I didn’t even get any repairs done, and I feel like they have the best customer service. I was able to drop my car off, get an HONEST answer about what was wrong, and consult with Rebecca about what I should do. I hope I don’t need any repairs on my new car, but I would 100% go here if I did! Jose was great too. The whole team really does take care of you. 10/10 would recommend.

This was my first time using this business. And I can say in all my time driving and owning cars, this has to be the best establishment I have gone to. From the first time stepping in. A warning light recently (October 2020) appeared on my 2009 (152K mile odometer) Toyota Camry. The user manual said “Have the vehicle inspected immediately.” I had just started taking the car into C&M and was not sure they would have the diagnostics needed but decided to take the car there. Throughout the process Jose called me when he said he would and despite the challenging multi-step diagnosis, the final bill was within their original and very reasonable estimate. I could not have asked for better treatment or been more pleased with the results. I’m so glad I brought my car into C&M.

My wife and I recently moved to Morgan Hill. I needed an oil change and assessment of road noise on my vehicle. I checked Yelp and decided to go to C&M.For those of us who dont know a lot about cars/trucks, there is an element of trust you like to have with your mechanic that (#1) they will accurately diagnose your issue and (#2) youll be able to get it resolved without spending a lot. C&M fell very short in both categories.The road noise was diagnosed as a suspension issue that needed immediate attention. It was VERY expensive, but I decided I would trust their judgement based on other reviews. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and the road noise was exactly the same. Its also disappointing that nobody did a quality check to be sure the issue was resolved. So Ive spent a lot of money ($1,803 of my hard-earned money to be specific) with no resolution.On the way home I called (during business hours) to seek a solution. Nobody answered so I left a message as requested. When I got home I emailed my concern - no response. They sent requests for feedback. I provided this story three different times through their feedback requests. I have not gotten a response.This shop appears to not be trustworthy - one of the most important attributes of a mechanic. They searched and found something to repair on my vehicle, which was outside the original reason I brought it and it was very expensive. They certainly made a compelling case for making the expensive repair. Buyer beware I suppose. Go somewhere else, unless you yourself know something about auto repair. Very disappointing.

Great service! They stayed in touch with me throughout the 2 1/2 days they had my car. No surprises on my bill. The place is immaculate! They have hand sanitizer at the door and at the pay points, courtesy van is sanitized between customers.

One morning I found out that I had a cracked radiator and was frantic. This shop was open at 7am and was quite near to where I was working. I called and spoke of my trucks problem. I was told, No problem. We can install a new one.(That being exactly what I wanted.) I dropped my truck off and came to find out they had a shuttle service. I was back to my job site 15minutes from when I left to drop off the truck! Mind you, this without an appointment. I had my truck completely repaired by 3:30 (the end of my work day.) This shop is thorough and transparent. Lots of pictures and contact all throughout the service process.Would I go back?I did today. Again with no appointment I called and was told bring the truck in. This time the service that was to be performed was minor. No matter. The quality and courtesy of the staff was the same.A shop you can trust!!!!

This place is great! I have brought my car here for about 7 yrs. Jose and Vince are always friendly, courteous, and professional and will give you the best service. I always say you can tell what the owner is like by how long the employees stay. Vince and Jose have been there a very long time.

Took car in to have wheel bearings replaced. $156 later, I get a report listing EVERY SINGLE THING wrong with my car. The car is 12 yrs old. Of course things are wrong with it. I just wanted to be able to drive it again. I was then told the cost to get it fixed and had a tow truck picking it up the next day.

Craigs team has given good service in the past; you know, the kind you feel good telling your freinds about? But recently I tried to make an appointment using their website and got the black hole experience, that is, I put my time into using their website but got no response. Waited, but no follow-up or confirmation, so I had to get the work done elsewhere. Maybe C&M scheduling were just having a bad day. Having done well in the past Ill try them again.

