This is the best Walmart I’ve ever been in! It’s huge compared to where I’m from. LOTS of choices, and I love that all the fall stuff is out!!! Workers are friendly, place is clean. Food from the deli is good and fresh. Lots of clothes and home goods/decorations. Love that there’s a huge selection of alcohol too! Place stays busy, really needs a bigger parking lot, but it’s doable. My favorite thing is all the self checkouts. Never have to wait for one to be open.

Great value fish products are from China. Google fish products from China. I did and it sickened me. Good job Walmart. Must be a Biden supporter. Im going to shop for my groceries elsewhere. Shame on you Walmart!

Had great experience. I had forgotten one of my medicines at home so they transferred my prescription down there and filled it. I was so relieved. Will just have to transfer it back home now.

Vegetables are generally fresh, well organized and reasonably priced. The wine and beer department has recently been expanded and popcorn is now hard to find and they have cut back on the variety of popcorn oils. They keep cutting the number of cashiers and adding self-service register units. I hate to see people lose their jobs to machines, especially ones that cause so many problems.

Since curbside is totally a thing now, my review is for that service.Its definitely one of the best Ive used. Quick, friendly and thorough (the double check re; unavailable/subs). Pretty much all you need to know on that

Did an online grocery order. Was told 2 of the most important items were not in stock and they wanted to switch them to something completely different. I declined and asked my son, who was picking up the order, to go in, which we were trying to avoid doing, and check for something comparable. He found the same items that I was told were not in stock. Also, I ordered apple fritters and I got them but they had no glaze on them. Cant imagine how a stock puller cannot notice that the fritters had no glaze when I noticed it as soon as I looked at them through the plastic window. Online advertises delivery so I called to explain what had happened and I asked that a new package of fritters be delivered to my house which is a 1/2 mile from the store. Was told that they dont do that and I could get a new package next time I went to the store. I explained that I was 79 and on oxygen and I did not go to the store. Ever. Oh well, I guess if I ever do go to the store I can just go to customer service and get my apple fritters.

Favorite thing supercenters is the grocery pick up service otherwise just too dang big. Have taken the pleasure out of grocery shopping for me. Would welcome the small neighborhood mom & pop stores back (and NO not Dollar Generals) or wonderful farmers markets like Harrys

Went to this Wal-Mart in My Home while visiting my parents. Ive been to it several times in the past, I think its a pretty nice store actually. They have a large selection of womens clothing in comparison to our store. I also think the selection of home decor, house ware, is great! Our local store doesnt have near to selection this store does! Mt. Home is a little larger in population than our town, maybe by 5,000 people... But we have a very large factory in town that generates around 15k people a day into our town, which stimulates our population tremendously. Really wish our store would increase some of our selections. I also noticed you have some salad dressings that we dont carry and have never heard of before. Not sure if thats just an area thing.. Overall I think its a really nice store, theres no perfect store when you have 1000s of people coming and going day and night, but I feel this store does and excellent job of trying to fulfill selection, keeping a store clean, etc.

The shelves are bare cant find anything that you need especially when it comes to food. However I have friends on the east coast and the West Coast that say that they dont have a problem with shortages so why are we experiencing this? Ordered an online pickup and thats been delayed whats happening with our world?

Never any wheelchairs for those who truly need them. They are all in the parking lot where the kids are hanging out talking instead of working.

Has just about anything you might need if you dont mind walking around forever. The app is often vague and confusing when locating specific items but the staff usually make up for it.

I was there to buy a phone and switch service. The young lady that helped me was first class and worthy of five stars! She knew what she was doing and was very friendly, helpful and compassionate in what for me was a emergency situation. Its a typical walmart otherwise

Of all the stores Ive been in, this is the worst. Pallets of merchandise in the isles. Associates blocking customers and not moving out of the way. Shoppers showing no courtesy to each other. Store is trashed. I didnt observe a single manager anywhere on the floor. I retired from this company as assistant manager. Sam would roll over in his grave to see how the culture he obsessed over has disappeared. So sad.

Walmart is the best place to go if you want to buy multiple items the product are organized neatly. You can find the products so easy, meat are fresh, fish, milk, vegetables and fruits. Sometimes Walmart has sales and their prices are better than other place. They have pharmaceutical products beauty products dogs food, cat food fishing items etc. Clean and employees are helpful and friendly. Big parking lot. Love to go there every week to go shopping.

