This was by far the best Toyota Dealership I’ve been to and I have bought Toyotas my whole life. I just got home with my brand new Corolla Crossover and I love it! Ali was absolutely amazing! He was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, a gentleman, and had a great personality. Ali and Xavier worked their magic and fought hard for me to make this happen. Amanda In finance was a pleasure as well. All around a Great experience! I will definitely be going to Moss Bros Toyota in Moreno Valley from now on. Thanks guys!!

Set the bar across the board! Perfect customer experience from the moment we reached the lot and met one of the best salesman! Oscar is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. He showed us all the cars on the different lots.Art was so helpful in getting us the BEST deal we could find, even with my situation he found a way to get us into the car we wanted at an amazing deal! I was in the market for a new car - specifically a 4Runner. Called the dealership and spoke to one of their internet inside sales reps - Ali. We level set on expectations on price and the value of my Audi A5 trade-in. I drove down from Big Bear same day and drove home with my new car. Fair trade-in value and fair price for 4Runner. Very enthusiastic sales team. I don’t typically go to Dealer for maintenance and such, but I will likely take mine here in the future.

Moss Bros will PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK! DO NOT SERVICE HERE! They only want your money. They don’t care about your car or your safety! Just ONE DAY after having my car serviced here, I had a low tire. The tire shop said the tire separation was so bad they don’t recommend driving on it. It could blow out at any time. I thought this was supposed to be part of your “mutli point inspection and tire report card”?! Not once was it mentioned. Maybe due to the fact I have wheel and tire insurance through Toyota and they didn’t want to replace it. But they sure did let me know I needed a $250 break job on top of the $120 oil change. When you call to voice your concerns, they continually put you on hold. Or the manager “isn’t at their desk” at any point of the day. If you care about your car or your safety, choose a different dealership!

There were so many barriers in place, but at the end of the night they were able to work with me. I am so happy to finally upgrade from my Corolla to a Camry. So Ive Called twice this week to schedule an appointment for service and a Recall letter that I had received in the mail. The Receptionist that answered both times said I Dont need an appointment and that they accept Walk-Ins between 7AM-11AM even though I told her I wanted to schedule an appointment.I didnt think anything of it and drive down to Moss Bros. Toyota of Moreno Valley. I arrived at 10:34 AM and have been waiting in the Non Appointment lane for well over 30 min.2 Vehicles pulled into the Appointment lane after I arrived. They were both tended to in a timely manner.Im thinking how were they able to schedule an appointment and I wasnt. So I called the receptionist while waiting in the Non-Appointment Lane and asked her if I could schedule and appointment for service. She stated that I dont need an appointment between the hours of 7AM - 11AM. So I then told her Im here at the dealership now. Im parked in the non appointment lane and 2 Vehicles pulled into the Appointment lane after I arrived and they were tended to. How is that possible? She stated Appointments have priority. ARE YOU KIDDING ME !? so said What do I have to do to schedule an appointment? She said I have one available in 2 days.Whats the point of not letting me schedule an appointment and having me walk in if Im going to be neglected as a customer especially when I tried to take the steps to make easier on both parties by scheduling an appointment.Furious with how I was treated today.

Absolutely ghastly experience. Arrived to my appointment at 3:45pm with a price quote in hand as well as an estimate for my trade in. Left at 8pm with the dealer still not honoring the quote. Same thing with the trade in price, offering .30 on the dollar for the Kelly Blue Book purchase price certificate the dealership itself offered. We sat for more than two hours while we negotiated with them on honoring the quoted prices. It was absolutely stunning. I’ve never experienced a more sleazy slimy group of salespeople. Every time they came to an agreed sale price with a customer in the room, they would ring the gong and everyone would clap and cheer. It was asinine. They have the salesmanship game down to a science, even trying to force you to purchase added accessories like an alarm and paint protectant that they had already added above and beyond MSRP.When I talked to a neighboring dealership, and explained my experience, they reported to me that this is a common occurrence. I bought a new car elsewhere and the dealership honored the quoted price without any hassle or drama.Stay away from Moss Brothers unless you like to waste your time and be treated like a tool.But don’t worry, they won the Toyota presidents award in 2012. Gosh, I can’t imagine why they haven’t won it in the eight years since! (sarcasm)

So, i been waiting forever for a toyota sienna hybrid to come in at the Escondido site, I gave up and started a search everywhere. Thanks to penfed they got me to find Moss toyota bros. They let me know that the one that I was looking for was coming in but not until the end of June but I was allowed to purchase it already which is not all toyotas. This way once it comes in its mine which is good because these cars are very hard to come by. Alex Trujillo and William Hooked us up. Glad we got a great price! Glad that it was delivered and Alex came in on his day off to make sure we got it the day we wanted it! If I dont call that customer service I dont know what but we are so excited, thrilled and so happy. An easy transaction mostly done by phone and email and then he drove down here for us to do the contract and this is a good 75 miles away... He also kept calling to see when it would arrive because we were just too excited we wanted it. Thank you Alex!

