Unfortunately I have been there a few times and they always do a fantastic job.

They dont take card. Which I find inconvenient and crazy considering the times. VERY expensive tow.

Do not take your car here. I took it there to get repaired and they stole my transmission, supercharger,and engine. Do not take anything here they are crooks.

Used them for several repairs now. Owner stood with my wife until after they closed until I was able to pick her up one evening. Had an incident where the paint started to flake off a new bumper they had put on. Called and got it back in quickly and they fixed it on their dime with no hassle.

Got in a wreck had the car towed to this shop. Car came back a lot later than expected however it drives and looks better than when we first purchased it. Would use again.

If I could place a negative star I would. I called and scheduled an appointment a week in advance to get an estimate on my Jeep. When I showed up the first thing they asked was what insurance I had. I explained the situation that I was rear ended and that both parties had AllState. I was then told that they did not deal with AllState. I was then told to send a copy of the estimate that AllState had given me and he told me to come in a different day for repairs, I was also told that they would order the parts and if they needed more then they would do it while my Jeep was already in their shop. No one came out to look at the damage. Morgantown Collision you have lost my business.

I had a hole and a dent in my rear bumber and they fixed it right up for $100 less than they originally quoted me. They even cleaned the inside of my car.
