The rudest thing just happened. I have a 26 gallon tank. I filled 20 gallons and then I had to swipe again because my Shell Rewards discount maxed out at 20 gallons. While I went to swipe again an employee came out bagged my pump and told me they were closed and to leave I couldnt even get all the gas I needed.

Attendant just put out of service flags on all the gas pumps at 7:55 your hours say 24 hours.

Not understanding why, of all times, customers must prepay. This unduly places the employees and customers at higher covid risk. If theft is a problem, improve camera coverage. In addition, can employees be trained to ask about a reward number. Multiple visits now I tell them I have a reward number and they ring up the sale without it. Then as they void it, a second cashier does the same mistake.Also seems to cosistently have multiple pumps frequently inoperable.

Very nice gas station well maintained and employees are always willing to help in anyway possible. food is always stocked and restrooms are clean but only single stall. store is easily accessible right off 80 pumps are close together and there are only 8 pumps still nice place.

Prices are higher than all others. Illinois prices are high enough. Wont go here anymore.

Positioned at a busy intersection, this Shell is perfect to pop it and out. Get gas, drinks or snacks. However, the business also seems to always have a less the favorable crowd hanging around. The parking lot is in terrible shape and the store itself is awkwardly set up and hard to navigate.

Ive received bad experience with the guy in a mask who work behind dark windows, NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Best fuel prices around and that is surprising seeing it is right off the interstate