Terrible experience! Do not recommend this place for financing a car..We were lied to cheated and screwed over by the finance team. We had cars in mind that we wanted to see, Christian the salesman tried his best to show us cars, but they had nothing that was advertised online. False advertising. The finance team along with Andres took an extra 1,000$ from our debit card, when we specifically said we only wanted to put down only 1,000$ when we checked our bank account 2 days later we found out that they charged 2,000$ on our debit card!!! We had agreed and shook on paying the final price of 22,200$ after our deposit with all interest taxes and gap insurance for the used car but when the contract was drafted it still came out to 26,000$. So not only did they take an extra 1,000 $ they jacked up the price of what we had negotiated. Originally they wanted 27,000$ for the car that is 10,000 more than the sticker price!!! They only brought it down to by a little bit. The managers and finance team only care about making money and commission and about meeting their quotas. At any cost it takes. Even if that takes screwing people over and having them pay 10,000$ more than the sticker price.

Mechanical issues with my vehicle have never been pleasant experiences until I met Cassandra Wilkes. She got my family in quickly for service and was able to explain what was needed for my car. I had been looking for a new car so I was online shopping. I came across a 2022 Corolla for $25k and I though to myself this is good deal especially because its hybrid. So we go check it out. They were nice and welcoming, let us test drive it. Offered us snacks and drinks. It was all going smooth. Once we sat down to negotiate the price he said he could not give it to us at the price we saw online because cars were in high demand. Now the car was at $30k not including all the add ons like taxes and interest. He asked us what was a payment we could make. He had NOT run our credit. When we explained this is not fair because that is not a price we saw online he explained that if we did not buy the car someone else would. Also, that for a reason we went to their dealership when there is so many we could go to. As if he was the one doing us a favor. His attitude was very pretentious. Avoid All Cesars as we spoke to two of them.

I had a great experience here this morning! I wont lie, the line was long even at 830 am but it moved swiftly. The staff was very pleasant. The young man directing traffic, Solo, was very sweet and already knew what I was there for before I said it and was moving the line quickly. My service advisor was Sarah De Monte. From the time she appeared next to my window she was awesome! She was so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how she told me my cost upfront and the timing was exact. I will definitely recommend this dealership and use them in the future.

Waste of time. Prices on their website is not correct price. Saw 2021 Toyota Camry for $31,000 on their website. Drove there to buy it and they have added $10,000 to every car for market conditions. Not paying over $40,000 for a camry, might as well buy a Tesla Model 3 for that amount.***Update. Now that their manager wants to get involved 3 days later dont bother. I drove to another Toyota dealer out of the Inland Empire where they dont have this surcharge. Saved me $10,000. A shame though since I wanted my business to stay in Riverside County.

So.......I unexpectedly had to get another car and searched online at this dealership. I spoke to Alex Trujillo and we scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. I came in that same day we spoke just to browse and possibly expand my options and really understood what I was looking for. Alex was patient and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted in the price range I specified. Now....Mr. William Showtime Gutierrez (Sales Manager) came through and made it happen like KOBE👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. His charismatic personality was an added bonus and him and Alex truly hooked me up. Now let me tell you about this amazing angel Ms. Janelle Hall was truly AMAZING in explaining everything to me and truly making me feel comfortable. I truly appreciated her honesty and her expertise in making sure I completely understood what I was signing. She was the first Finance Manager I met that was warm and pleasant. She was truly a blessing and an asset. The icing on the cake was Mr. Alejandro Castillo who first greeted me on the lot and saw me as I drove off blasting Outstanding by the Gap Band. He took pictures of me and my new ride, set up my Bluetooth and helped me with my seats and trunk area. He was truly an amazing hype man and helpful Internet Manager. He was very attentive and delivered amazing customer service. I am super BIG on receiving GREAT customer service and this team of people named did an amazing job. Please check out their amazing internet deals before heading over because internet prices are not marked on the cars on the lot. Overall I truly enjoyed my experience and was in and out in less than four hours. The only thing that could use improvement was the car wash it was less than satisfactory and I was disappointed.

