Can’t say enough great things about this place! My husband and I were in mountain home for vacation, when our trucks transmission line was leaking and the fuel pump was going out. They owners did not hesitate to help us on the spot! They very kindly gave us the option to take one of their vehicles to get us back to our condo while they were working on it and had it fixed the next day. Such kind and down to earth people and did a great job fixing all the issues to get us back in the road to enjoy our vacation!

Chase at precision auto is great. Pulled in with front brakes locked up. He was already closed but he stayed and got us back on the road on a Friday evening with a fair price and friendly service! Thanks again Chase!

Very Friendly,Helpful,and honest.Car wouldnt crank at all,I checked the batt posts,Batt,Cables,Starter,and all the relays I could think of to no avail.At this point Of not finding the problem, I gave up and sent it to precision and explained what all I checked.I surely expected the worse and a high repair bill,Now keep in mind these guys could of said anything and charged any amount because they knew that my knowledge had been spent on the issue.My bill with precision really wasnt a bill at all,I spent a $0.00 because all that was wrong was the security chip under the dash came a lil loose,Pushed it back in,No problems since.Thank Precision,Id hope to not see you again,But when/If I need a repair shop,Precision is where it will go.Thank you again.Richard Thornton.

This is the best place to have work done in the Mountain Home area. They are honest, efficient, and care about their customers. My dad came in from out of town and they fixed his truck ASAP, they did not overcharge for the fast service, and had him on his way when they said they would! Great group of people!

Had a very bad experience there. Went back to have it repaired correctly and did the same thing. Will never go back. Went to Waynes Auto Repair and it was a rewarding experience. All good now.

Absolutely hard working, experienced and honest mechanics. Had transmission replaced, intake manifold replaced and other mech stuff done on a 14 year old car that now runs like it did when I first got it. Precision Auto has always given me excellent and honest service. I highly recommend them because they have always treated me well and have gone above and beyond the norm.

Replaced steering column, the one they put in was alot as bad as the one they took out, now blinkers and brights dont work, along with various other minor problems I didnt have before these guys got their hands on it, would not recommend for anything other than very basic maintenance.
