I appreciate The Ford Store so much that I drive an hour to get there. Michael ensured that I had a loaner car set up in advance, and briefed me every step of the way on when parts would arrive and when my car should be ready.This type of service is invaluable when balancing kids and work for me. Just picked up my new ranger yesterday. James Sanchez was is an awesome salesperson. Despite the chip shortage related shipping delays James consistently communicated with updates and helped get the best possible price for the new truck and my trade in. I ended up having to pick the truck up on a Friday afternoon an hour and a half each way in traffic. James made it easy as possible having so much of the work done ahead of time making it such an incredibly quick process to finalize the purchase and get back on the road. Had a great experience with the Service Department and particularly Michael Binschus. I came here on a Tuesday morning to get my key fob programmed, and there were a ton of cars in the service driveway, customers were full in the lobby and every service desk had someone checking in. I could tell Michael was busy, but he still took time to make sure I was seen and taken care of. My key was programmed pretty quickly given how busy they were, and I was out on my way. Im stranded in Morgan Hill by a $50 part and the General Managers instructions to the service department not to repair any vehicles older than 10 years.For 30 years my 66 year old family construction company bought Ford trucks, hundreds of them. I still drive a 2005 F150, it runs great but wouldnt restart after stopping to refuel in Morgan Hill. Following a tow to a local repair shop it was determined that the key transponder wouldnt talk with the key chip and needed to be replaced and reprogrammed, work that could only be done by the dealership. With the truck re-loaded on another flatbed the Ford service department called back with word refusing to take the truck in for repair because its over 10 years old. To add further insult to injury the GM wouldnt take my call and afford me the chance to plead my case as a stranded traveler. I was told by Vince in service that the GM was at work but would only talk to me in person. My wife is now driving 3 hours to pick me up and the truck remains stranded at a local car repair shop. Unthinkable. The lesson in this being Ford will leave you stranded when your machine is 10 years old. Guess they are trying to compel me to buy a new truck, and I will, a Chevy.
Probably the easiest and hassle free truck/ car I have ever bought. I was out of there in less than an hour from when I made my decision. Leo F., the Sales Consultant was very friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and answered his phone/text messages after hours. Rhonda, the finance manager, did an amazing job and was extremely efficient. I would go back and buy from The Ford Store again and again. Great customer service. Amazing experience. The entire experience went as smoothly as a transaction could. My poor car died and i had it towed to the service department..it was after hours so it was Thursday when it was determined my car was a loss and a new car was suggested. I had already had my eye on the Fusion Hybrid so I researched your inventory in anticipation of needing a new car. When Doug confirmed my suspicions, I was ready. A sales rep called me, I told him my predicament, my desire for the Fusion Hybrid and my down payment amount. An email popped into my account for the credit approval. Orvais showed up at my door with the Fusion Hybrid I had my eye on. I drove the car back to The Ford Store. Papers were signed. And I have a brand new car! Everyone was friendly, helpful, sensitive to my situation, knowledgeable and goal driven to help put me in my new Fusion Hybrid. AND THEN, Orvais went above and beyond by fascilitating the hand-off of my old car to the charity of my choosing -- all this just days before I was to head out of town for an important family matter. Whew! Yes, I am thoroughly pleased with The Ford Store. The folks there felt like family/old friends, making a stressful situation WAY less stressful. My experience with the Ford Store Morgan Hill has just been with the sales part of the dealership so far and it was a very good experience. I went there a few times to gather some information.The salesman I worked with, David, was very patient and extremely helpful answering all my questions through out the process. I am definitely happy with the F150 I ended up purchasing!
