Well my ex blew up my Beemer and they picked the car up for me until the insurance came to get it, which was nice because at the time I was away out of town, and my looser ex couldn’t even pay for a tow truck. So Aamco paid and got the car delivered to the shop for repair. Thx Aamco! Beep beep!

The fixed my diesel truck quick.

I called and spoke to the owner of the business to ask some questions about getting my transmission rebuilt. He was demeaning and rude with me as I asked general transmission questions. He told me he owned the business (franchise). When I asked for his name he refused to give it to me. I filed a complaint with AAMCO corporate. The way he acted was extremely unprofessional. I’ll never do business or recommend AAMCO to anyone. My suggestion is you avoid this place.

Found one from a backyardMechanic. !!He was all set to replace the transmissionGreat price,, then he ran the codes in the TCM...Mercedes S4 30 said all I had to do was take it to the shop at Mercedes-Benz $250 later my car is fixed these guys are crooks never ever go in there I actually trusted them !!!!!!

My dad works there and i believe an i know that they do a good job an transmissions and motors also oil change they do a fast and tack car of your car the people that work there have great experience and my dad is very good at fixing cars he worked on cars more than 20 years and he works there so that makes this place the best. Please try Ammco Morgan hill there the best.

I was quoted $800.00 from Bob and when it was done it was over $1600.00. I asked to see the bill so I could see what I was being charged for and Bob told me that I had to pay for it before he could print it to show me. Bob also tried to say that more work needed to be done and it didnt. I had to have another man go in and explain that the transmission did not need to be rebuilt. As a woman its hard to find trustworthy shops.Do not trust this shop.

If you trying to find a good transmission shop and you don’t know where go to, go to AAMCO. BoB and his employees are really great guys and they know what they are doing! Yeah it might be expensive but, it would be worth it.

Great and honest service! I was driving thru and had car trouble, i was scared i thought i was going to spend a fortune since I’m not from around there but Rommel and the guys had me back on the road in no time.

Rommel was wonderful. They quickly changed the oil in my motorhome at a great price.

Check Engine lights are so very intimidating. Got the answer to my cars trouble codes, booked an appointment, did some research to know that it could cost me as much as $750 to get the necessary repairs, and was very pleased that Bob and his team were able to complete the repairs for about $477 for same day service.This is my second time bringing my 2012 Kia Soul into Aamco for repair, and im very happy with their service.

As the other reviewer I think those five star reviews are planted, I dont think anybody can give this guys a five star review, their incompetent and they will make things up to make you spend money, I recently bought the truck and took it for $85 review they end up saying that were not sure about the problem that they have to open it and see if they find something else, I end up spending $257 and there was nothing wrong with it, I even talk to their corporate office and they couldnt do anything about it, I talk to the owner and same thing he didnt do anything about it, so if youre taking your car to this place make sure they are going to make something up to take your money !!

I was always leery in the past to take my vehicle to a Transmission shop because of all the horror stories that my friends have experienced with their cars. Mark and his team at AAMCO proved this myth wrong!! They helped me more than I could have ever thought possible from having my car towed at no charge to me, doing a free inspection of my car to find the problems and giving me many options for fixing my car WITHOUT THE COMMON DAY CLOSING PRESSURE!!!!.Honest folks that will work with you, I highly recommend them!!!!

I called on a Saturday to make sure that they were open. When I spoke to the receptionist she informed me that they would be open until noon. I took my Toyota PU in and explained the simtoms to the technician. He informed me that they would be closing at noon and would not be able to work on it until Monday. He said that I could leave the truck if I wanted to. I agreed to leave it and filled out the work order. As I was leaving I realized that they had moved the truck into their garage. I was glad that it wouldnt have to stay outside Bover the weekend.On Monday Bob called to give me an update on their diagnosis of the problem and the cost to correct it. I approved the repairs. On Wednesday Bob called to let me know that my truck was ready to go. I asked how late they would be opened. Bob said that they closed at 5:00pm. I said that I couldnt get there until 6:00.Bob came up with a plan for me to get my truck at 6:00, and I agreed to it.I picked up the truck and drove it home. On the way I was extremely happy with the way the truck ran and with the service, the constant updates, and the flexibility that Bob provided for me.They are very easy to do business with.

I think a lot of these reviews must be planted. In my opinion, these guys are incompetent crooks. I took my RV there for evaluation of a transmission shifting problem. I went for a bagel while they did their $115 evaluation. I had about 2 bites into the bagel when I got a call to tell me they were done. Huh? All 15 evaluation points done in 10 minutes?They said its a C40d, has no external inputs and the overdrive is not engaging. They gave me a verbal estimate (not written) that would be between $4000 and $5000 to replace it. Guess which end of that scale they would have ended up at. I felt uncomfortable with the quick decision, lack of knowledge, the glib attitude, the failure to admit to or test vacuum input, and the fact that they had re-installed the engine cover incorrectly and left.My transmission is a C6. It doesnt have an overdrive. Either they mis-identified it, or they dont know the difference. Later they refused to return the evaluation fee despite getting the transmission type wrong. Either way I wouldnt trust them to fix a roller skate. My C6 transmission was replaced with a Jasper at Specialist Auto in Watsonville for $2300. If youre thinking of going to margan hill aamco, do yourself a favor - go somewhere else. Anywhere else!
