Our car was damaged in a storm on a cross-country drive while passing near Morgantown. These guys did a superb job patching it up and we were on our way in less than 45 minutes at no charge! They turned our single worst experience in West Virginia into one of the finest. Thank you!

My husband was recently smacked in the rear driver side door by a little old lady. He had three estimates done and she chose Center Service Auto Body we were a little apprehensive seeing as they werent the most expensive nor were they the cheapest the people their were respectful and very polite the work they did was outstanding! They even detailed his jeep before giving it back to us. Keep in mind the little old lady wrote them a check before they started the work and they had his jeep for a week but as I stated above they did an amazing job so all in all we were impressed.

This establishment is top notch. Good staff. Excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Quick, Quality service at a fair rate. Came here to have fender liners installed on my car. Ive rebuilt my engine myself but I hate bodywork haha. These guys took care of me quickly, did quality work, and charged me a fair hourly rate without any issue. Will come here again if I need body or paint work done. Very professional.

Very professional and quick. I had a small collision with minor damage and they fixed it right on the spot.

Work was satisfactory but it shouldnt take over two weeks to get your car back for a simple repair of a crack rear bumper. Also their customer service and front office are not that great seem like they were doing you a favor to wait on you and fix your vehicle.

Ive used Center Service twice now for body repairs (unfortunately I was hit twice!). Both times I was super impressed with not only the results, but the customer service as well. Super nice people, wonderful job on the car! I even have a tough-to-match color car but they have no problem with it. Definitely recommend.

Have an automatic window that did not close all of the way, Center Service repaired the window and was able to do this without having to purchase new parts. Great Customer service and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Had very minor cosmetic work done here. The work done was fantastic and they returned my car MUCH cleaner than I took it in. Really a good detail job. The only thing I can say negative is that the quote was a week and I didnt get my vehicle back for 2 weeks (also kept getting the itll be done this afternoon speech). Other than that Center did a great job. Very easy to deal with.

Ive had a few of my cars brought here for repairs and they do an awesome job. Never had complaints. Staff is very nice, hospitable and polite. Obviously there will be some who are unhappy with the care that was given to their car as is in any other line of business. No one and no company is perfect but as long as companies strive to do their best and above all are honest with the work they perform is a 5 star rating to me. Absolutely the worst auto body shop!!! They said my daughters car would be done in 9 days and now we are on week 5. It is constantly one excuse after another. She still does not have her car. I wish I could give them less than 1 star because 1 star seems to be generous. After reading all of the reviews, Im curious to see what kind of job they do. I have a sneaking suspicion that we may be in for a bumpy ride.

DO NOT GO TO THIS AUTO SHOP!!! Someone hit my car a few months ago and I had to go to this shop because of insurance reasons. All they had to do was fix scratches & painted the bumper. That took a full week. When I picked up my car I found a 15 inch crack in my windshield. That was not there before, because I would have noticed something that big. The supervisors and technicians claim that the crack was there when I brought my car in and they refuse to fix it. A 15 inch crack doesn’t just appear out of no where. Awful customer service. The front desk staff are very rude to everyone.

I do not recommend to take your vehicle here. I was told my car would be fixed in 4 days, and it took them 13 business days. I was told I would receive a call a week before my appointment to confirm and they never contacted me. So I just showed up and dropped my car off. After the first week I called and asked the status on my car (Because it wasn’t that serious) and I was told that everyone was at lunch and I would receive a call back when everyone returned. Needless to say I never received that call and had to call back the following day. Finally when my car was done, they contacted me saying my car was ready for pickup at 11:48 on Saturday when they close at noon.

Very professional and friendly staff. They were actually done with my truck sooner than expected. My truck looks as good as new and the even detailed it inside and out before I picked it up.

My experiences with them have never been good. They always somehow manage to be the most expensive quote. No. Matter. What. They always add something extra that even myself, who isn’t in auto repair, knows isn’t needed. And I have known reputable people and seen first hand cars that got work there done, but had shoddy work done on the pain, clips, etc, and had to drop their cars back off and wait some more.

As a long time resident of Morgantown Ive had several times I needed to use Center Service. Recently our handicap van got hit in Georgia. Our van is very important to us, as it is the only way my son is able to enjoy an enriched environment. They did a great job, the van looks brand new and got us back on the road.

Messing up my car was stressful enough. I was glad these guys took care of it and it came out looking way better than it went in inside and out without me worrying about it. Ive taken my car there twice now and both times they finished within the time they said they would.

Overall face value customer service is alright at face value. I am going to bullet for ease of review. I probably would not bring my car here again. I generally dont write bad reviews. Ill give you the details and you can decide.-had to wait 3 weeks for them to work on my car (not their fault that they had a lot of business. During this time they ordered the parts and got them in which was good.-work took almost 3 weeks longer than estimated. After the date they just kept telling me a few days more each time I called.- the actual cost was a good bit over estimated.- on pick up they failed to tell me before hand that they dont accept card so I had to go get a check. This wpuld have been nice to know before showing up to pick up the car.- upon inspection when picking up the vehicle I noticed a new dent that was not caused by the accident. Apparently they had dropped the door on a panel and not noticed the dent it created.-we planned a date for the dent to be fixed and that I would wait for it in the waiting room that day. I watched them put my car in the schedule. When I showed up to get that dent fixed they sent me away to come back another day.- they did clean the car well!When picking up the car the first time.*Tools were left in my car.*An item from my car was removed and thrown out.*Items were moved and placed in a hidden compartment.- upon filling up the car for the first time the body pannel door to the gas cap was stuck. I had to use a non scratch paint tool to pry it open. When i got it open I found they had forgotten to remove the large amount of painters tape in that area and that is why the pannel would not pop open.Some of their employees lack attention to detail. This shop could certainly improve in a few areas.I am worried there have been other issues with their fix that I have not noticed.

