Absolutely love this Pilot. Gabriel and the other guy are super friendly. Showers are very clean. Lots of parking spots. Decent food. Overall great place to stay the weekend in the truck.

The shower was the only good thing about this stop. I paid $18 for a double cheeseburger that was so old and hard I couldn’t eat it, some dried crunchy wings, and a very small amount of fries that were just okay. The “PJ Fresh” hot foods were not out at 5pm on Saturday, nor were they out at Noon Sunday. I shall not return!After shopping, I landed at the TA next door, and that’s were I will be if I ever stop in Morris again.

Definitely appreciate the friendly employees they have working behind the counter. Normally when you go to truck stops everybody just treats you like another person but I always appreciate a truck stop that hires friendly faces. It definitely meant a lot. I wish all truck stops have friendly employees like this one.

Came in this morning for coffee and to get $2.00 in quarters for laundry. Cant get any quarters! So... were now at the TA fueling both trucks. You lost a $2000 fuel sale over $2.00

Love pilots. the reason I give this pilot a 3 stars is that I have been here 2 times and both times the hot water for the shower was not hot enough.

Clean bathrooms which is a big deal for me.

Showers seem to be newly renovated, and had plenty of hot water. Serving sizes for food were acceptable. Staff were friendly.

Place is a POS. Been here twice and both times was a horrible experience. First time had to have a manager fetch someone in back to get service at Subway. Then when they came out, being the ONLY ONE WAITING decided doing her chores were more important than helping a customer. Second time I was OUT OF TIME and parked in one of the last two spots. Two hours after parking, get a knock on the door asking if I paid. And then asked me to move. Said I was out of time and wasnt moving. The boy actually threatens to call the cops. GFY....

Looks like theyre adding more reserved parking spaces along the fenceline as of 09/02/2020. They just painted the words reserved on a few spots along the fenceline this morning.

If you arent going to make the employees wear their masks correctly and cover their nose and mouth, perhaps you should draft apology letters to people whos family members die of Covid during these times. None of us want to wear a mask, but it needs to be done and as a business, you have a responsibility to set an example.

There attitude is horrible here. Our pump stop pumping and we went inside to let them know, they told us to put the hoses on the ground for 30 seconds and it will work fine. Its a vapor lock and its been like this for 4 years everybody know this. If it has been like this for 4YEARS WHY DONT THEY FIX IT!

Just be aware it is unlikely youll be able to get a shower here; we are 3 weeks into the year and this is the second time in 2021 Ive stopped here and their showers are down. Again, with no idea when repairs are to be done...

Whats this trend to yell WELCOME TO PILOT! each single time someones entering the convenience store?Its not the county fairgrounds or the Monte-Carlo casino, its a truck stop.Youre doing like they do at Loves and trust me, thats truly annoying!

As a truck driver, i always look for clean truck parking, restrooms, showers and good food options,This pilot by far was the cleanest in the great state of Illinois, and they have amazing customer service, good driver lounge, overall excellent.

Usually love coming here but lately they have been real skimpy on the dinners. Two tiny little pieces of meatloaf with two sides is $12 come on give me a break people were truckers we like to be fed a lot. More!!!!!

Subway was good and the shower was clean. The shower even smelled like they actually used bleach...... wow. Very polite people and such.

That is mold on apples that I just bought today, 2 days after the expiration date. So, I might get sick from eating the slices I thought were strange tasting based on tap water rinsing. They will say I should have checked the date. Just pathetic.

Allowed trucks to park in fuel island not getting fuel.

My husband lost 45 minutes of his rest time here last night to get into the reserved parking space. The seats were occupied by truck drivers who did not want to pay, because there were still 2 Prime Parking in the pilots app. The two employees of the track stop could do nothing. This is worth paying attention to when planning an overnight stay.

Why would I like to stand in a puddle of water, fuel, garbage juice and trash to access pump # 20 to fuel my RV with $200 in fuel? In is no fun getting back into my vehicle after standing in Pilot slop. Clean it up please.

The lot is huge in the sense that its very tractor trailer friendly unlike some other truck stops weve been to where you have to go in at a sharp angle or go in blind. The space between the left and right parking spots is definitely a refreshing breath of fresh air. The shower I personally used was also spacious and fairly clean. The public restrooms were fairly clean as well. It has a small drivers lounge where you can watch tv and whatnot. Overall, our experience was great.

Nice and clean! Fairly new pilot. Trucks stacked when I got there at 2am for fuel. No spaces, looks like the lives in Hubbard, oh as far as parking. They have the coffee machine, for all of u who like FRESH coffee!! Yeah! Happy trucking!

