I cant vacuum my car. They did a good job and I was pleased with the cleaning of the windows and the dashboard.

BP carwash (touch free btw) does a better job. Microfiber towels are $3 for a 4 pack at walmart.Dolphin and $3 car wash in town is scratch heaven for your cars precious paint.

They really do a nice job cleaning the car, the employees responsible for the cleanup arent the upper echelon of customer service, Ive had to press a couple times to get assistance.... either at the counter or at the back where you pull in. The wash more than makes up for it .

Use to love this place. Last two times have been 1-2 stars. $50 for a detailing. My car was pretty clean as is. Left bunch of crums on my kids seat and next too it. So they didn’t even attempt to vacuum that part of the suv. Bugs all over the front still. Rear door not done nor inside door jams. Quality has gone down a lot and don’t believe I will be back because of it.

They are not as good as they used to be my car was not very clean they lost my floor mats took them 20 minutes to find them and put them back in the car I wasnt as satisfied as I used to be

I carry a lot of greasy tools in my vehicle and you would never know that after seeing the amazing detail job on my car. Fantastic job will definitely be using again.

Im a veteran. They gave free car washes to vets on veterans day. My only car wash I go to that still has people hand dry the cars. Awsome job owner came out and said thankyou for your service. Morris Dolphin/Jacks Car Wash you rock.

They have really stepped up their game. It seemed for a while a little less than satisfactory but I have been going there again for over 6 months now and they have a very good team working there. Great attitudes good service and professional. They do a fantastic job on the vehicles. Pleased to be doing business with them again.

Did a great job on my vechile. I didnt expect them to be able to get it so clean. Nor was I expecting them to go into that much detail in cleaning. For just a 100 dollar job they kept it for like 6 or 7 hrs. Because they wanted it to be cleaned to their standards m. And omg wow! To the gentleman who did the job thank you again!

Dont bother, wash it yourself. It will turn out better, and you will put effort, clean rags, elbow grease in it. They dont. They used to be the very best. When we didnt live here many years ago, we drove here to get cars detailed! Now I pay a local squirrel, it does a better job.

The young guys there were great! Took extra time on my car and even blew out the leaves and the extra water in the crevices!

Car looks better than it did

Needed a inside wipe down, instead of just the normal exterior wash so i decided to give this place a try. The streaks left on my windows were absolutely ridiculous, Id be better off going to get a 5$ dollar exterior wash and buying a 15$ inside outside detail kit. Will not be back anytime soon.

Love going to this car wash. Always friendly and they do a great job on my Jeep. The owner of the car wash is an awesome person and always makes sure vehicle is done to my satisfaction.

I just had a quick last minute detail done. It was kind of an emergency; my dog had an accident. I cleaned it up as much as I could but I was still worried about my cloth seats. Everyone was absolutely great. They went above and beyond. They had excellent customer service, great pricing, and I was in-n-out very fast!! Thank you to everyone!!

My truck turned out nice. My car..eh not so much. See much more pride in the Morris location. The joliet one is sloppy. Get it done n Morris for a quality detail. Although $45 is very cheap for a detail. They do have good prices and the manager offered to re do my car at Morris location.

Incompetent. I feel as though they have anyone working on cars which doesnt make sense considering theyre so expensive. if i come to get my seat and carpets cleaned i expect them to be cleaned. i know they didnt try that hard because i went home and got the stains out myself

One star speaks for itself. OK, Ill elaborate. Soap spots left top to bottom. Dirty, greasy rags make car look worse than before the wash. So much dirt left all around running boards that I can write my name in the dirt. Im searching for a new place, like my back yard, to wash my car.

Excellent job

Took it in for an interior and engine detail. Even took the day off so I could get it in. Looked nice when I picked it up or so I thought. Was still a little damp so not fully dry and couldnt see the bad job they did on it. Will be taking it back to see what they can do to make things right after paying $135. Hopefully they can get it right the 2nd time.

Sad to say, disappointing. Maybe a $25 car wash doesnt mean as much as it used to. I had to point out several areas that werent even touched. When Ive been through before and those basic areas were at least wiped down. Ill think twice before I go again.

Had to have them clean mats and floors three times, thats after giving the kids 8 in tips. Lazy workers more interested in talking than working. And yes I paid for the ultimate and the extra 4 for the cleaning of the mats

Took my Jeep in for a wash on my way out of town for a few days on Friday July 6th. Paid $21 for the Ultimate wash and sat outside watching the boy and girl do more talking than working on my car. When I pulled out, after almost 30 minutes of being there and now running late, I noticed that they did not wipe down the inside, clean the interior front window, and there was a big dirty mark still on the running board that I could see on the inside. When I got back in town I went on the website and gave my feedback, negative of course, and have yet to hear a thing back. I guess they are OK with providing horrible service. They lost my business and Im telling my friends how bad the service is.

