Nicole, Jake, & Brian in service got me in and done ✅ within a few hours for me to pick up my load. Changed coolant reservoir (was spraying out of cap-new cap and still leaking), and added heavy-duty air & electrical lines on back.The best part was they all had great attitudes. Priceless.Movie 🎥 🍿 room is open. Comfortable chairs, quiet.Restaraunt opened at noon. By the time I was leaving, they had a long line waiting to come in. Very busy with locals.Great stop. Haven’t been here in years but will be back.Thanks.

Very friendly, considering that I have had bad luck all week. They fixed my truck real good and put a smile back on my face. I wish they had more staff. You can see for yourself the work is overwhelming, when you consider how bad the Interstate 80 is such a mess.

Stopped at store #051 on our vacation. Store was clean and well stocked. The big bonus for us was that they have a fenced in area for dogs! We appreciated the opportunity for them to be off leash and safe while far from home.

Ordered a large Philly cheese steak. Would expect the sub to be full. But half is just bread. Ultimate fries almost 4 dollars and smaller then McDonalds small fries.Very disappointed wont buy food here again or stop for fuel.

TA Travel Stops always have what you need. Food, drinks, automotive repair items, phone accessories, etc. Staff was friendly bathrooms were clean. They have a service center on site, CAT scales and a restaurant. Plenty of truck parking as well.

Kids working here are very conscientious!Its all places sparkling clean, Ladies room fastidiously clean, smells so fresh, no build up of scum around faucet handles like Flying J and Pilots!!!Theyre all having fun working together, Team-like spirit!!Refreshing!!Food stocked, orderly, lots of shoppers too!!

My husband just stopped in to fuel up and grab something quick for lunch. The ham & cheese puffs where a let down. For the price of $2.49 each we expected to get our moneys worth. We didnt. They were 90% dough with 10% cheese and 0% ham. We will not be eating them again. Other than that, our visit was pleasant with a friendly staff and clean establishment.

Get 5 🌟 when the restaurant reopens. The showers were very clean and welcoming. The parking lit is large and spread out making parking easy. All the employees I came in contact with were welcoming and in a positive mood. This is a truckstop Id definitely stop at in the future!! Keep up the great work!!OPEN the restaurant please!! 🙏

Sorry to say but I dont really care much for TAs but unlike most this one is nice and clean with friendly staff. Its well organized for the size of it. Even the lot is clean and the garbage cans are empty. The restaurant is still closed for whatever reason. Ive never had anything from in the restaurant but I have had the refrigerated lasagna and its pretty good. You can still get the refrigerated food from there. Properly working laundry room. Clean showers. The Subs at the Charleys they have inside are great. Will definitely be back.

*****UPDATE*****I was disappointed when I got here and learned that the restaurant was closed. But, at least its just temporary. Felt really bad for the people working because they were so short staffed.I have stop here several times over the years, and I never have any complaints. Huge parking area for truck drivers. Well lit at night. People are friendly and nice. Wide variety of food choices. Looking forward to stopping here again.

This TA is a cut above the rest. Simply because of the restaurant. I’ve never used the other services here, I will say everybody appears to be on the ball. As for the restaurant, the baked goods, atmosphere and ambiance are worth the visit. The food is fresh and tasty. The service is impeccable with a large helping of Illinois hospitality.I highly recommend this restaurant. Don’t forget to buy a loaf of cranberry orange bread or pastries on the way out.

I stopped here 3 to 4 times a month loved the r place restaurant was 1 of my favorite stops. Since its been closed i dont even stop i buy my fuel where I can stop and eat in a restaurant.

I come here often to do laundry and have had no issueseven late at night. Well today it was like 3 stalkers peeping toms would not stop walking by staring even after I told one of them it was rude. It was creepy to be honest even with my husband sitting there they never would stop. Makes me Leary about being alone up there walking back to my truck.

Dont bother stopping. Only food is the sub place and it aint even worth it. You might as well Bob tail over to Buffalo wild wings or keep driving

I typically stop here for Rs place.... TA WHY IS RS PLACE STILL CLOSED? WORD IS (FROM THE TA EMPLOYEES) THAT YOU ARENT ALLOWING THEM TO REOPEN. This restaurant is 10xs better than country pride or Iron skillet.... OPEN IT BACK UP OR AT LEAST ALLOW IT TO REOPEN.

The parking lot was spotless!!! The cheesesteak restaurant looked and smelled great!! We did buy a puff pastry from the refrigerator where the restaurant is closed and it was delicious!!! A TON of truck parking although it is a LONG walk! But the service center is open 24 hours so i did potty there one time!!!

