sent a message to Sweet 5 Electronics, and they responded immediately. They offered to fix it right away, the next day they came in on their day off to fix my phone and for a reasonable price! I was very impressed and satisfied at the high level of customer service. As a IT technician and a small business owner myself I was very satisfied.

Took WAY longer than it should of taken. When I went to finally pick up my laptop 8 days after they had it. They bring me the wrong laptop. So now Im wondering if they fixed anything? The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I recommend you search further for a place more qualified & not so rude when you check the status of your product. ALL I got was, Ill call you when its ready. So I just went back & took it home. Dont fall for the star ratings. .

I have gone to their store on multiple time for computer issues, and to find hardware. Both times theyve helped me find what I need in a timely fashion, and at incredibly reasonable prices. Theyre also super good about anwsering messages really quickly. Overall Ive basically trained my entire family to go to them first.

The worst computer shop in town

So i gave them my iphone x to get sent off to get fixed. they said we will call you when it’s ready 3 weeks later i came to the store to pick up my phone and they forgot my password to test it and didn’t even call me about it. Then it got sent off to get fixed again. i just got my phone back today and the camera quality went down drastically then it originally was. my screen also blacks out time to time and glitches out still.

Always treated with respect. Good prices, huge selection, and if they dont have it they can order it for you. I have been going to Sweet 5 since he opened. Highly recommended for just about every electronic need you may have.

They took the time needed to fix our computer problems and they didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. We were thrilled to see that they fix not only computers but also cell phones, televisions and stereo equipment. They fixed our computer and the next time we have questions about electronic gear they will be the first people we call for help. They came highly recommended and now we see why.

Their prices are good but they dont actually have apple screens. Also they arent very experienced. Also, some have bad attitudes. I definitely will not go back. Go to mobilized cellular. I know it cost more but at least they know what their doing.

They know how to do customer service better than most tech shops. Any time Ive bought a device or game or anything, it is always in an amazing condition.I cant reccomend this place enough. Im so disgusted, frustrated, disappointed, flat out sickened by the quality (or the lack there of) put into my phones care while in their hands to diagnose and quote a cost to repair. When the cost was higher than I was willing to pay, I arranged to pick up the device unrepaired as it was when I dropped it off....I assumed it would be in the same condition as well. Someone should and by God will be resolving my issue. It was returned to me in a completely unacceptable manner. Screws missing, broke mid-frame, power button non functioning, missing rear camera lens, volume buttons non recoiling, sim tray completely gone and just all in all it handled sloppy . I would not recommend them to so much as even put on as saver for me. Im still not sure as to why it was not professionally handled, as if it were their own phone. Im not going back,

Today is 1/19/17. Today my dad came in to this place with his very excellent computer, asking for a more advanced graphics card. Instead of getting any advice on graphics cards, the new owner of the business, whose name is Dillon Sweeten told him the motherboard was shot, and sold him a piece of crap for another $125, and TOOK HIS ORIGINAL COMPUTER on trade, which was 5 times better than what my dad walked away with, this day. He also told my dad that he would take out the hard drive immediately, so he could not get that back, either. ONLY A DIRTY SCOUNDREL would do that. This place will be put under investigation if my dad does not get his computer back, along with the check that that my dad paid Dillon with. It is against any good business policy to take someones hard drive fraudulently, and especially to fraudulently take a perfectly working computer with it. This matter will fall into the hands of the county police if this is not resolved immediately.
