Best auto mechanic experience I have had in a while. Owner took the time to ensure I was getting everything I wanted for my exhaust. Very friendly and even gave me a ride to my house while he worked on my truck. Everything came out amazing, looks great, sounds great, and noticeable increase in horse power. Definitely recommend this shop.

Went here for a uhaul rental and that was reserved online the day before upon arrival the guy said that it was never booked and charged me again for the rental than didnt have any trailer hitches available for rental which was also reserved online. And tried changing me $150 to purchase one. Had to go to AutoZone buy to buy one when I had returned the guy acted like I didnt already pay for my rental and tried to charge me for it again until I showed him the receipt. Then proceeded to say my truck was not going to be enough to tow a small car and that the trailer hitch I had previously purchased was not rated for towing. Even though the truck I was using has been used to tow much bigger trailers for years and the hitch is the exact same one I use to tow them. Upon returning the trailer several hours earlier than expected I her proceeded to try and charge me for an additional day saying that I returned it 3 hours late even though I only had it for a total of an hour and a half. I would not ever recommend going here for a uhaul rental the guy running the place will try to up charge you on everything and try to sell you unnecessary things.

Outstanding customer service

Im not even sure where to start, i had just gotten a dodge charger, and was hoping to get some exhaust work done. I called Tim and he gave me a great quote And was able it take me in the next day as soon as they open As soon as he got the charger on the lift I will miss communicated what I one done in right away he agreed and we changed what the solution was in he went straight to work. Great prices. Great work. I will be back without a doubt. Somtimes its better to give local shops your business!

Helping my parents move was a last-minute, semi chaotic ordeal and the last thing we thought of was to secure a U-Haul truck. Unfortunately, most U-Haul locations in Mountain Home are closed on weekends. Tim at Discount Muffler was awesome. He made sure that we got our one-way truck so that we can pack up my parents belongings and haul them away, yet still get back to California in time to go to work.