Clean showers, bathrooms and laundry room. They have a mini Casino, 24-hour restaurant and the usual coffee hot dog grab-and-go foods. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stopping by again. :-)

After buying shrimp Alfredo from Rs place, it smelled questionable after heating it up. When I tried treating my dog to a price of shrimp from it, he sniffed it really good and shock his head.Idk how long it sat there but when my dog wont the shrimp, there is something wrong.

TA (Travel Center of America) has many selection of all your needs from clothing, electronic stuff, ready to go foods, drinks, snacks, etc. This is a truck stop, fuel, showers, laundry room, brake rooms with full amenities (TV, recliners, microwaves). It has accessible parking ♿️ with big entrance and wheelchair accessible restroom. This place is always busy. Mask is a requirement (I visited this place in early March 2021)

WiFi is not free. A card was not provided for my convenience as stated on the sign.

Very clean very nice. You could lick the walls and eat off the floors! Looked like new! People were great! Efficient service. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I still cant find Clorox wipes at a TA Loves Pilot to save my life. Sign of the times I suppose.

Stopped here and noticed a broken air hose and the shop fixed it and we were back on the road in 15 minutes!! Thanks so much for saving the day!!

After replacing the oil I drove 0.5 miles. arrived AND service in 35 minutes, on the road I changed the filter oil flow 2.5 hours. In 2019, the drivers deal was a bad deal all in oil. sorry for lost time not asked, the driver was late for delivery. no compensation. be careful and always check if everything is alright.

Great place to stop for gas and to stretch your legs. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms and store was clean. I was surprised to see they had dog treats.The Fall display outside their door was super cute, so I took a picture to share.

TA Morris has a wonderful restraunt inside called RPlace...awesome food!!

Stopped here today to get a drink and a ton of customers werent wearing a mask, despite the mask required for entry sign on the door. Employees did nothing to enforce masks, probably because one of the women behind the counter was wearing a mask, but wasnt covering her nose, rendering the mask useless. Dont stop here if youre taking proper precautions to protect yourself and others from the virus.

Seen cockroaches in the shower room and black mold in the shower, now way comming back

I do t agree with pay to park but if you have to then they should be checking on those that have paid to park and make the ones that DID NOT pay MOVE no body checked on that at the Morris Ilinois TA there were people trucks parked in pay spots that did pay no prof on there windshield . Thats why they should be checking they do at other TA

A trucker needs good food. Since the pandemic hit almost every restaurant at TA and Petro are closed. You can at least offer takeout like the majority of restaurants are. Besides that they are better than Loves for parking and amenities.

This TA has better restaurant compared to other TA restaurant in the country, well decorated to enjoy, selection for those have sweet tooth,clean restroom.But a typical one lots of pay-per-no-view (Reserved parking) spot 😉😊

I guess the system went down employee didn’t tell us anything we were trying to be polite and not rush her while she just didn’t give 2 pennies about our time. I’ll never be that polite again you gotta ask what’s going ASAP . Leaving now just left my stuff on the counter screw her. Mechanics were good they told me ASAP systems were down when I showed up there 2 min later to pay. They didn’t just get on the phone and ignore me I appreciate that

I stoped there because it was on my refueling schedule (truck driver) at 1:00 am decide on the pot pie I thought $12.00 for a pot pie was rediculous but when it came out it was worth every dime of it it was homemade and more than enough to fill me up

Great job staff, I had a 7:30 appt for a PM service got in earlier than expected. I wasn’t in a hurry but Brian and two techs worked together at first to get the simple stuff out of the way, but get this, you spend 500.00 on a PM service and you can’t get a shower, but you spend 150.00 for 50 gallons of fuel then you can get a free shower.

Always liked this TA. Fills up fairly early though. Food is excellent though in R-place. Clean showers, friendly helpful staff in the shop, and a big lot.

Stopped here for breakfast, was awesomeness. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is a trip!! The waitresses are funny and exceptional at their job! There is also a collection of old toys and bikes you have to see!!

Usually this is a good place to stop. Today was a different story though. The cashier didnt know what she was doing and I had to just accept being overcharged due to this. That wasnt my biggest issue. My biggest issue was the meth sores all over her face and arms. Also no employees or customers were wearing marks although there was signs everywhere.

Fun place with good food, tasty bakery and friendly service. Dont miss the generous all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet and the ample salad bar for lunch!

I have been going to this place for years. It has always been very consistent over the years. Large portioned meals of mom and pop cooking. Good salad bar which comes with most dinner specials. Have never had a bad meal here. Breakfast anytime.

The guy doing me pm had no clue as to what he was doing. Cussing while trying to get filters on (its not rocket science) over 2 1/2 hours for a simple pm . Now no parking .will NEVER use this shop again .