Had a simple check engine light turn on last week. So immediately I made an appointment to get my car checked out. Having my own scanner, I scanned my car and a couple codes came up nothing to major but wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Given that I couldn’t be seen until the following week I took it to a local mechanic to get a first opinion before taking it to Ford. Ran a diagnostic and mentioned all that was needed was a software update and to take it to my Ford dealership and I should be good.A week later I take it to Ford at this point check engine light is off, car is great plug in my own scanner and no codes, guess it was a glitch but I follow through with my appointment anyway for peace of mind. I talk to Armando, he starts off by saying I should’ve taken it to them first before anyone else so they can diagnose. I pay no attention to that comment because it’s my car and I wanted to get it addressed anyway. Then I show him the paperwork from my mechanic with step by step instruction of how to do the software update with their computer. Completely disregards the paper I showed him so I bring it back to his attention and he said we are going to do our own diagnostic but I can make a copy of it if you want? At this point I’m thrown off because not only did someone already do the job for you and I just need a software update but you ask me if I want? I’m trying to help you all. Anyway again I disregard and follow his lead cause they should be the experts right? So then he tells me it’s going to take an entire day to get to my car even though I showed up at 7:30am and all I need is my car to be scanned that takes no more than 30mins at any dealership.He never called me I had to text him what was going on at 3pm. He mentioned he was ordering parts for the car and I asked what is wrong with the car. Didn’t respond for an hour finally calls and tells me that I need my active grill shutter replaced. Tells me that for parts and labor it is going to $2,000. I mentioned to him if this would affect my car in anyway (already knowing an active grill shutter is for aerodynamic and to keep an engine cool when it senses it getting hot, not really necessary and most people take it off their cars). He tells me I shouldn’t drive my car cause it will overheat. Which again has nothing to do with overheating as your radiator, bad wiring, bad spark plugs will cause overheating not an oversized vent in new cars. He tells me to leave my car there for a week until it’s fixed. I say no and that I’m on my way to pick up the car and talk to him.When I get there he’s on the phone with a customer whom he was ready to hang up on. Once he sees me he continues to be on the phone with the customer and tries to offer them an extended warranty. As I’m waiting staring at him to get off the phone, he hands my paperwork to his co worker to ring me up for the parts I don’t want. I tell his co worker I don’t want the parts and tells me I need to wait for Armando to get off the phone so I’m waiting there and he’s finally off the phone and goes outside with a customer. Which again it’s fine I understand once he finishes with the customer he stays outside and chooses not to go in. I ask the cashier to call him and she does and he ignores the call and has someone else support me.All I was going to ask is why try to charge me for a part that my car doesn’t really need, why lie about my car overheating and if I’m in the wrong educate me and tell me I’m wrong and why. Don’t dodge your customers that you claim you will offer 5 star service for. As I head out the door, with my day being wasted there is a customer outside making a scene complaining about all of Morgan Fords service.Maybe this was a one off situation but cmon don’t try to take advantage of your customers by lying to them about car parts the car doesn’t need.Getting an active grille delete, new coolant system. I’ll just delete the DTC code every time it comes out.Thanks
Not much to look at I was asking for a regular truck and they said they didnt have any they didnt want to check if I can get one in other dealer or they can ship one to their store.
My husband and I bought his commuter car from the Ford Store and it was a great experience. We didn’t feel forced or rushed. Leo helped us and he did an amazing job making our experience a great one. Highly recommend going to see him!