This state or region has the WORST walmarts. Im so tired of being harassed when I go through check out. I am meticulous about how I package my items and while I appreciate the self check out to meet my needs, I hate my items being touched by an employee when they were not asked for help. Employee forcing me to do my wine by picking it up out of my basket, randomly, no gloves, no mask, nothing, just coming into my personal space without a second thought because THEY wanted to scan MY groceries for whatever reason? None, no reason other than being only person old enough, well I wasnt ready for you to do that. I know its not mandated in this state to wear a mask but when I spend 500, I expect respect for my safety and personal space.

Very large Supercenter. Would have given it 5 stars if they would have had boys flip-flops. Great grocery selection.

Went in to get my 2 year old grandson a haircut. The lady was awesome. Did a great job and was quick.

No options to pay cash at self check out...its getting very inconvenient

I only had 10-min to shop for just a couple of quick items and was in and out. While there a nice worker assisted in retrieving something off a top shelf for me.

Every time I am at Walmart the customer service is very important to the employees, by how they manage to take their time to help each and everyone who is shopping. Thank you Walmart I will be back to shop with my family.

I went to the Walmart website. I signed in with my name on my 90 year old Dad’s behalf. I was able to qualify him for a Covid injection. But there was a notice of no vaccines available. I checked every day for availability without luck. So I called his local Mountain Home Walmart Pharmacy. The young woman who I spoke with was very nice. She said they’ve allocated their injections and are not sure when the next shipment will arrive so they put that note on their website that no injections are available. However, she took my Dad’s name and phone number and said if they should have any shots available she will call him. I explained that he already received his first dose on 1/13, and that the VA has pushed his second dose back twice now due to weather. I told her he has an appointment with the VA for a second shot, but it’s not until March. She made notations about that and said if they have any shots available she would call him, and it could be as soon as tomorrow. Happily they did call the next day due to a cancellation. Thank you for caring and for following up.

The reps for cellular services were horrible and and fraudulent. What a joke. Anyone need att cell service be advised just use the set store dont think you are saving time or money by going to Walmart kioskfir phone needs.

In the mornings the employees are not the happiest but they give great service. The produce people were the happiest. The customer return line is really long first thing in the morning. I loved the unique things I found here. Canoes, cakes shaped like hamburgers and ferns. Free wi-fi was great. Very clean store. They have a very modern, hi-tech pick up station for on line store purchase/ in store pick up. I got the one week fishing license from their sports area. It cost me $25 for the lake and $12 for the river to fish there. The river $12 is good for the entire year. That was golden

There are some Milani makeup products that I love that have been out of stock for over 2 months but that could be because of the shipping issues a while back. Otherwise most items are restocked well.

Thein stock is terrible. It is a very busy store and I’m glad for Walmart it is. You definitely don’t find the sales floor help help you on the floor if you need it. The new program they have with a grocery pick up is a great program I think however I’ve got so many people with large carts up and down the isles that they block traffic and sometimes it’s very hard to get around them. The checkout situation is dismal I personally like the self check out but the Mountain home area has a lot of senior citizens that struggle or just don’t want to self check out and they have very few full service lines. this is just my opinion check it out for yourself.

Clean store easy to find everything. Employees arent as helpful as they used to be though. Maybe due to covid though.

I really dont really care that 75%of the check out options is self check out. I dont like to shop for nearly 2 weeks worth items and have to go to a self check out. The rest of the experience was great. Mostly well stocked and clean. It is a very busy store with alot of retired guest at all hours every day of the week. So it is a really slow pace flow.

If you want to find a nice walmart, this is the one. This walmart used to be the biggest in the country, and even though it was surpassed, it is still pretty big and carries most everything. Plenty of checkout areas. Never had any major issues. Kept clean. Staff helps when asked.

Went to outdoor dept and found turkey loads. Since they were behind the counter employee had to get them. He scanned then and I used my debit card. Realized after the transaction went through that he grabbed the wrong box. He tried to help me and stated policy would not allow trading ammunition. He kept Possession of the box. Called supervisor and she kept possession and grabbed a box that I wanted and she took them up to customer service counter stating they might be able to help up their. They tried again with no success. I still had not touched the shells myself. Had to buy the others I originally wanted as well as the ones I didnt ask for. Understand policy once I take possession, but I never got to touch them. They were still in their possession. Not very customer service oriented anymore. Walmarts new motto. We dont care, we dont have to.

