Top Notch!I was in a jam being from out of town and having to repair my Cayenne in a hurry. Mike jumped on this right away, was straight with me and very responsive. Luckily, my issue was a simple one to fix but they handled it in the most professional manner possible and with my constraints.This is the most positive exchange I have had with a shop in a long time. I wish I was more local to Freds!

I was in a pretty tough spot: my 330Ci is old and has 250k miles on it, but I really love that car. When one of my exhaust valves broke, I was sure that the car was toast. I took it to Fred’s knowing that I’d need a true BMW expert to tackle head rework. The fix wasn’t fast or inexpensive, but it was RIGHT, and right the first time. Best of all, they noticed a potentially fatal flaw in the timing chain guide before it spoiled my day. Very appreciative, guys!

I came to Freds with an unexpected issue with my car and they were able to fit me in and take a look at it. The interaction with the staff was great: I got honest feedback on what I needed, they were friendly, and gave me an accurate estimate on my expected bill. They even fixed a few things I hadnt caught yet.I had been searching for a good car shop to take my BMW for a while after moving here. I used to only take my car to this one shop back home, and Fred made me feel like that shop did.

So my 2017 almigt mustang project ran into trouble. Apparently a rode chewed into my wire harness and ate the leed wire for the ignition coil. So I had to get the wire fixed make sure damage was not done from miss fires. It was about 213 for the repair and code clear, They had me in and out even though the lot was full. Very fast professional and no time at all. I will most likely be using this place from now on to manage certain parts and I stalls.
