I came in last week to purchase a pre-owned vehicle I had seen online. The dealership itself is very clean and organized. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and was introduced to Oscar Ortiz who helped me test drive the car I had seen and invited me in to talk numbers. The process itself was easy. The team helped me get to the payments I wanted without the hassle most other dealerships would try to pull. I had seen some dealerships were making additional dealership fees mandatory, however this place does not do that. They also mention how the maintenance packages are optional, but work with you to where those could be included for a lower price than you’d expect. Oscar’s attention to detail and follow ups made my experience at Hyundai of Moreno Valley even more satisfying. He made sure I enjoyed my purchase even after a couple days past. If you are considering stopping by, ask for Oscar. He’ll take care of you

My wife and I came in to test drive a Tucson. We were behind the wheel within 5 mins. Jesse Sauceda was a great informative salesman! Then we laid eyes on a white 2022 Santa Cruz and both of us fell in love with it right away. Just our style for hitting the beach,mountains,deserts of So.Cal. We had a hard cap budget we had to stick with and Jesse made it work within a few hours!! These new Hyundais are great!!The whole staff are friendly and not pushy. Jesse knocked it out the park with everything and beyond!! Highly,highly recommend Hyundai of Mo. Val. and especially Jesse. The Santa Cruz is making my retirement tons of fun.

I had been looking for used cars for almost 2 months with long drives every weekend to many dealerships. I searched Autotrade, True Car, Car Gurus and despite seeing the advertised price, the dealers always added extra fees sometimes totaling $4000!!I found the Hyundai Elantra SE 2021 advertised at Hyundai of Moreno Valley and liked the price, I called and Kevin told me that they dont add any extra to the price and only the brand new cars have fees.I worked with Kevin, Maria and Crystal and they emailed me the contract with exact numbers as promised, after a long drive to see the car and test drive it I really liked it and 2 days later I was there with check and closed the deal.I like to thank Kevin, Maria, Crystal and the gentleman in the finance department for the professional, quick and courteous way that they handled the transaction.It is necessary to say that I live in South Orange County and it was 140 mile round trip for me but it is the first time after many car buying transactions that I feel very good and comfortable about the whole process!!Thank you guys and you have my recommendation for anybody who is in the market for Hyundai or any other brand that they might have on their lot.

Avoid getting your car serviced here at all costs. Going on 2 months, called over 10 times and have only been told one part will be in in 4 days and that was 3 weeks ago. Dont promise someone multiple times you will call them back and never do and when they try to call you either ignore it or your service manager lies and doesnt help either.

I visited this dealership for my first time today. My husband and I have purchased and leased several vehicles, and have never experienced a Sales agent explain a vehicle with such detail as ours did. If you are in the market to purchase a Hyundai, please visit this dealership and ask for Randy Williams. He does his research on the vehicles on his lot to help and educate a potential buyer on all of the features a car has to offer.Unfortunately for us, we did not leave with a new car, but we definitely left knowing that this is where we will either lease or purchase our next car. I did leave this dealership with the confidence that I will be back, and this is where I will purchase or lease my Limited Palisade.UPDATE:Wow, wow, wow! Those words explain how I feel about Moreno Valley Hyundai. I wrote a review a couple days ago about my amazing experience at this dealership. I stated how although a deal was not done, I would definitely go back to this dealership due to the exceptional service. My husband and I had talked that night, and both agreed that we loved the Hyundai Palisade, and we were going to come back this year, to either Lease or Buy the vehicle.The next day, much to our surprise, the GM, Mr. Brown, got involved. He read my review and began collecting the information as to why the deal had not been made. Our amazing “consultant” Randy Williams spoke on our behalf and explained to Mr. Brown why the deal didn’t happen. He personally got involved in working on our deal, and low and behold, made it happen! We honestly did not think we would have our Palisade so soon, and to top it off, it’s a Limited Palisade with all of the bells and whistles. My husband and I have worked hard for everything we have, and to know that Mr. Brown, Randy, and the staff at Moreno Valley Hyundai made it happen, it just gives us so much pride to see the Palisade sitting in my garage.Like I’ve said before, if you are looking into a Hyundai, please, please, please head over to Moreno Valley Hyundai. You will not regret it. If he’s available, I would also recommend Randy. He is so knowledgeable on the features of the cars, and although you might think you know everything about a specific car, he may just show you something you didn’t know.

