The people were so friendly there, so accommodating. I was alone with my two young children and they joked and laughed with them, letting them be their “helpers”. I felt confident enough to leave my purse in the car while they serviced it. Never thought twice about it. They were efficient, quick, and even sent a video detailing what they examined on the car, in addition to the work I was there for. They also have an amazing kid’s room, where I can let my kids run around or watch tv while we wait! It was so much easier than I anticipated, and I would do it all again tomorrow if I had to. Recommend 100%!

While I was traveling on vacation from Ohio to North Carolina my car stopped working at a rest stop in Tennessee. AAA determined that my entire key switch assembly was broken and therefore I needed to be towed. They recommended the local Honda dealer in Morristown….. and I’m so grateful for that! Within 24 hours they assessed the problem, ordered the parts overnight and installed them … and I was back on the road. Todd, the service advisor, was so caring, professional and efficient! This was a very positive experience, especially since I was traveling alone and fearful that a repair shop would take advantage of me financially. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
As a dealership, they are great! But for oil changes, Id go somewhere else. Even with an appointment, it took an hour and forty minutes; the lady in line ahead of me waited more than two hours.

Have had 2 service appointments (oil change) since purchasing our used vehicle. Both were set appointment times, and both times after 1 hours wait I had to go to the advisor to get an up date as they had 0 communication updates. Total time spent for 1st visit was 1 hour and 40 minutes second visit was 1 hour and 20 minutes for a simple oil change only service with ZERO communication from the advisor. I will use my free credits and pre purchased oil changes but will not return after they are completed.Being a former service advisor for NISSAN this would have been unacceptable customer service

We bought our Honda Odyssey van new in 2020. With that purchase came several free oil changes. In which, the 1st 2 were free. The 1st took 4hrs 15mins. The 2nd took approximately 3 hours to complete the oil change. Upon the 3rd free oil change I was informed that I needed an alignment and an air filter that was filthy. Somehow that cost me $280. Okay. 1 off. 4th free oil change I need my tires rotated for the 2nd time. Also there is a factory recall with the computer and Bluetooth audio system... a factory recal... $419. 5th free oil change turned out not to be free at all so I was talked unto buying 3 MORE free oil changes. But THESE were special because they came with free rotations as well. Suspect... but ok cool. Oh yeah I had additional recall this time with the lift gate. $372. Nice, but I got the 1st extra free oil change in. Nice. 2nd (6th) free oil change Sir you really need an alignment. True. I can see the wear there. Acceptable. $219. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. I also need 4 new tires... and ANOTHER air filter... and cabin filter.... AND Transmission fluid change (we are at 29k and the manual online and in my glove compartment say to not open it until at least 90k)...AND a brake fluid change as well (Manuals both say 45k if ever and is heavily used)... AND a Fuel Injection fluid change that I cant even FIND in the manuals..... oh but heres the best part... if I dont do these, it will void my warranty completely. Even though both manuals, online and in my glove compartment, and the dealerships website say that to void the factory warranty you must install after market parts that result in a catastrophic failure.... $1200... that what they wanted on top of the $219 for the actually needed alignment for a total of $1490... before taxes... for my 6th free oil change. So 6 free oil changes end up costing me $2,561 in 18 months of ownership. And I will conveniently leave out the fact that not 1 visit lasted shorter than 2hrs 20mins. All times there averaged out 4 hours and 22 minutes for each visit... for... a.... free... oil change.

I arrived early for my appointment for an oil change. I was told that I also needed my break fluid flushed, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. I asked how long all this would take and was told an hour and one half. More than three hours later I asked when my car might be finished as everyone but me had been tended to regarding service. I’m sure the work is fine, but when you go in for an oil change that’s all they should do. Have me re-schedule for all of the rest. I did not have three hours to just sit there and watch, repeatedly, The Price is Right and Honda programming.

Had warranty issue on door actuator for 2020 Honda Accord. Told to expect part and repair in a few days back on January 6. Didnt happen until Feb. 8. Was promised a check-on-it and call back a few times - didnt happen. Had to force the issue to get it done. Their admin follow-up was poor, work quality seems good.
Service time was quick. Vehicle was clean, no dirty fingerprints.

I went in to have my infotainment screen, dash screen, and backup camera fixed. All went out simultaneously. They convinced me I needed additional services. They told me the additional services would be preformed at the same time as the repairs I had requested and wouldn’t take any additional time. I was told it would all be done in an hour and a half. Nearly three hours and $300 later, my issues still weren’t fixed. They told me they didn’t have time to fix what I came for although they apparently had plenty of time for the additional services they suggested. I took my car home and my husband had the other issues fixed in about five minutes. So, basically I wasted my day off and $300 for nothing. My husband and I have tried contacting the manager multiple times, but no one ever returns the call.
Went to get my brakes replaced, but had other work done that needed tended to first. Definitely glad they found the other small things that needed to be taken care of because I probably wouldn’t have known. Very professional.

