Been staying in Morris for few months now. I usually don’t review places but probably the best and the most clean gas station around. Great and friendly staff and you guys are like the only gas station to accept EBT in Morris. There is one employee I think her name is Ashley she always super friendly and nice to all the costumers, and she keeps the line moving always in and out when she working.

So I stopped here one past Saturday afternoon to use the restroom and get coffee. I didnt think it would take long but register chatty Cathy saw a friend of hers and held up the line by visiting with each other. Meanwhile, her co-register helper stood and watched everything until she passively signaled that she was open. By the time I got to her (not chatty Cathy because she was busy with her friend), she forgot to add the discount and I got charged the full amount for the discounted gum. Ill leave 2 stars because the food and drink selection was good and the store was clean. But my chances of coming back to this Circle K is super slim.By the way CK, dont only pass on what I said. Apply it. Coach the workers who are failing to perform.

Employees are always outside smoking along with the manager and if shes not outside smoking shes a distraction to the employees rather than focused on the customers. This is 90% of the time that I go in ther I have a long wait time because only one person is working and 2 others are smoking or talking!!

The night manager, who was missing teeth and looked like she had not showered in days was on the phone with a personal call the entire time my husband was checking out and then followed by her stating, Dont come back. As he was walking out the door.Scummy and rude customer service!

During a global pandemic where we require customers to wear masks but not a single employee in this dirty unstocked store has bothered to where a mask. Dont bother buying more than one item because they wont offer you a bag. Plenty of other gas stations around avoid this plague store. Pun intended.

Got gas, not friendly staff.

Every time I go into this store, everything is sticky. It is dirty and the attendants are always just standing around. Went in today and there were no cups stocked, soda was everywhere and as usual everyone is just standing around. Also the soda was out and the guy cashier did not even give me the proper change the first time.The only time the store has ever looked nice is when a lady from a different store was there. Kathy I believe. She was excellent.

Everytime I have ever visited this gas station it has been poor customer service the one time it was the young guy who worked there having a smoke with the only other attendant working in the back and rather than take turns so they could do their jobs they both had to be back there while a line of 7 people formed. Them tonight I went and I bought 50 dollars worth of merchandise altogether and when I did the gas I had to do it separately because I almost forgot I needed fuel. Well she hurried and opened her register before I could finish typing in my phone number for the rewards program and said it doesnt really do anything for youYea its 20 point per dollar spent on fuel I missed out on over 500 points because she didnt wanna admit she rushed her sale and void the transaction so Id actually receive my rewards and she was rude about it and I never feel the need to say something but today this was just too bad not to make a review

Nicest woman working and very clean and well stocked station.

I go here often to get pop from the pop machine and normally I never had a problem with it but I noticed there was mold on the ice dispenser . I dont know if you can take those off or how you clean the pop machine especially with the store being open 24/7. I really hope you guys take your pop nozzles off and clean them.

I travel through Morris, Illinois, infrequently but I have been a customer at this station as a Mobil station. When I was in Morris, yesterday I only saw Circle K as the identification. Are you no longer a Mobil station? What type of gas do you sell? I passed to another station not knowing what I would be getting.

Very easy access for any size truck and trailer combo. Plenty of room for maneuvering. 2-1-18

I got a car wash at the pump and it only let me pump one gallon of gas at the car wash rate and the pump shut off and then I had to put my card back in and pump gas at the regular rate which is 15 cents more expensive. Dirty little trick, I wont fall for that again no thank you on the Circle K in Morris its junk. I only got about $5 worth of gas at the regular higher price and then shut the pump off Ill go somewhere else and spend money.

Wasted my money on whats supposed to be a great cup of coffee all 4 cups tasted stale and disgusting! 0/10 would not recommend the coffee! 😤😤