I have a Ford Transit van and have been a regular customer of Ford service center at Morgan Hill. I have lot of admiration and respect for Alex Salazar, who has been my service advisor for over a year. Alex is precise about service scope and is very knowledgeable while recommending specific repairs. Recently I had some unexpected issues with indicator lights and it required the indicator switch replacement. They were nice enough to cover it for under warranty even as I had just exceeded the mileage limit. The place is spacious so it is convenient to get some work done while being there. Really appreciate their service.One thing that I missed is a rental car reservation counter and pickup/drop-off.

Despite going in with my daughter whos bought several cars here, experience was shockingly unprofessional due to the sales manager. Unbelievable. Cannot recommend, unfortunately. I had spoken with someone named Luis who was very cordial on the phone, but somehow we were directed elsewhere.
We went in on tuesdsy to look at a ranger and fell in love with the bronco. Madelynn was awesome and helped us find the bronco we wanted. We went today after the car came a few days early.Normally being at a dealer is a pain speciallly with a baby but Ford made it Hassle free.
I bought my car there in 2017 and they have performed all of my maintenance. The purchase experience was painless and their service department is excellent.
Purchased a truck told it would be cleaned, it was given to us filthy inside was worst and not cleaned inside Just make sure they actually follow through when they say theyre going to do something unless you dont care about a dirty 50k vehicle
Overall great experience. Personal staff that were selling and taking me through and then the sales managers and the tough time I gave them. All great folks who are trying to make a buck.Glad they got me what I wanted. I was being picky but its for a serious reason. Glad the car is in my hands. Now to buckle down and pay this off.

See below reasons, I will update to 5 star depending how Im treated on my next service.Updated: 17jul2019 downgraded to 1 star from 2.Same issue and called in advance same result.Great buying experience, but getting warranty work done is horrible. They never have a loaner/rental on site even if they are holding your car. I even called in advance. I had my truck warranty service due to issues with the steering gear and no rental car available in the entire dealer. They expected me to drive off with it. This is my second time with the same issue in my truck and no car available again. Hard to believe, but expect it. They expect you to figure things out instead of offering to get you a car. The dealer makes you feel that its your problem, in reality they should have a more loaner car for emergency instead of loaning all of their cars out every day. Please fix this problem. Ill update my review to see how it goes today. Waiting and dont know how long, appt at 8.50am 17jul2019. Iv been here since 8.30am.Update 11.30am finally got a respond and found out that there was an issue with the drive shaft. The mechanic advised me not to drive the truck. Now back to square one, I ask so what about a car? I overheard similar issue with another customer about not having a rental car. I guess this is a recurring issue. His advisor said that they will get him a car from Holister. So I told my advisor whos been telling that there were no car available in the entire dealer about the other customer who was waiting for a car from Holister. He talked to the manager and behold, he said theres one last car available.I think the problem is that they are not being honest and straightforward.The dealer should have told me or anyone getting service. If we have to keep your car overnight, then we will lend you the rental car or a loaner car. Each condition should be treated differently, my issue has happened twice. Especially for a car that still under a warranty. The dealer should be a 5 star if they treat customers the same way when buying a car. The 1st couple of service, I felt special. It went downhill when a problem with the car started. Ill be happy to assist so that it wont happen to anyone else. I will update my rating depending on how Im treated throughout service experience. 17Jul2019 day 1 holding my truck at the dealer. Stay tuned.18July2019: The owner responded to my review and advised to contact Ryan Valletta. Ryan was friendly and is a great listener. He listened well to all my concerns and explained the reality of loaner/car policy. He knew what was going on with my issues and will be following up with me personally. He will update me tomorrow.19Jul2019: I upgraded the ratings to 4 due to the excellent customer service by Ryan Valletta. He did exactly what he said during our phone call. I could tell that Ryan care about the customer. He called me to give me the status and he personally test drove my truck. Picking up my truck was a breeze. Excellent service all the way around. How do you expect people to go back to work if theyre holding your car for 3+ hours knowing that your new car has dangerous/safety recall. Its against their policy to give a loaner. They will charge you for a rental. Until this is fixed, I will not change my review. In addition, if you leave a message dont expect to get a call back from the service department. Wait until you reach someone.

My husband and I had been looking for a very specific late model Nissan Hybrid. I found one online at the Ford Store Morgan Hill and requested more info. The staff were super responsive and answered all of our questions. Due to the pandemic, we could not go to the dealership but Louie Sparks and David Gutierrez made all the arrangements to drive the car to us. We test drove the car, signed all the paperwork and traded in our old car right at our doorstep. Everything was effortless and uncomplicated. We love our new car--thank you Louie and David. Adding some details! Took our new 2020 Escape Hybrid in for software update (recall). Given the challenges in the Bay this particular week (curfews, shelter in place), we dropped our car off Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday morning appointment. Doug projected it would take a half day and that is what it did. The service people cover the steering wheel with a cover and they washed it twice at the end (service person wasnt happy with the first wash). Wonderful service and we felt safe. Staff had masks on, good distances. And we love our Escape Hybrid. Thank you Doug

He made everything so easy and what I appreciate the most was the great communication. The follow up via text message is a great feature. I had taken my Fusion to another Ford Dealer before the Ford Store and had a completely different experience. So I will definitely go back if I need anything again.