I’ve found myself in this truck stop a couple of times in recent weeks. It is always clean, well lit, staffed appropriately and has a ton of things to offer travelers both professionals and private trips. Parking is good also

Quiet truck stop great place to park if your trying to get through Chicago or before you head into. Plenty of parking to which is rare next to a big city like the windy city.

Justin was probably the best mechanic weve ever had work on our semi truck. He was friendly, he kept us updated, he explained everything, and just had a great attitude. Sherry at the front desk was also very nice. We have had some bad experiences at various TAs but this location was fantastic. Highly recommend

❗️❗️❗️SCAMERS❌❌❌They’re stealing your money at the pump. Will show you and charge more gallons than actually fits your tank. In my case about 10 gallons more of diesel!!

Popular place. Food was good. I would recommend some clean up n general repair, would make the restaurant more appealing. Maybe a Robert Irvine, restaurant impossible rescue is in order.

No complaints about this establishment or the workers all great people and very nice. this place is always clean lots of parking. A+ all around great place!Drivers Side note . 3 days ago 10 truck drivers reported trailers being broken into suspects were never caught . Lots of items stolen including out of my trailer I learned a great lesson because of this a warning to other drivers . PUT A LOCK ON TRAILER DOOR.Ive never had a problem like this before here. I always park my truck here on weekend first time this happened.

The food is great, with a selection that can appeal to everyone. Decorating ideas for the restaurant are wonderful, so many things to see that it feels like the food is there right after you order it! R Place restaurant and the TA portion are kept very clean and well stocked. This is a gem of a place, the staff in all areas are friendly and welcoming. Youve just GOT to stop in, and get some fresh baked goodies to take with you.

FAIL.. we UNDERSTAND there is pandemic going on.. but u have to close restaurants? where are we drivers SUPPOSED to eat? take out is better than nothing. ta says they are for TRUCKERS . and yet the PROVE that they are not.. all they care about is $$$$.. well I will NEVER stop at ta.. they dont care about truckers..

Well i just dont know where to start. Lets start with the fuel desk...the ladies are wonderful and great to deal with...Charless Philly Subs in the TA has wonderful employees and are also great to deal with. Heres where the problem begins, the restaurant that is in the TA has a manager that is a 2 faced person...he will be nice and then treat you like trash...the waitress Marsha is terrible and doesnt care about the customs in any kind of way what so ever. I will be updating my review once I see how the Store Manager and GM handles this issue. I also have to say the GM is a very nice lady and easy to talk to.

Nice TA! All in all relatively clean location outside and very and clean inside. Some of the best showers available anywhere. Oh and dont miss the restaurant R-Place.

I stop here quite frequently when Im headed to the Chicago area! You can usually find a spot even fairly late at night. Good food in R Place and clean showers!

I love this place. Parking can be interesting but the restaurant is great and the showers are clean. Stephanie at the fuel desk is extremely knowledgeable, personable and definitely understands what customer service is all about. Highly recommended!

The restrooms were a little worked over. The drink area was a mess. The associate was trying to be nice but appeared to be a bit stressed. Overall it was an ok stop. Ill try to stop here again and Im sure it will be better. Good luck.

This is by far the best truck stop you could ever go to. The staff is friendly, cleaner than the Pilot, and the management is quick to address any and all problems. This should be the model store for all TAs. Keep up the amazing work. Hopefully the staff is making top dollar, they deserve it

If you need shop work go somewhere else! They have one young mechanic and a trainee gotta wait a hour and a half for a tire change then get back in line for a oil change!! Last time here for me!

As I am a Driver, I frequent this particular TA after delivering in Chicago. IL. I cant tell you that fuel is the best priced but just as fair as most truck stops. I enjoy the passersby talk. The customer service is at its finest. OH but R Place restaurant is OMG phenomenal. If you were to ask which dishes, Id say Anyone you order. Large portions and delicious down to every bite. Showers are plenty and clean. I find it best to shower late or super early. Absolutely love stopping here to reset or prepare for my travels homeward.

The “R” Place restaurant was delicious and well priced. The decorations were also enchanting.The staff here were friendly.My husband and I are truckers, so we like fitting in a mile run at which ever truck stop we stay for the night. This TA has a large green field we ran the perimeter of only a few times and got our mile run in. It’s the perfect size for dogs to run around in or kids to spend some time playing.

I blew a drive tire and drove my rig in 15 miles out to receive service and repair in under a hour. I am still in awe. Made my delivery on time in Chicago. The service lady and guys are dedicated and on top of their game. This is a place that I usually take my 34 hour resets and enjoy R Place dining.