I really like this dealership. We purchased a new car here about a month ago. In this inflated car market it is hard to find a straight up deal on a car. Almost every dealer I visited/contacted prior to this dealership had ridiculous addendum stickers, additional dealer markup, or both. As soon as a I see those I just walk away. The particular model we were looking at had $5k added markup at most other dealers we looked at. Hyundai of Moreno Valley advertises that they are the only dealer in the area with no additional markup. In my experience this is 100% true. I worked with Kevin and Crystal in internet sales and they were straight forward on the pricing and once we decided to purchase we got out of the finance office relatively quickly. I did have a issue while signing the paperwork that was corrected on the spot, I left this in my review to Hyundai. The General Sales Manager called me the same day and explained to me how they corrected this issue so it would not happen again to other customers, I was fine with that.

Went in to get my Tucson serviced. They said about 2.5 hours to complete the service and a recall. Last time I got my car serviced, I never received the text saying my car was ready. I went to walk around and 2.5 hrs later I walked back in to the dealership. The gal tells me the car is done and its getting washed. 1/2 hour later, I walk out to the service driveway and see my car sitting there. I walk back in to the waiting area and wait for the text to let me know the car is ready like they said they would do. 20 minutes later no text so I ask the service writer if my car is ready and she says no, then looks through a bunch of papers and says oh yeah, here it is. Super annoying. They should be texting people as soon as the paperwork hits their desk. The dealership is great, but their service writers need to step their game up a bit.

Horrible! Just as I was about to sign on the car they reneged on an offer that was made to me as if it was never made. They were trying to add months to the deal. I had asked repeatedly if it was 72 months and the sale guy said yes every time. However when it came to signing the financial lady told me it was 75 months. When I asked her why the change and that the other person shook on it she told me that that was the deal and there was no changing it. When I started to ask more about the change she immediately started to raise her voice at me till she was screaming at me. She then started taunting me that it didn’t matter what I did the deal wouldn’t change. She started to act like I was screaming at her when all I did was point out they had lied to me. However she was the only one there that made me feel that way. The sales guy was helpful and alright. If it wasn’t for the financial lady I would have bought the car but the way she acted and talked made the environment hostile.Edit: After I posted this my bank sent me an alert that someone checked my credit. Just like it did when Hyundai checked my credit for my car.

Showed up at 645am for an oil change. We were the only customers there. We saw 2 people in the service dept sitting at desks so we Waited until 7 to walk in and was told they were 2 weeks behind and would take 2 plus hours if we wanted to leave our car and was laughed at when we said no thank you. We just moved to the area so this was our first visit. Guess we will be driving to Cardinal Way in Corona. They’ve never treated us like this place just did. No appointment needed either.

Their kind, upfront approach to the process, from my first contact with them via website chat through the entire process, including a follow email the day following my purchase, were consistent. My sales person, Willie, was personable and accommodating. I felt like I was talking to a friend who sincerely wanted what was best for my family and me when speaking speaking with Willie. I did not buy my car here but I started having it serviced here after a bad experience at a different hyundai dealership and I must say it has been a wonderful experience so far, so accommodating and Ron has was the most recent service advisor I dealt with and he was terrific, super funny and, personable. Although when I was waiting for my car I was crossing the street when a gold Genesis blew a red light and did not yield to myself crossing the street and when I got back I asked and was told it was the owner, Im extremely disappointed in their actions considering their was another employee behind them in a new vehicle who stopped behind the line and waited until I was on the sidewalk to proceed through his turn.

A waste of time. I was interested in a car, that cost 12k, I was honest upfront that Im unemployed and that my credit score wasnt good, of course they told me that its no problem. I go there give them my info. They said theyll call me regarding what loan options I have, they call me 2 days later about another car that cost the same but lower miles. I said Ill check it out but they ran my credit, I never gave permission to run my credit for this other car that when I got there was 5k more so my payments would be in the $500s. Just ridiculous, if I couldnt get the car I wanted just say so but dont try to get me into another car by telling me its the same price when thats a lie then run my credit without my consent. Im not that desperate to pay $500 a month for a 7 year old car.