Just so happen Im a 3rd shift driver I go in to the pilot no hot food Options was told a stop at 11 It was 1130 When I arrived which is understandable so I asked one of the workers Hey if I purchase a whole pizza Can They make that as long is it was a whole one I was purchasing The worker said yes she could probly do that to go ask the cashier to put it on So unfortunately she said there was none So I went back to the other worker and told her This she said there has to be So unfortunately I think she just didnt wanna make it So be it She had a little bit of an attitude

Great little road stop. Its a road stop. You get out of the car. You use the bathroom. Maybe you buy fuel. You buy a high calorie sugar bomb to eat and a drink. You get back on the road. You completely forget the place until you see it again on your way back. Repeat performance. Life is good.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 99% of the time. The app. They have also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

I heard on Trucker And all trucker news your shutting down laundry facilities use ?its to be open for services for Truckers. So how would u feel if. McLane trucker would stop delivering to your store?

One of the newest stations in the area. Well lit and clean, with a good selection of drinks and snacks. What sets it apart from other stations is the food, sure the have the roller items you can find everywhere but they also have more substantial stuff. Today they had pot roast, stew, baked chicken, etc.

99% of all my visits to Pilot/Flying J are pretty much awesome.But, I like the ones that have PI Fresh foods the best. Everything from excellent salads to fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

Bathrooms always dirty. Never any creamers or sugar or substitutes. Pop fountains look nasty by the noozles. The employees here are nice but unfortunately lazy and they are definitely in need of new management. When first open greatLocation but has gone way downhill the lastCouple of years.

Personally been driving thru here on a route for some time:-if theT.A is full, Pilot is the only option to park-prior to COVID19 eating section clean sub way is fine pizza fine However fresh fruit always tasted like onions guess they use the same knife-service needs some work but only young people for the most part work there-RESTROOM I can say at anytime in a 24 hour period stalls are disgusting sinks as well and you never know know when that been clean because the cleaning sheet aint up...for at least a year...-SHOWERS questionableOver all if you can park at the T.A. GO!

About half of the employees wore their masks under their noses (why bother at all, people? Just come out and un-mask! Stand proud in your ignorance and/or selfishness.) Most customers did not mask... no requirements to do so, even though there’s tons of uncovered food being sold and the “protective “ glass/plastic dividers are not tall enough to block some people’s direct breath. One tall 18-yr-old or so, wearing an “I love Jesus” t-shirt (just sayin’!), was standing right up against the glass barrier at Cinnabon—his face above it—and was coughing a nice, dry-sounding cough. I realized then, waiting in line at Subway, that I needed to get the heck out of there. Luckily, for any loyal Pilot customers out there who need to use the bathroom or get a coffee, the next travel center off I-80E in Minooka was way better, at least during my short visit, at seeming to accept reality and respect other people’s lives and livelihoods (both staff and customers!) Gratitude to the Minooka center’s management for setting the tone.

This is the best gas station in Morris. One of the best Ive been to actually. Its practically the Mall of America of gas stations. They have everything. Delicious treats and food for lunch, drinks etc. They even have clothes and things like car stereos. Ive only been there a few times but its great. My only complaint would be its location. The only chance I get to stop in is if Im heading out of town towards Yorkville. It would be great if they built one of these in town. 5 stars

Well Im an early morning riser and I met Lyann in the coffee area. she is just one beautiful person. But anyway friendly faces and clean place highly recommend.

I love going there. Gas price is always good and if you have a loyal membership u can save .03/ gallon. Also plenty of snack/meal choices.

Get here around 1700 for good parking if you can. Brand new and really well designed facility. Clean everything, friendly night crew, a very edible looking hot bar in the evenings, and top of the line washer/dryers. They have a drivers lounge and great, hot showers. Possibly the best truck stop in the road.

Mostly it was good, but the toilet in my shower room wasnt as clean as it should be. I mentioned it to my wife and she said her shower room had the same issue. I also mentioned it to the lady at the desk. Hopefully itll be addressed by management because she definitely seemed concerned about our complaint.Rest of the store was good except laundry machines couldnt take cards.

Shower facilities at this pilot are very good here are two pictures of a standard shower. The water pressure is good and the water was hot. The bathroom was spotless the person cleaning it did a good job not a bad pilot, but it is busy all the time with Costco Distribution plant across the street

This is the only Pilot that was not only clean on the inside but the outside ground wore immaculate. The service by the cashier was great. The manager Alic was so sweet, I wanted chilli but they werent service it that day but he was personal going to make me a bowl. Oh the showers the best hands down.

Rude staff. No hot water. I bought some food and I got a coffe and the cashier charged me extra 1 cup, although I got that second one cause the first one was a bit damaged and the coffe was leaking. So disrespectful for a 0.5$ coffe cup...

No hot water for the shower. The crevices of the shower and some parts of the wall are starting to have mildew. It needs thorough cleaning.

My first time in and I think the staff could tell I was a little lost. They were all super helpful. Even warmed up my cinnamon bun for me. Their Columbian coffee was GREAT!

