I took my SUV to the Morris Tire Track’s (location I’ve used for over 10 years) location to replace all 4 tires and get an alignment. I also asked for a full inspection on the vehicle, specifically the suspension. At pick up, I was told there were no safety hazards, the front struts were slightly leaking, but fine. To just keep an eye on them. Rear suspension not even mentionable. I picked up my vehicle with my 7mo old son and drove about 10mi before I had to pull over because it started shaking horribly. The company was closed. So, I called the next morning, they sent someone to tighten everything up and he found I had lost lug nuts and every single remaining nut was finger loose. After multiple complaints of how the vehicle wobbles, my lugs nuts keep loosening up, my steering pulls into oncoming traffic, and going back and forth about the vehicle still not driving right, they finally said they would do an inspection. I took it to another location - same company, Joliet’s Tire Track’s location, not being very trusting of the original one. There, I watched them grind down the back of 2 of my wheels because they were warped, was told my struts were blown, my tires were improperly weighted and had to be rebalanced (Specifically told to check by the GM because the Morris tire machine was having issues and it was just replaced it shortly after my original visit. And paid for an oil change... within 24 hours, I was again broken down on the side of the interstate with my now 8mo in tow. This time, 2 of my lug bolts had completely broken off and multiple lug nuts were finger loose again. (Something that keeps happening since the original incident.)As this point, I just want people to know Tire Tracks will not take responsibility for their actions (or rather lack there of) and to be cautious to not find themselves in my situation.

I am a mid 20s female. Most mechanics or oil change locations take advantage of any women who may not know anything about cars. However, I have taken my car to Tire Tracks multiple times. for tires, oil changes, alignments and even had them check out some other issues. they have NEVER taken advantage of my little knowledge and have always done a great job making sure i understand the issue. their prices are fair and they get things done quick. i would HIGHLY recommend Tire Tracks to any one for any car needs

If all over the place and not on top of things like Kevin. Brought My car in for an oil change at 8:05 and he told me it’s take all day till 5. 🤔🤯😆😂💀 time to find another place. 🤷‍♂️

Pulled in at 4:30 coming off I-80 with a emergency. Was literally blessed finding this place. Fixed my problem and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. Knowing I wasnt from the area, and a 1 time customer, i was expecting a much higher bill then received. Im still beyond thankful for the service I received. Highly recommend this place.

Was in a tough place with needing tires done today. And although they are short staffed due to the pandemic. Sean made sure to get me in, quickly and got my issues resolved very painlessly... awesome small town place that takes care of their people, strongly recommend to anyone needing tires

Have a fleet vehicle and needed tire repaired. At closing time, the Guys changed my tire out for the spare and said theyd fix the bad tire the next day. Sure enough, tire was fixed. Very friendly and helpful.

Took my 01 Corolla for front end alignment because the car pulled strongly to the right; TT found uneven wear on tires & could not align it to mfrs specs due to prior trauma by previous owner; Jim at TT compiled the list of parts & estimated cost to repair the suspension; the work performed in less than one day resulted in the car driving perfectly straight at slow & fast speeds, no pulling, no vibration; the car has never tracked better. Had a care tire with a slow leak, called them and ran it over to get it patched right then. Overall it took maybe 10-15 minutes, $20 total, tire was patched, clean ready to go. Ill be going back there when I need new tires.