I went to The Ford Store yesterday just to check on a car I have wanted to buy for some time. I was helped by a young man named Lance Crawford. He was so pleasant, so helpful, so kind, not pushy, not impatient with all my questions. I was going to go to another dealer to compare. I didnt get out of The Ford Store. I was completely satisfied with everything including the price. This is the second car Ive purchased from this dealer. These guys know what theyre doing. Ive been getting the run around for weeks at the Land Rover Dealership in Monterey. I applied online for a specific vehicle at ford Monday morning, Jesus sent tons of pictures, was so quick to respond and they answered all my questions without hesitation. On top of that there was no pressure. Tony in finance was great, Graham the sales manager was fast and efficient as well. I HATE car shopping and this by far is the best experience yet. They even delivered the vehicle to me in Monterey and drove my two trades back with them all in the same day. You guys rock!!! Thank you for the impeccable customer service.
Helpful, nice and well organized service intake process. If service scheduler had taken my vin and checked, it would have shown my car did not need to be checked for a recall so only 4 stars.
If you have a problem with your car no one else can figure out, go see Alex in the service department. This guy really knows his stuff and he works with the techs to figure out the issue. I had a weird issue with my F-150 that no one else could figure out, but he, along with the tech fixed it! I didnt realize that service advisors are sometimes former techs, which makes sense. But not all of them are. Alex is the real deal and really knows his stuff! Excellent customer service, great workmanship by the techs too. I will definitely be a repeat customer for life!

Terrible but friendly service.I got the premium care package with my truck here. I will be selling my truck. Yesterday, a service person misinformed me that it was not transferable. I had the wherewithal to contact the main ford warranty number to prove him wrong.Also, I did a service appointment a couple of years ago. A new worker had me drop off my truck when it didn’t actually have recall work. They were going to wash my truck, but it didn’t happen.
Jacob helped me get out of a challenger v6 and into a gt mustang. He did what he could to get me a good deal with the new auto loan he was very polite and professional.Definitely will will recommend.Everyone here are very polite :)

I purchsed a new 2020 Ford F-150 over the telephone. Peter was a great salesmen. Easy to work with, took all the time needed to be sure the truck was correct for my needs. Great price and he had it delivered the same day to my home in a few hours a 150 miles away. I did not go to the dealership, all transaction was performed over the telephone. The truck was delivered by two older gentelmen who were super nice and very freindly, plus could not do enough to complete the transaction.