One of my favorite stops during my trips. Great food, friendly associates, CLEAN RESTROOMS, and slot machines🙌. Gas is also inexpensive. I highly recommend this stop to anyone coming through Morris, IL, I-80 W bound.

Last evening no toilet paper in the bathroom, this morning at 0330 all showers are dirty and can’t be cleaned because they have to put toilet parr in the men’s room, poorly managed, to be a pilot truck stop. I’ve not seen this sorry in pilot

This Piliot is by far the best Ive have come across ...The staff are great right along with the Meatloaf dinner trays (the best of anywhere). With that its clean along with the bathrooms and showers ..... Ill stop here every time I come through guaranteed

Typically when stayin at a Pilot for reset I order a pizza. Custom order, fresh! Never an issue until stopping in here. Ordered a meatlovers with ... extra cheese, before I got finished talking the employee cuts me off tells me to hold on shes going to see if they have one of them ready in the back, if so she will go ahead and grab it for me.... Are you friggin serious? The pizzas on display were old and burnt. Now I know why. They cook them and keep them in the back until they are ordered! Theres no telling how old the pizza out on display was. They refused to listen to full request. Finally got to say my order and they refused. Said they could. But practically said they were not going to do it, with their snide tone. Refuse to attempt order here again.

It was a pretty good place... But I consider it the overflow place from the Travel Centers of America just next door. Very updated and has self-serve checkouts.

I wasnt impressed.. I was there about 4 pm MST. The hot case was embarrassing.. Mac and cheese was dried up...been there awhileCouldnt get waited on... Due to the fact there wasnt any personal working behind it... So I just bought my window wash fluid and a couple of Pepsi and left.. Was so disappointed... The personal and management personal seemed it was an inconvenience to put forth any effort to help in any way... I wont be stopping at that particular pilot again if I can avoid it.... I recommend stopping at the TA WHICH IS JUST NEXT DOOR... IF THATS HOW MANAGEMENT AND THE ESTABLISHMENT AT THIS PARTICULAR PILOT WANTS TO RUN IT...

Truck stop is okay car lots of parking spaces for trucks showers are decent somewhat clean they try but the the attempt is very poorly you can still see stuff left in the shower from whoever was in the shower before and you dont smell cleaning supplies or anything like that its like they just wipe down everything this usually happens at a lot of the pilots and Flying Js now loves on the other hand they seem to have more of their Janitorial that clean they actually use cleaning supplies you can smell the bleach in the pine saw and stuff and you can see in the toilet that its been cleaned

Pilot is the travel center to stop at when traveling. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean.

Fully equipped with all you need as a trucker to rest and be back on the road

In the mornings its kind of messed up there a line to the fuel pumps if you enter the first entrance.I would recomend the second entrance if you want to get in quick to park or to the fuel island it is much better and easier than the first entrance.Especially if theres drivers parked on entrance #1 thats what had a line waiting to go inside.Restroom are clean, subway inside its a pretty big pilot .

Has excellent selection of food. But get there early or reserve a spot on pilot app, as there is a Costco DC across street and drivers tend to wait for deliveries here. Nice interior

My pops tried to pay at the pump the pump told him to see cashier. He did paid $20 on pump #2 CLEARY said $20 on 2 please after complaining that he had to go inside. The lady said it was to protect him from identity theft and took his money. End of it right??? Wrong she put the money on #1. Then when i went inside to tell someone i went to a DIFFERENT cashier to talk to. She talked over me quickly saying well he said #1 with a nasty attitude. Glad they hire petty people to work here.

This place is over crowded, trucks lined up in illegal parking spaces. Make it hard to get in and out of it. I will never return here. And the older lady with the birthmark really just gave me bad service. Dealing with other crabby truckers all the time I dont want to deal with bad service from cashiers too. -⭐ if possible.

This place is very nice and big!!! The staff there are so friendly and nice and are eager to help! They greet you as you come in which a lot of times and places like this dont do that!!! Tons of selection for drinks, food, candy along with shirts, hats and anything you can pretty much think of they do have!!! Stop on our way to Notre Dame and on our way back home from Notre Dame!!! Its a regular stop for us!!!

This report is from a truck driver. This is not one of my favorite fuel stops. The fuel islands are a mess, with the cement covered with diesel spill. The card reader when I stop this time didnt work costing me an extra 15 minutes on the stop. When time equals money it is important to be able to get in and out quickly. I never have this experience at this place.

Its clean. Its just not a standard pilot.The management is horrible. Tell me why a full size truck stop only had two employees and a subway bit no specific subway employees. I mean get your managing in order.Im use to soup 24 hours a day. Here theyre done by 7. The grill items are also lacking. Theyre trying to save money with pay roll and no soup ... Spend some money. And no meatball marinara after ten! Doesnt subway have franchise standards?

Nasty coffee, no unsweetened tea, Cinnabon rolls were VERY stale. Place is pretty new and already dirty and dumpy. No reason to stop. Ive been to the place to the south, its much better.