Parents purchased a vehicle here a few years ago. About two weeks into it they noticed car made some weird sounds while driving. Took it for inspection and they could never find out what was going on. They drove the car like that for a couple of years not feeling safe but there was no other option. Finally a couple of weeks ago the check engine light came on (car only has 27,000 miles) we took it back for inspection and they told us what the issue was. They also found why the car was making those noises but it was now not covered under warranty. Parents paid to have it fixed but check engine light never went away. They were asked to take it back the next day for them check. Next day they were asked for additional money to fix what they supposedly they had fixed the previous day. Light came off but came right back on while still being at the lot. They were now told to leave the car for a few days. Asked for a curtesy vehicle and we’re told that they didn’t have one for them but they could rent one from them. They charged them two different times for the same issue that was never fixed and were now being told that they needed additional money to fix it now. Parents were there two different occasions all day long with nothing to eat and they couldn’t offer a ride to them because they don’t live near Moreno Valley so they were stuck there being robbed. My parents are older on a fixed income and these people took advantage of them since the time they purchased the vehicle.

This review is for the service provided at Moss Bros Toyota of Moreno Valley. I came in for an oil change and service inspection as per recommendations on the oil change sticker. When I checked in, I was told the price would be $80, and the wait would be 2 hours. Yikes. Since I wanted my car to be serviced before an upcoming road trip, I decided to wait. When I checked out, I was told that my oil change only needed to be completed every year or 10,000 miles and that my oil change today was unnecessary (it actually was due 6 months later). Wow. How shady is that? To allow a customer to get an oil change when they already knew it was not necessary? I would rather have them tell me that I didnt need an oil change, but make recommendations for the services that I DID need so that I could take care of my car before the upcoming road trip. Something really needs to change for this company to be transparent to their customers. Some Toyota customers depend on the expertise of car dealerships to ensure their cars are in excellent working condition, so it is poor form to have have terrible service as evidenced by lack of communication, lack of transparency, and absolutely no recommendations for the services that my car needed.

Pretty disappointed with the services rendered. I was told two different times for when the services would be completed and than waited almost 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting I was able to see three or four staff come in and out using profanity and joking around, thats fun and games but I had my kids with me, and then when I received my vehicle back they had literally changed every setting inside the vehicle, had the drivers seat reclined completely back, steering wheel lowered, and radio had all the settings (treble/bass) all raised to max. I really wish I never had bought my vehicle from them and would be stoked to never have to return again. The place is a joke

I recently had a check engine light on in my RAV4. I had previously taken it to 2 mechanics and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I took it to Moss Toyota. I was very reluctant to take it to a dealership. However, when i got there Lauren Gonzales greeted me with a very comforting smile, listened to my concerns and assured me she would get to the bottom of what the problem was. When she could see that I wasn’t completely convinced, she went out of her way to put me at ease. She offered to let me talk with a technician named Edgar. He also was very nice, answered all of my questions (I asked a lot of questions). The result? Not only did Lauren and Edgar put my mind at ease, the mystery of the check engine light was solved!!! Lauren G provided a customer service experience second to none!!! Thank you Lauren and Edgar!!!!!

Stay away from Xavier, cesar and JR at all cost!! unless you want to get a car for 2 months then have them call you to return it even tho credit score is in the high 700s!! They lie they keep running your credit even after they already said to return the car they also threaten to ruin your credit by saying if car isnt return they will put repo on record all because they want the car back right then an there like if you dont have a job if you want to waste time and money buy a car from here i recommend everyone say away AT ALL COST!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR/SUV/TRUCK FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

These people are so annoying. They will spam your phone with calls after being told multiple times to be removed from their call list. 4 calls in 2 hours from a single number so far today alone. This doesnt count the other numbers theyre calling from. I was going to come to check out a vehicle that I had discussed with somebody not long ago but after being constantly bombarded with calls from random sales people, who have all called themselves a manager I will be purchasing from a different dealership.

We came in yesterday to speak with Ali about a car. We spent roughly 7 hours at the dealership, but it was well worth it. Ali and the team tried their hardest to get us the price we wanted for the car we loved. They tried literally everything possible to help us get this car. Not once did they pressure us into getting added accessories & packages. Their team is professional, friendly, and so helpful. I’d recommend anyone who is considering getting a car to speak with Ali!

Overall such an amazing experience and service. Jesus Cabral is the sales rep to go to. He helped me find my dream car and provided me with best information to help me get to my dream car. William Gutierrez is also amazing. Was able to reach my financial budget and provide me a good deal to be able to get my car. Very much appreciated for them both. Definitely recommend coming here for a new car And definitely ask for these two great salesman.

Had a great experience servicing my car, the service advisor Jonathan Robles went above and beyond to make sure my car service was excellent and my experience was great, they accommodate me on their busy schedule, I serviced my Highlander (that I purchased from Moss at a great price )and was shopping for tires since I was going on a long trip and Jonathan priced me tires and was able save money and time by doing everything at the same time, their prices are way better than other retailers highly recommend them.Thanks Jonathan and all the Moss family .