Louie does everything he can to put you in your dream car. He had to do a lot of calling around and finally found the EXACT car I told him I wanted. He called me and gave me updates frequently, and he even called me after the car was brought to my house to make sure everything went ok.Matt brought me my car, from 3 hours away at 10 pm! I wasted a whole day trying to have the vehicle I purchased delivered to my work due to COVID. The battery was dead even though I notified them of this when I test drove it, gas tank was not full as promised, paperwork needed my wifes signature and the sales associate got lost trying to get to my house back in San Jose. Sales associate left the battery charger in my car and I had to return that. I had to ask for copies of the signatures the next day as they were not given to me initially. I didnt mind this at first but then the next day it took over an hour to get the new battery installed. To top it off there was a faulty door actuator that was not in the disclosure. I am giving ford 2 stars because they actually paid for it to be fixed. HOWEVER, I had to go during my lunch break to Honda to get the car diagnosed. After being informed I was not going to get my car back the same day I called back to Ford and asked for a rental or a loaner as I was now stranded in Morgan Hill. They straight said no. So I called Honda and asked for a loaner or rental. Long story short, two Uber rides and a lift from a friend, I finally got my car back the following day. No sense of compassion from Ford. Soon as they have your money it seems their courtesy goes out the window. Lack of competence on their sales side. The only people there worth their jobs were the technicians that gave me a lift the first night and who filled my tank up using their own cash after the sales associate left me with a quarter tank.
Friendly, knowledgeable and not too pushy. They were happy to show us around the lot even before it was clear we wanted to buy, and there was no pressure. We came back another day to finish the deal. Ive been looking for a no-hassle dealer for a while, and my experience at Ford Store Morgan Hill was extremely promising in this regard. We bought a new car, and unlike anywhere else so far, I was completely happy with the whole process afterwards. Ask for Dale if you can get him, hes great.
Armando Pacheco was very disrespectful and quite honestly not very good at a simple job. He called me every other day to add on an extra $1000. Had the truck for two weeks for a wandering issue in the front end (I had front end rebuilt 2 months prior) and then on the 11th day i get another call saying i need an extra $800 to correct your caster. LOOOOL !! Went in for a loose tie rod end. Ended up walking away with a $3,210 receipt for replacing 3-4 parts that come to a grand total of $560 and i guess they spent 4 days worth of labor fixing it. STAY AWAY FROM DEALERSHIPS !!!
From Ms. Davis - My experience was fantastic. My salesman, Kyle, was incredibly professional and helpful. Absolute knowledge about everything to do with my Escape (which I LOVE) and every other vehicle on the lot. No high sales pressure, great deal. Highly recommend Kyle and Ford Store of Morgan Hill.

I came here after the disastrous experience I had at Capitol Ford, and I have to say... Every single person we interacted with was absolutely AMAZING here! From getting my car into the service center to the people we first talked to before we spoke to Alex(our assigned service employee). Everyone was respectful and you can tell they were really trying to understand our frustration, but also be as helpful as possible. Alex was great! His customer service skills were fantastic and updated me about my car in no time. They were able to diagnose and resolve my transmission issue within a week after dropping it off! This place is great and HIGHLY recommend it. I came for service this time around, but family members have gotten car from this location and just like their service center, their sales team was great also!

I called to get some information about warranty on my Explorer to 3 different dealerships and only Alex S. at the Ford store service department took the time to help me and understand what was happening and what was the best option for my car repair, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, so i will definitely will be traveling to Morgan Hill to have him and this dealer work on my vehicles repair, thank you Alex for your help 🙂.
Most pleasant buying experience Ive EVER had . . . the 2019 Ranger is my 50th vehicle. Will continue doing business even though it is an hour away. Definitely worth the drive!