The service personnel were very friendly but as one of the workers told me, the corporate directive wants them to schedule appointments to close together resulting in LONG wait times. My appointment was at 12:45 but I didn’t leave until close to 3:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. There were others that had been there for 4+ hours. Shame on corporate / management for not listening to the workers!

Waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. After 2 hours i got up and asked how much longer and the guy had my paperwork sitting on his desk, not finished, but was texting on his phone.
I made an appointment for 9:45, arrived at 9:30 and waited in the waiting room until almost 11:30. Very disappointed.
We had a battery emergency and Honda of Morristown got us in the next morning. Brad Bishop is our service consultant and goes over every aspect of our Honda Ridgeline service so I know exactly what is needed now and in the near future. His guidance keeps our Ridgeline in excellent condition. Also, Kudos to Jamie, the sales person who contacted us about our 2013 Ridgeline. He discussed Ridgelines with me and let me do a test drive. It appears a new Honda Ridgeline is in our future - way to go Jamie. Thank you to all who keep our and others Hondas going.

I arrived early and despite the inconvenience, everyone seemed happy to help me right away (my bad lol). I’m nowhere near knowledgeable about my car, and they were very good at dumbing things down and being transparent with me. I was in and out in under an hour, even though it was busy. I’m not exactly well-to-do and I feel like it was money well spent if that tells you anything haha. This ‘04 Accord has had 3 owners including myself and it’s only ever been serviced at Morristown Honda :D
I went to get my complimentary oil change which consists of a year of free oil changes after I purchased my car. I have a Nissan Altima, I asked another question about my radio, I’m not going to use names because it’s no big deal.I asked why my radio was turning up when I was turning it down. But, he said he’s not familiar with Nissans(remember this at the end). So, when they were finished with my car, to my surprise I had to pay for a tire rotation which they didn’t tell me it was going to be the price of an oil change. I guess that was a trick.The same guy that said he was unfamiliar with Nissans told me that I needed tires and he owns a Nissan Maxima suggested I buy all four new tires because the low profile tires don’t last. He knows about Nissans now🙄 Trying to get me to get new tires for $800-$1000 dollars. I’m not going back to this dealership. After money.

My experience once again was really bad. I was contacted Friday afternoon at around 4pm by Todd Jordan. He asked if I could come in at 10am Saturday instead of 8am (time of my appointment). He assured me that by doing so they would have me out within an hour and a half. I waited in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I decided to check with Mr. Jordan on my car. When heading to the service dept I could see my car parked in the lot. Come to find out they had not taken it back in right out 2 hours. I told him I needed to speak to Josh Buchanan immediately. He said he was at home, but would get him to come back in. Apparently Josh put my tires on himself. Then it was aligned. I came in at 10 til 10am and left at 1:03 pm (over 3 hours later). This was more than double the time I was told and after I did a favor by changing my appointment time as a favor. Poor business and awful service by your dealership and by Todd Jordan/service technicians.
The salesman are the most unprofessional group ever had to deal with. One in particular would not leave me alone after asking several times. Will never use this place again.

I have been to Morristown Honda twice now. First time I was told I had to have an extra service done (went in for oil change) or it would void my warranty. Found out later from another dealership it was way before needed. Second time I needed 2 tires and a wheel. They gave me a list of things wrong with outrageous prices and said it would be 2-3 days and they had no loaner available. I took it next door to the fast tire place. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Also told me my sensors where fine. My husband bought the wheel online for a fraction of the cost, we took it back to Fast Tires again less than 30 min. 2 new tires and a wheel. Sensors and everything else work fine. Morristown Honda are liars! Be warned. Go to Fast Tires for tires or drive to Knoxville Honda they have never done us wrong.
It has been a horrible experience there i have fought with them for 3 weeks trying to get there issues fixed with a van I just financed they sold me a van with a cracked axle and bad strut me and my finance company fought with them to get it fixed they said they fixed it but now everytime I push the gas petal it pulls to a side took it back told them they said just an alignment so they do that or say they did and its still doing the exact same thing. Theyre liars.
Kind and courteous staff, will work to get you the best deal. Have purchased four Hondas from them and love all of them. Still have 3 now and just purchased a 2020 Honda.

Very disappointing. My appointment was at 1230pm. I arrived around 1220pm for an oil change. It was 215pm before I was ready to leave. I could understand maybe and hour for an oil change but 2 hours.