Stopped by today (Saturday)for a tire repair. Was told they were way too busy but I could leave it for Monday. Looked like a decent place but ended up going somewhere else.

I came here to get my car a smog test. They did such a good job, I went and got my other car to get smog checked in the same day. It was quick and easy. The staff there are great.

I had to refill oil on my Audi more often than gas and the car got really noisy especially at higher speeds. I went to different dealers and got different diagnoses. The one thing they could agree on is to charge me an arm and a leg.Eventually I stumbled upon C&M and gave it a try. What a refreshing experience! It took them a little longer to find the issues, but they actually did the due diligence and found the real problem. They fixed 3 oil leaks and a broken bearing, and the Audi was running smooth as ever again. I was waiting some weeks to see if the oil problem was really gone, and it was.Bottom line: if you need to get rid of your money, but keep your problems, then go to Audi Steven Creek or Capitol Volkswagen. If you want it the other way around, go to C&M.Thanks Jose & C&M!

Saved our road trip! Our front bumper came loose an hour into our trip. We called them from 15 minutes out, Jose told us to come in and they had us back on the road faster than I could finish my coffee from their fancy machine. Ultra clean bathrooms too! Great job C&M. Thank you!!!

Email scheduling service was quick and response was prompt. Was able to get service within reasonable period (24 hrs). Service center is clean & bright and the service manger Jose was professional and service oriented. C&Ms adoption of technology for communication is a fresh breath in Automotive service. Turnaround was quick and price was commensurate with labor & parts.

This shop is transparent in the work they do and the services they offer. they advised me on what repairs needed to be done to my vehicle and were respectful of my decision to hold off on repairs at this time. This was my first visit to C&M Auto Service and I was extremely happy with the service. I quickly made an appointment. The office was very clean. The shuttle service driver was very friendly . I was updated throughout the day on the status of my car. My car was ready to pick up at at the time I was told it would be done. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Passing through early morning, radiator hose broke. C&M was close by and they quickly gave me a quote, ordered parts and got all the needed repairs done. The hands down best customer service Ive ever experienced in a mechanic shop.I had my car towed there and theyve been storing it temporarily so I can get the car donated. They have been nothing but patient, and professional. C&M has always been top of the customer experience for auto shops. They always call me with status before I reach out for an update. Their prices are fair and usually can take in my car on short notice.

Ive used this shop for several years, however, I cant see myself going here again. I was quoted over $1,200 for shocks and struts on my vehicle, which is nearly $500 more than 4 other shops I called. I even called Gilroy Toyota and was quoted over $200 less to change my struts by the dealer than C&M. I ended up having this work performed by another local mechanic for $796 and change.It was recommended that I replace my serpentine belt even though its not cracked or damaged, just dry. I was told its not possible to condition my serpentine belt when I knew for a fact chemical sprays are available to condition drive belts. I purchased the spray from Orielys for about 6 or 8 dollars and my belt is fine.It was also recommended that I change both my upper and lower radiator hoses even though they have not begun to crack or fail. A job which was quoted at just under $400.I was told that my vehicle has the wrong tires but confirmed with the tire shop I use both by phone and online that they are correct for my vehicle.I was quoted for several hundred dollars in work I dont need and quoted almost $500 more for a job than several other local shops. This shop does do good work however their prices are much higher than other mechanics quoted me and I cant look past the work that was recommended and not needed.

My experience with this repair shop has been absolutely horrible. I hit a pothole on US101 and that damaged my tire. Took my car into C&M and they charged me 200% over retail for a new tire and they caused damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility. They told me that them causing damage to my battery while the car was with them was somehow my fault. Please think twice about using this shop as they will both overcharge you and wont take responsibility for damage that they cause.

I hate, hate, hate, HATE bringing my vehicles anywhere for service.Perhaps it is because most of my experiences at other shops have always ended with greasy hand-prints on my steering wheel, doors, seats or some some sort of new new scratch/ ding, dent or worse.