My salesman Logan was awesome. He was knowledgeable and no pressure. The entire buying process from walking in to driving off in my new car was easy and no hassle. Im truly impressed with this dealership. This is my fifth new Ford purchase(first here) and it was easily my best experience. I would definitely come back for a future purchase.
I highly recommend Ford Store Morgan Hill. Huge variety of used and new vehicles. I worked with Dale and he was really helpful and knowledgeable going over all the differences between the trucks I was looking at. After multiple test drives I finally decided and went inside to work with Louie on financing. They took their time, went over all the different options and got me a great rate. Their sales representatives are the best and have hell a lot of patience, they don’t annoy you when u walk out the store and decided not to buy they won’t keep calling u and ask you to finish the deal. They are straight forward in their discount and if it don’t suit you u make a call is how they work. I love these peoples attitude very friendly happy customer service .
Went to go look at a car here and the salesman literally told me the managers and owner likes to walk around and watch the salesman making sure they are helping the customers even thought I told him im not ready to buy &dont see anything on the lot I want to buy. I will never buy a car from a dealer with that environment.
We had a very disappointing experience at The Ford Store Morgan Hill.If you enjoy antiquated Bait & Switch sales plays and other High-Pressure Sales Tactics, then The Ford Store Morgan Hill is the place for you. Unfortunately, our car-buying experience was riddled with everything the dealership promised to avoid--constant haggling, nonsensical pricing models and mysterious discounts that seemed to fluctuate with whatever our sales representative had for breakfast that day. All this while being pressured to test drive cars that were triple the budget I shared was enough to make my wife and I go comatose.The real tipping point that incited this 1-Star Google Review, however, happened this evening. It involved our sales representative inviting us to the store to test drive an Explorer that met all of our requirements--except for cost. After completing the test drive, we let our representative know that the cost of the car was simply too high for us, so we left the dealership.Literally 7 minutes later, we received a text message (screenshot attached) stating that the sale sticker was mysteriously incorrect and that the asking price dropped by nearly $3,000. Since this was inching closer to our desired price-range, we continued conversation via text. Within the same hour, we were informed that the price would be dropped again to $36K if we could come back to the store and purchase in the same evening.This drives me insane because Ford Store Morgan Hill constantly touts that the price you see on the window sticker is the price you get. However, the window sticker that was on the car (attached to this review) was for $47K. But, since our sales representative was eager to sell his 14th car for the month, the price randomly dropped to nearly 25% based on some finger in the wind reasoning.What isnt displayed in the attached text messages is the phone call I had with my sales representative after the price of the Explorer was lowered to $36K. We talked for about 10 minutes and--during this time-- he proceeded to barter my ability to make a purchase before the end of the evening with discounting the car another ~$500 or so.After several hours of hassle-laden negotiation with this guy, we decided to pull the trigger on the offer. As we were turning the corner into the dealership parking lot, we then received another text message stating that the deal we spent HOURS discussing was suddenly a no go because his boss said so. Are you kidding me??My biggest frustration with this experience is that The Ford Store Morgan Hill prides itself on providing a transparent, hassle-free buying experience for its customers. Their website states that one off their tenants is a true bottom-line sale price model... [and] offer a hassle-free car dealership experience... all without traditional car dealership haggling.Clearly, there is a significant gap between the vision leadership has for its dealership and what is actually happening on the sales floor. The Management Team at Ford Store Morgan Hill needs to invest enabling its front-line sales team to deliver on the expectations set with customers before they walk in the door. And, if a sales representative communicates a discount to a customer, that discount should be honored--not abruptly dismissed as a no go.In the meantime, do yourself a favor and buy your next car from Sunnyvale Ford--anywhere else will be an upgrade, really. In the meantime, The Ford Store Morgan Hill should be avoided.

My car got burglary last weekend after I had have made an appointment last Friday here for engine oil changing on this Monday ! Thanks to Lori who is sooo caring about customers help me to order a window replacement immediately. So I have a new window today (Tuesday)to avoid the following rainy days! I appreciate her help. I had a great experience with this dealership.I purchased a car that had to be special-ordered from Ford, because of the specific options I wanted, and it was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. The dealership gave me a terrific price with no haggling required, and the salesman kept me posted on the status of my car as it was being built and transported. The car was delivered to California on time, but sat stuck in a transit lot 80 miles away, because it wasnt scheduled to be delivered until a certain date. The salesman himself drove up to the Bay area, liberated my car from the lot two days early, and drove it down to the dealership for me at no extra cost, so I didnt have to wait.During the paperwork process, there were no surprises or shenanigans on the price we had discussed when I first ordered the car. I also came in with an extra $750 coupon that I didnt have when I ordered the car, and they honored it. Finally, the finance guy got me a loan at a better rate than I walked in with, which was already competitive. I literally paid less than I planned on. They washed and detailed the car, and sent me off with a full tank of gas, again, at no extra cost. The day after I purchased the car, the salesman checked in with me, making sure I was completely satisfied and that I was enjoying my new car. Sounds dreamy, but absolutely true.I was very impressed with the whole experience, and I highly recommend this dealership! I encountered nothing but straight shooters there.