My husband hit a deer and our insurance recommended we take it here. It has been 30 days and there wasnt that much damage. The staff has not answered questions sufficiently and have consistently given us the run around, not to mention being rude (youll know when I have the keys in my hand click phone hung up). The vehicle was supposed to be done 1 week ago and they strung us along until today. After he picks up the truck, the heating now does not work and they claim they had nothing to do with it that it was just a coincidence. It worked fine when we took it in and now while driving home with our 2 young sons (5 years and 3 years) they are freezing because the heat isnt working. I would not recommend this place to a person I wasnt so fond of let alone a friend.

My car was rear-ended resulting in a $5,000 estimate to fix. The work took 2 months to complete and getting a date when it would be done was impossible. The work was done well, no complaints there. They also let me know when it was time to pick up the car that I could only pay with cash or check -- a challenge for someone who does everything electronically. They would not take a credit card.

This is my second time using this shop and although the first time it went ok (they took a couple of days longer than quoted) this time they managed to take double the days and never notified me of exactly when it would be done they just kept saying theyll have it for tomorrow. I do agree with another reviewer in that their customer service skills are lacking. But on top of everthing they were supposed to replace a very large part that the insurance had placed on the itemized report but instead they gave the vehicle back to me with the old broken part and a couple of new zip ties holding it. Their reason for this is that they simply overlooked it, but how is this possible when the job consists of replacing 3 parts only and even then how can they justify drilling having deliberately drilled holes and attached zip ties to hold the piece down as if this was the way it was meant to be fixed. Needless to say I will not be taking my vehicle there again.

These guys over-quote by at least $1500. Took my car to two other shops who quoted far less than Center Service... insurance wanted these guys.. so it was my only option.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this place. My Jeep was taken to this auto body shop for repair after an accident and it took over a month to even get it back. Also, every time I called to check on the status of repairs I always dealt with rude individuals, especially a middle aged woman who was very short and unprofessional. When I picked my Jeep up, there was a strong odor in the vehicle that smelled just like the shop. I didnt think anything of it because it was in the shop for awhile, but when I went to vacuum the inside out I found 3-4 hand towels under the seats that were covered in grease and giving off the horrible smell that caused me to have a headache every time I was inside my car. I also noticed that there was paint missing on the opposite side of where all the damage occurred. I dont know how it happened but I know it happened while at the body shop. Instead of arguing with the rude individuals there who I never want to deal with again, I took matters into my own hands and will take it to a proper body shop who will take better care of my Jeep and not leave their hand towels in my car. Never again!

This place is ridiculous . I have a 2015 car so its new with a ton of current parts on the market. Had to have a bumper cover and a rad support repaired. I was given four completion dates, over 32 days I still do not have my car. Toby has no customer service skills! I very much so recommend taking your car elsewhere if you would like work completed in a timely manner. The excuse I was given is well sir we have so many cars to work on. Heres an idea DONT OVERBOOK your shop ! Not all of us can be without our car for 30 plus days becusse your greedy and over book your shop! Ill never be back I dont care how badly my car is damaged it will be sent too a body shop that can produce quality work in a timely manner.

I had my car towed here for bodywork. Having had several stock vehicles fixed here before without any issue, I figured they would do a decent job. I specifically asked to be notified if any miles are put on my car as its a fairly expensive sports car with significant modifications.Over a month later, I got the car back with an ill-fitting front bumper, misaligned hood, and they had thrown away my aftermarket carbon fiber duct for the front bumper. Check the odometer...someone also drove my car for 7 miles! They denied putting miles on the car and were unable to line up the front bumper and hood to OEM specifications.I was completely disappointed with my experience and would never go back, especially since they cant respect a customers car to not take it for a joyride. Stay away if you want your car fixed right!

Caused my wife 800 plus on rental car for being 3 weeks later than they said it would be done. Plus had to take the car back in to fix windshild was leaking and did a bad job puting the interior back together. Avoid.........they lie lie lie didnt apologize or take responsibility....

They do ok work. They had it longer then expected and when you call in get a rude run around. They did detail the car in and out even folded some shop rags and a towel I had but I found paint runs some minor scratches and it sounds like they left a nut or screw in tail gate so it rattles. They only take cash so be prepared for that. Dont recommend unless you have no other choice

Didnt take my vehicle there. Shopped around Morgantown and they were literally double the price as the next highest estimate. Quoted 3100, next highest quote in town was 1800. They also do not accept any format of payment besides check or cash. No credit or debit cards. Do not go there unless insurance is paying for it!

So the insurance estimate paper allowed for this place to have my car 8 days- They had it 17 days, and had the audacity to think I was unreasonable for being a little peeved at their slowness, rudeness, & lack of ability to say when it would really be done. I wont ever go there again.

Arrogant, poor service. It took three weeks to do a three day job and they messed it up. Parts fell off the car the second time it was driven and they refused to accept responsibility. AVOID!!!