I made a service appointment easily online. I was late to my appointment by 40 minutes (oops 🤭) but I was helped quickly. Gilbert Armenta helped me out and was courteous and helpful, he even organized his manager to give me a ride home! My car was finished in a few of hours and though they offered to pick me up, I was able to get my own ride there. My car was returned to me in better shape than I left it. I highly recommend them and will return!

I want to thank Hyundai of Moreno Valley and a special thank you to Elliot Ortega who was my salesman. I had a 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE which I traded it in and bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. I am very happy with my purchase. The day before we went into the dealership I was texting the dealer and explained to them what type of trade in that I had. I saw a 2018 Hyundai Tucson on there website and that was the one I am interested in and made an appointment for the following day. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed when I parked my car I parked right next to the vehicle that I was interested in a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. Elliott came outside to greet my son and I. Less than 5 minutes we were in the Tucson and took it for a test drive. The vehicle is everything that I expected it to be. One thing my son and I notice is that we were not being pressured by the salesman whatsoever. There are dealers I have been to in the past and spent hours there. I was in and out in about an hour give or take. Hyundai of Moreno Valley actually gave me more than what I was expecting from my trade in. My salesman Elliott he is very knowledgeable very considerate and understands the customers needs. So if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle go into Hyundai of Moreno Valley. I spoke with Lilliana over the phone for a week or so until I had the time to visit the dealership. Once my daughter and I arrived we were treated very well and everyone we dealt with was very professional. Cliff in sales did a great job promoting the brand, identifying the benefits of the various models, and seeing the deal through. Lilliana found the AWD model we were looking for and, not only did she arrange for a dealer swap, she went out of her way to go to the other dealership to pick it up.Buying a car can be a chore, and it’s not always a pleasant experience, but this dealership is doing things right. Got my car in September 2020. Everyone was very nice and then the car I test drove got swapped for a different car. Management fixed that the next day and wrote in my contract that I would get a $100 gift card needless to say that never happened. I will stick with Hyundai but NEVER this dealership again. I was so surprised I was able to get a next day appointment before a holiday weekend (Labor Day). My service attendant was very professional. There was a coupon for service which I was not able to print at home, but they honored from my phone. I informed them that I would run up to the Target while my car was being serviced which they offered to drive me to. I was in and out within an 1-1/2 hours and that included a complimentary car wash.

I would not recommend that anyone purchase a car from Hyundai of Moreno Valley. My husband and I were looking for an SUV after our daughter was born and we found a 2016 Santa Fe we were very interested in for a great price so we drove 75 miles to this dealership wherein the end we ended up purchasing the car. While in financing with Josie they were doing their typical upselling when buying a car, we were offered the extended warranty. We were heavily considering purchasing this when we asked if we had a power terrain or manufacturer warranty on the vehicle in which Josie ensured us we had a power terrain warranty up until 100,000 miles which resulted in us deciding not to spend the extra money to purchase a warranty through a third party company. Flash forward 10 months and 7,000 miles later - our transmission goes out. We took our vehicle to be serviced at a Hyundai closer to our home where we were informed that we do not have a power terrain warranty and that was typically only offered for first-time owners of the vehicle. I then called Hyundai of Moreno Valley and asked them to look into this and they ensured me they would pull our file, look into it and call me back. I received no callback - my husband and I decided since we were working on the clock to decide what to do with our shot transmission, we needed to just drive up there and speak to them in person. When we got to the dealership we were passed around and finally, Josie again came out to speak to us and was confused when we initially explained the situation and stated Oh you should have a power terrain warranty, I do not know why they wouldnt cover that. Let me go speak to the service department. A few minutes later, Josie comes back from the service department and took back what she said and told us that the power terrain warranty is for first-time owners of the vehicle, it does not transfer. At this point, we know we were given the wrong information at the time of purchase and Josie confirmed it by being confused when we initially walked into the dealership to talk about what had happened. She then handed us off to her manager (whose name I did not catch) and while introducing us stated that she had filled him in on the situation (which obviously she just covered her own butt with her filling in.) Her manager hardly gave us the time of day and said nothing but my hands are tied in this situation. So here we are with a car we have not even owned a year and are paying half of what we owe on the vehicle to fix the transmission when we would have bought the extended warranty to cover this had we not told we have a power terrain warranty until 100,000 miles. They will stop at nothing to get the sale and have 0 follow through with their customer service. Save yourself the headache and the lies they will tell you in order to close the deal and purchase a car elsewhere.