Seems that TV s at Wal- Mart are only backed 30 days...mine lasted 2 months.WAL-MART says I have to take it up with the company ( Phillips) and refuses to help me obtain a receipt...tells me do it on - line....So Dont waste your time Go to a small Business owner or someone who will back their goods!

Very clean polite easy to find what your looking for. Im from little Rock and was up there to do some fishing, had a blowout and their automotive department was closing but they was nice enough to sell us a tire and mount it on the rim for us even though they technically didnt have to do anything for us that was very nice for them to do that for us.

Our first Walmart visit after moving to the Mountain Home area. Employees were super helpful in finding our way around the store. A big thank you to Chris for lending a hand at the self-checkout. 👍

It was okay, it was annoying at the time cause only 2 isles with people were active and the rest were machines only.. which made it hard and take forever to pay in cash.. if youre paying in cash, probably find somewhere else to go.

The Mountain Home, AR Walmart is well stocked. I actually found everything I was looking for.

Doing their best to eliminate as many national brands in as many categories as possible and replace them with house brands.

Easy access to leave the highway. Appeared to have a good variety of food items . Unable to find very many plus size clothing for women, age appropriate styles .Staff were friendly and helpful.

All walmarts dont feel like a wal mart at all anymore 😕

Stuff is out of stock frequently. I like that they have so many self-check lanes open.

Of all the places Ive lived and Wal-Marts Ive shopped at, Ive never seen a more poorly stocked example than this one. Barren and untidy shelves all over the store regardless of the day of the week. Often unable to find multiple products Im after due to them having not restocked. I understand there might be some pandemic related shortages yet, but this issue pre-dates that excuse.

The Walmart in mountain home has gone down hill over the years. Its not as clean as it used to be and the staff is not as friendly.

Its a typical Walmart. I am not fond of large shopping centers, but I go when not as crowded. The stock is a low on some items and they are filling in with newer products as most stores. They have masking signs up, like most stores. However like most of the stores in the region they dont inforce it. The employees are helpful and friendly. More so than most Walmarts.

Got ready to check out and the girl in yellow vest got very smart with me.

I got my oil changed, my injectors cleaned, my garden tools and my groceries in just a little more than hour. Awesome experience

First, self checkouts are an abomination to our economy. I dont know if theres a more egregious statement corporate greed. Second, one self checkout kiosk, and only one, accepts cash. Personally, Ill never be back.

It was packed and I was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time.

They have almost everything I need grocery-wise and I like that all the Supercenters also have a hair salon, money center, etc. The employees are usually helpful, but today I waited 5 minutes for carryout help and finally just left and managed to get the case of water in my trunk myself. While I was waiting, they did mention it was super busy, hence the wait. Also, I wish they would enforce the mask requirement. It says mask required, but 10- 20 percent of people werent wearing one, which makes them inconsiderate of others. All in all, its generally a good place though.

Went in for 4 items, they had 1. The supply lines are struggling. If you havent got and cant get it, you cant sell it, you cant even give it away.

This Walmart was huge in Mountain Home Arkansas compared to Goodland Kansas. But much easier to locate things than expected.

First, they have plenty of parking area, handicap and a RV camping area, at walking distance. They have just about anything you would need or want. You can place a order and pick it up in 2hrs. They also carry some RV parts, if they dont have what you need they will find someone who does carry it. Very fine selection of Fresh produces.

Went through pickup service, had all items but switched mtn dew for a case of purified water,the girl was nice enough to remove the water and go get the case of mtn dew

Often when we travel we do not feel like eating out. We have gone to the nearby Walmart store to buy chicken fingers and potato salad or macaroni salad and return to our motel and enjoy our meal while watching the afternoon news.Make sure your motel has microwaves available and make sure you have utensils and papers products with you. This is a cheap and easy way to travel.

I havent been to Walmart in over a year due to Covid 19.Half didnt wear masks.Most were under 6 feet apart.Employees werent even nice. The only ones who were, was lady in pharmacy and lady welcoming people in & out by door.

Today was a busy day in Walmart but I was able to find what I went for and left in a fairly good timeframe.

Pick up service is great. I order what I need online and I am not tempted by extras. So saves me money! The items are always what I order, and they do not substitute without your permission. I pick a time and my order is always ready when I get there. Everybody needs to use at least once.
