Alvin kings auto shop is a well known rip off, which doesnt even operate with a current buisness license.

They are wonderful. They are great people. They do a awesome jobs.

Went in for check engine light diagnosis....was told not to worry about it ($87 advice) and left with not only check engine light still on but now ABS & BRAKE warning lights on. When brought to receptionist attention she stayed they dont have diagnostic equment to read ABS system...even tho mechanic said it needed a wheel speed sensor. Apparently they are NOT A DIAGNOSTIC SHOP....DONT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT...NOR HAVE STAFF TRAINED IN ELECTRONICS......But they advertise a diagnostic shop ???? I guess so they can get you for $100 code scan thats free at AutoZone. When I asked for diagnostic printout, they couldnt provide one and when I asked for receipt that I paid in cash, she said computers were down.Very unprofessional, and apparently doesnt mind if customers in from office hear her constant vulgar language from the shop and on her cell phone.. looks like theres multiple businesses there...used cars, truck rentals and a print shop of some sort...but a diagnostic auto service shop THEY re NOT