The place is clean & nice, the staff is friendly & helpful (David in Service took the tax off my total price when I went yesterday for maintenance so that was very nice of him), but both times that I have taken my 2012 Accent in for service, something else has broken in my car either the same day when I get home or the next day. In December, I took my car for factory required maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and I also ended up getting my rear brakes fixed, and the next day when I tried to start my car, it wouldn’t turn over. We eventually discovered that my ignition had broken & I spent $250 at a different repair shop after already spending $250 at Hyundai the day before. And yesterday, I took my car for factory required maintenance again & to get new coolant & after I got home, my outer passenger side door handle fell off. It’s just strange to me that both times after I’ve brought my car here, something random has broken when nothing was wrong beforehand.

The service was not bad at all. I wanted to give them a 5-star rating. Well, the next time I need my Genesis serviced, I will have to give Riverside Hyundai a try. They provide shuttle service, and they will shuttle me to work and pick me back up when my car is done! Hyundai of Moreno Valley tells me they do not provide shuttle service to where I live in Beaumont, just 12.2 miles away and in Fairway Canyon. Seems to me we have a lot of business in our area. But what do I know.

This was the smoothest car buying experience that I have had....EVER! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Nataly who works the front desk. She smiled and asked how she could help me. I told her I was there to see a particular salesman, Cliff. He met me, we shook hands, went to his office. Offered me water and snacks to make me comfortable and at ease. He jotted down what I was looking for in my future car. Then we went to look at cars. He was extremely knowledgeable of the car I was viewing and I never once felt pressured to purchase a car. It was really easy to talk with Cliff about the car I was looking at. He asked a lot of great questions to make sure that I was getting the most out of his time. I then made my selection of vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I was then directed to the finance department where I met with Sterling. He too was very easy going and explained all the paperwork in plain text so that I properly understood all of the documents presented to me. Long story short, I had an excellent car buying experience here and I would definitely refer my friends and family to this dealership. I also received a complimentary first oil change!!

Felt forced and to buy their view and a little bit bombarded. They ran my credit so many times that it made my score drop more than 15 points. If I would of stayed and got my.car with them I would of gotten a car that I wasnt really interested in buying. Looked around and found a much much better deal at the Hyundai dealership in el monte and now Im a proud owner of my new hyundai. The exact make, model and color I wanted it to be.

I scheduled an appointment to get my car serviced and as soon as I arrived someone came out to greet me. They asked me what I was looking to get done and gave me the option of getting a ride home or waiting in the nice little waiting area they have. They answered all my questions and gave me an estimate of how long I would wait. While I waited they offered me donuts and coffee. They kept me updated on my car and how much longer I would have to wait. They also honored a coupon that had expired. It was the best customer service Ive ever had anywhere. Theyre so nice and polite. Will definitely continue to get my car serviced here. Love this dealership.

Since this was my first service, it was complementary, so I cant answer to the price other than to say it was nice having the first one paid for. I recieved a card in the mail reminding me that it was due, and I was able to schedule it right away. The day of the service I was greeted right away by the service manager and made to feel at home. The service was done in about an hour, and the car was returned to me sparkling clean.

Michael Jacobs was the best! If you want a new car, get one from him. Super informative, not high pressure, and just all around professional. He lined up a few cars right in front of the dealership for me when my wife and 3 daughters could come back for the final approval of my purchase.He listened to the poor experiences I had at Riverside Hyundai, and made sure that did not happen.

We were able to put our daughters care seat in the new Sonata Sport and take her along for the test drive to ensure she liked the car as much as we did.
