Rich Zuback is doing everything to get us to Boise to pick up a rental. They will repair our 2021 Tahoe, and ship it home to Wyoming, when the repairs are done.
Rolled into Mountain Home from NC. Had issue with my 2018 Denali 2500 HD.Dave in the service department worked me into a tight schedule the next day to diagnose issue and correct without disrupting scheduled customers. Impressed enough with the service, scheduled my oil change and filter changes with them before returning to NC. Highly recommend calling them if you need service.

They have been working on my truck for over a month.. when I FINALLY GOT IT BACK.. THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND SAID NO OIL PRESSURE😳THEY HAD TO TOW MY TRUCK BACK 2 THERE SHOP AND HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM THEM N 3 DAYS
The service department of the Mountain Home Auto Ranch is a nightmare. I mean they are scourge of business in Mountain Home. The way they handle their customers is so egregious that you hang up the phone in disbelief. They play on idea that they do business the better way and provide a service to your automotive needs portraying the image of a charming, courteous cowboy. Instead they are a bunch of crooks and liars that do what they can to string you along and take your money like a bandit. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
I drove over an hour to purchase a truck from here because everyone on the staff I worked with was helpful and straight forward. Although someone was always available to answer my questions, they gave me space to review the truck independently without being pushy. I would certainly buy another vehicle from here.
When we bought our Equinox 5 years ago, we were treated fairly and professionally. However, when we bought the Ford in May of 2018, the same cannot be said. We sold a vehicle with navigation, Sirius radio, etc. but the establishment failed to inform us that that system had been removed for a cheap radio without any of the above listed benefits. When we tried to get what we bought, we were ignored, hung up on, and lied to repeatedly. Even the store manager refused to take any calls from us. It’s sad to know a local establishment is so willing to screw over honest customers. I DO NOT recommend Mountain Home Auto Ranch for the purchase of a vehicle.
Bought a car a year ago and it was a good experience, as well as the first free oil change from the dealership. However, I showed up for my next appointment as shown on the appointment slip. Once I got to the dealership I found out the maintenance side was closed. Even though the sales side wasnt open yet, I was still able to get into the building and no one was there. I made a complaint that the appointment slip clearly had the time and date, yet a sales rep attacked me on Facebook basically calling me a liar. Although the initial interactions I had with everyone here was positive, the recent interaction with the sales rep has left a bad taste in my mouth and I dont want to deal with this company anymore.
Took my truck in to have it checked for a vibration at highway speeds. They have the only road force tire balancer in Mountain Home! Even though it was not a Chevy after they were done... what a difference in ride comfort! Dana in Service was awesome!!! Thanks.

Quick in and out service for my FREE oil change from my 2 year maintenance. Awesome crew
I took my truck to their service shop on Monday for a oil change, tire rotation, and to have them look at the truck for a recall that we had. A friendly guy spoke to me about everything they were going to do to the truck. An 1 1/2 later he came and told me they were done and repeated back everything they did, including the tire rotation. .. I specifically ask if they reset the sensors on the tires and he of course said they had. Well when my husband looked and the truck he noticed that they did not even rotate our tires at all. You lied to me... probably because I was a female and wouldnt know. I drove 45 mins and was on time. I hung out in your waiting room with my 3 month old baby and you lied to me. Wow. Also to the unfriendly car sales guy who sits by the door. I stopped to look at a car on my way out and had questions but you wouldnt even make eye contact with me... again probably because I m female. Shame on you. Im on the look out for a new car and you lost my business.. Also on my way out I had my hands full with a diaper bag and a baby in a carseat and do ya think hed offer to help me out the door... haha yeah right. Very unfriendly group of people other then the nice guy who lied. I will make sure to tell my friends and family about my experience. We buy a $50,000 truck with the promise for oil changes and tire rotations for two years.... you failed Chevy to follow through on your promises.
