Kayla was the absolute sweetest from the time I walked in the door.. she said hello & asked how she could me, I said my battery is shot & I cant turn off my truck or it won’t start again. She guided me through the pricing and suggested the best fit for me not the most expensive, & offered to change it out for me.. WHO DOES THAT!!! John Hanson the store manager should be recognized for going above and beyond with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!On 2/19/21, I visited the Morris AutoZone location, in need of a blown fuse in my car, and asked him for assistance. He not only guided me through the process, but also made sure I removed and replaced the fuse in the correct area. Dark, cold, and late, he had a great attitude, and great personality, and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Let him be recognized, good employees are hard to find these days!

Its autozone. This is a smaller store then a lot that I have been too, but they try their best.

They werent able to help me out and what parts they did have were way too expensive for me really $50 for an air filter??????

Found everything I need fast and easy and very helpful

Went and bought windshield wipers for 2 cars (5 total for $100). First trip was greeted and helped by someone and had no issues except the paper he printed for the size stated we needed 2 24 for front and 1 14 for the rear. Got home to install (didnt have that car with me) and the passenger was a 22 and rear needed to be rear specific. So another 50minute round trip was needed. My wife went with here vehicle and I said just have them install them for since it is going to rain today, and for the inconvenience.... she was given attitude on why she bought those sizes since they were opened and more attitude for asking to install, even though it wasnt our fault. If we were told the correct size I would have installed them. Advanced auto will be where we go in the future

Younger kid didnt know anything about cars. Read a code and said it could be so many things. The paper he printed clearly told me what i needed to know but far as the kid he gave the most bogus excuse instead of saying im new and have no clue let me ask someone who does. Other employees are great.

Great experience, Jeff who I believe to be the manager or assistant manager was wonderful and very helpful. Had car problems wasnt sure if it was a bad battery or alternator. He tested the battery and alternator 3 times just to confirm. It ended up being a bad battery, so Jeff changed that for us himself and got our car started right up and back on our road trip! Thank you Jeff for the great service! 👍🏻

Went in yesterday for a battery. The two men were very nice and helpful! Going to drop the battery off today and have them check my codes to make sure my alternator is good. The men informed me next time to just bring the car and they will install it for me. That’s awesome for a mom with kids!!! I believe the men’s names I worked with were Jeffrey and affredo. (So sorry if I incorrectly spelled or said names wrong). Great people!

I ordered the belt I needed online for pickup. When it came time to check out, the gentleman asked me if the car had AC. It does. He realized I had ordered the wrong belt. Had he not, I wouldnt have known until I had the car half apart. Good catch. Saved me a lot of trouble.

Super fast place. The worker made sure I had all the tools I needed to get my car fix right. I didnt have to make a 2nd trip. He even showed me told me tips on how to do it. Which was super helpful
