I’m really mad. Went and had my oil changed a few months ago at this Walmart. Went again today at another location. They apparently put so much oil in they needed 2 oil pans to catch it all. Horrible for my vehicle, running better now. Hopefully no damage was done. Really unacceptable for a simple oil change. Will never be back.

Called ahead of time to see if they had availability for tire installation. We agreed on the time and as soon as I got there they took me right in. It took about 40 minutes for all four tires.

I brought my car in to have the headlight bulbs changed. They worked on my car for exactly 6 minutes, per the text updates before returning it to me telling me they COULDNT change the bulbs. They told me that it would have to have most of the front end removed to replace the bulbs and to take it to a dealership. The incompetence and laziness is astounding. I looked it up on YouTube myself when I got home, and managed to change both bulbs in 20 minutes all by myself. Only two minor things needed to be removed to access the headlights. Im far from a mechanic. Lesson learned. Ill be taking my car somewhere else for any future work.

Older gentleman in the Morris, Illinois auto center fixed my tire that had a nail in it. He was excellent. Friendly & efficient.

Went in for a oil change before a vacation. Then put in different bolts on my bottom of the car making the bottom cover fall off and screw up our car when we were in the middle of nowhere. Then i had to buy tools to fix THEIR PROBLEM they made for us. Now we have to get a new bottom cover after he even assured us he put better bolts in

I called ahead of time for them to fix a flat tire that was already off the truck and they said come on in and I was already outside and when I rolled the tire over the 2 mechanics that were washing their rims for their vehicle and it is only 5:30 and they close at 7 and said they do not have enough time to fix a flat hole in a tire

They got me in before they closed when I had an emergency even tho they were busy.

A tire that I bought from Walmart had a puncture in a perfect spot for a patch on the inside. The tire only had 13,000 miles on it. I did not have road hazard insurance. The mechanic at Walmart, although very nice, did not want to fix it and suggested a new tire because the puncture was about 1/2 long. He didnt think his patch would be large enough to do the job. I personally think he was just trying to sell me a tire that I didnt need. I took the tire down the street to Kevin at Tire Tracks and he completed the job with confidence and no hesitation. Kevin saved me about $50. Five stars to Tire Tracks USA in Morris, IL.

Replaced the tires in my car quickly. The mechanic and the associate who rang me up were extremely friendly.

Walmart products are good. The wait time to get service can sometimes take forever. Walmart does not want to pay there workers a fair competitive wage so it is hard for them to get and keep good help. GREED is an evil thing Walmart chooses to partake in every aspect of there business.

My car battery died and I needed a replacement. Their prices are fine but I ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours just to get a new battery installed!They told me when I got there it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours, so yeah, I shouldve done it myself but we were in the middle of a mini-snowstorm at the time, ugh.

Dont know what they are doing, was told would take 20 mins and now an hour and 15 mins in still waiting

Came in at 2 for an oil change and being told they are closing at 4 so no more service for the day. The lady was very rude about it. Two hours? Really? I won’t come back to this place!!! So much for good customer service.

I went there and the sign said they close at 7pm but they said they dont have enough help so they closed at 4pm. What an embarrasment for a walmart.

Everything was fine but I think they need hire more people in the morning which is the busiest hrs people wait more then 1 hr just for oil change.

Every time I have come here I have been told an hour to hour and a half wait time. I have NEVER left in under 3 hours. This is the third and final time I will come here. I am now here for a 1 TIRE CHANGE. I got here 3 hours ago. I am watching my car just sit here. I do not mind waiting and understand things may take time, but I would have arranged a ride home had I known this would happen AGAIN. Take your business else where, unless you enjoy waiting at Walmart all day.

Horrible. Mixed up my tire sensors, took so long mounting them that half the shop left for the day and then the credit card machine was acting up. Horrible experience.

Was told it would be an hour for an oil change and tires rotation. 2.5 hours later it still isn’t done. 3 auto workers working on my car, none with Walmart uniform shirt which makes me Leary of who is working on my vehicle!

This auto center takes forever. It took over 2 hours for an oil change when we were the first people there when they opened. Then later over 3 hours just to change a tire!

Super slow spent almost 3hrs when told it was 1 just for a oil change

I dont know if the mechanic is an idiot or they have to follow idiotic rules. First he made me remove the 2 ladders off my van roof. Then once he had it up on the hoist, he tells me he cant do the oil change because my dip stick tube is broken. Ive had 20+ oil changes since the tube broke and I have never had to remove my ladders in 200,000+ miles. The worse part was being spoken to like a 3 year old.

These people are incompetent, dont know how they take so long doing simple fixes. Will not be coming to this Auto Center again.

Went in for tires and they broke the stem on my rim. Will NEVER be going back here.

I will never take my car back to Walmart for service center they have know clue what there doing my wife took the car there on 9/6/2016 and about 2 weeks latter she said to me I think are car is leaking oil so she took it there and the shop was closed but there was a guy that work there he came out with her and checked the oil she was a quart low so he looked under the car with a flash light and said yes you are leaking he had oil on his hand so he added oil that she bought and we went in the store and he got the store manger she came up and talked to my wife and she said I will email the manger for in the morning so I called and the manger that I talked to said bring it in so when my husband got home I took it there and the manger that came to the back was so rude he looked like some bum off the street so he got my key and put it on a rack and raised it up and said I dont see any leaks so where is the oil going then ??? I dont know he says so I suggest to never take your car to get service done there ever BAD Service rude I really dont think they know what there doing I did call the 800 Walmart waiting on a call back from them he said it could be 3 days to get a call from them ... I will never take my vehicle back there