Priced a little high but they hand towel dry every vehicle. As long as the employees care enough to take care of your vehicle, its worth the money.

I love Dolphin Car Wash and the great job of service they are committed to. I will NEVER use the new Express Car Wash located across from Aldi Foods in Morris again.Heres why:I received a free car wash for Express Car Wash in the mail and thought I would try it. Big MISTAKE. I took my Ford Edge through and without going into all the details, when I came out I had almost $700 damage to the moon roof area of my car....that was in mid August.They promised to pay the damages and as of today they have not paid a red cent. But that shouldnt surprise me knowing the background of the owners.Take my advice folks DONT USE THE EXPRESS CAR WASH....support our local Dolphin Car Wash, not only because theyre local, also because they do a terrific job and stand behind their work.Joe Schmitz, of Morris.

Usually does a great job when theyre not in a big hurry. If it is a regular vehicle, they do an over-and-above job because they know they will be called out on it. Put a car next to it that just pulled in for the first time, and they will rush through it...

Kids did a good job on my truck when I stopped

My vehicle was dented in the door by one of their employees. I adreseed a manager about it, he reviewed his poor quality camera and said that the dent wasnt their fault. While viewing the camera it was in fact clear that they opened the door of another vehicle into mine causing the dent. The manager began to give me attitude and tell me that he was not going to pay to repair my vehicle under any curcircumstances the repair cost me $125. I do not recommend taking a high end vehicle to this car wash. They are incompetent and rude.

Nice car wash

Paid 25 dollars for a car wash and car came out dirtier then went in. Tool 30 minutes just to get thru wash part. Kept stopping thru wash part for several minutes. Slow slow service and not enough employees to do quality work. Ended up just leaving before anybody touched inside cause of total fustration from quality and service.

This car wash has gone down the tubes. Some of the machines or sprayers dont work, and havent for some time the crew is in slow motion. My cars leave dirty and with spots.Disappointing! Hopefully the NASCAR car wash going in in Channahon will be good.

I got a $21 Ultimate package. I tipped each employee $2 each. I gave them instructions to take the mats out of the bed of my truck before they wash the truck I didnt want them to go through the wash and get wet. My interior was not even cleaned none of the glass was cleaned inside of the car. After looking in the car after they get done I see they put my dirty mats that are in the back of my truck for the bed of my truck in the back seat of my truck. Not only did they do a terrible job on May interior but they also put in dirty mats on my seats which made everything completely dirty totally contradiction in everything they did. Watching the children employees wipe my car down I make it a point to get a spot that was missed. After getting attitude and then being told it will get done as he walks away. Do yourself a favor save your money do not tip these arrogant children who have no work ethic and probly sit inside and play video games all day yelling at their parents to do stuff for them. I will not be coming back again. I do not blame the company whatsoever. I think dolphin car wash is a great car wash I would love to go to it, but unfortunately I have no faith in the youth today and as long as they employed children it is what it is. Sad days. Almost $40 spent when I coulda went across the street and get it done at the gas station for less than $10 and it pretty much look the same. These kids might As well not done anything to the interior after paying them both to dollars $4 in tips I rather have burnt it in front of their face and said happy 4th of July enjoy the fireworks. Rant over. Dumbass entitled soft kids these days. Blame the parents.

Outside was very clean, inside (which I paid for) could have been done better. I didnt see them wipe my doors, my dash still had dust on it and none of my windows were cleaned from the inside.

I brought in a coupon I received as a gift and they did not do everything it said they would. They didnt wipe my dash, or get the bugs off the front end, or the dirt off the back end, or vacuum my seats.The detail staff was extremely lazy and didnt even complete it when they were informed to run it through again by the desk clerk.

Not impressed with the dolphin Car Wash spent $15 on a car wash got through the carwash at the other end the gentleman opened up my drivers door wiped off the jam I have an additional door thats behind my main door he never open that up and wipe that down never walked around to the other side opened up the passenger door and wipe down the jam there not sure what all he did but it was hardly anything that he did because when I got home I spent another hour basically going over the vehicle and part of it was I was giving the plastic areas more of a shine where the areas that he had touched some of them was not impressed with the dolphin Car Wash here in Morris at all
