Getting deli service is a nightmare. Just getting someone attention is a miracle. Having what you want in stock is almost impossible. I came Monday for deli meat and was told they were sold out and they get deliveries Tuesday. So I go Tuesday afternoon and was told they get deliveries Wednesday and Thursdays. Its not worth it ill go somewhere else. Dont like getting lied too.

I love shopping here. This place is great. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. It is absolutely best store for groceries. They have all the goods I am looking for. 5 stars!

I find it frustrating that Ralphs is currently advertising that their produce is the absolute freshest you can find. The produce here is consistently terrible, specifically organic berries. The organic berries are *always* moldy. When I ask employees in the produce department I am met with lazy common excuses. I drove 5 minutes down the road to Vons and bought the best organic berries and figs.

Today I had a bad experience. Tuesday afternoon 6:20 PM want some fried chicken. I went to the deli saw the chicken sitting there, looked about like it was about 1-2 yrs old. The man working in the deli was by himself and there were four people ahead of me in line. The lady waiting by the chicken gave up, and went to the managers booth. She didn’t come back. After a 10 minute wait and ZERO acknowledgement from the deli or the bakery employees, and looking at what looked like sad, getting older by the minute, fried chicken, I decided to leave. I left the Ralph’s market empty handed. No one, except the other person waiting for chicken, gave me a nod or a hello or a kiss my A$$. It must be nice to have too much business.

I was here in this building for a brief time, but not for very long. I was able to at least buy a small bottle of drinking water. I happened to be by myself at the time, in my twenties, I figure agewise.Although Moorpark is my original hometown, I was able to get there from Bakersfield, and returned to Bakersfield.Today was 31 MAY 2021, Memorial Day.I have never been able to afford land and dwelling ownership both, in Moorpark.I really enjoy thoughts of Moorpark, and being there when I could, and I am still wholly entirely on my own, having known my early experience at true Social Distancing, before the pandemication.I survive in isolation adaptation hybridization, although I have lifelong labors, being two ways disabled, developmentally and learning disabled.Unchanged, and safe, as always, wisdom/wise.

Usually better prices than Vons or Target for most things. A little smaller than some other Ralphs.

Id avoid this one. They over charge at this place. So watch the items carefully. Peek around the plexiglass if you have to.And this store always has long lines and its uncomfortable to line up with the 6 feet and limited space. Plan 1hr for the shortest visit.Some items on shelf are over the expiration date.

I had a very good experience for online order and Pick up at this store. When I arrived at the designated parking space and called the number on the notice, I had all the items in my trunk within 5 minutes. Good service.

All of the workers here are really nice. I especially like the guys working in the butcher area. They always give me great cuts and I like how theyll season the meat for you. I only gave it 4 stars, because the prices seem to be going up. I do like to shop here still, because I like to support Moorpark business.

The Deli man is always such a pleasure to see, when completing my request for cheeses & lunch meats, we discuss local town stuff. Thank you for making my mundane weekly tasks more pleasant.

Very unfriendly employees, produce department walks around with a comatose stare. They continuously run out of buttermilk, I asked an employee why theyre always running out of buttermilk I got no explanation just the stair. Come on Moorpark we can do better than this.

Ralphs has a Free item every 😊 week, one just needs to be enrolled on their rewards/club members which is totally free, Ralphs will even send you a text reminder on Friday a.m. with a picture of that Free item.....😊 I think thats nice from Ralphs 🥑! 🍓! 🍇!🍞!....way to go Ralphs 👍!!

The store pretty much has it all and the lower Echelon help is extremely friendly and helpful, however, the higher up the management ladder you go the less friendly they seem to be. My experience with the produce manager left a lot to be desired. Maybe it was because Im a man.

Okay so your grocery store is good and all but... you serve your packaged chicken in this heat table i guess you could call it but i like my chicken cold huh you dont have any COLD tables do you no...no you dont. Thats just cold.

Recently moved from Hawaii to Santa Rosa Valley. My wife was prepping dinner and needed one ingredient so I went to Ralphs. Unfamiliar with the store I saw an individual stocking shelves and asked if he could tell me where the coconut milk was located. He personally walked me to the aisle it was located and I thanked him for his assistance. He said if there was anything else I needed to just ask and introduced himself as Bob Patterson, the store manager. The young cashier was so courteous and friendly also. They showed us the Aloha spirit lives here as well.

This Ralphs gets the lowest rating possible due to one very unprofessional, biased, angry, rude and unfriendly BRENDA S. Working as cashier. There were a Latino couple ahead of me speaking with Brenda in Spanish and she seemed to enjoy the company. It was my turn and I got the dirtiest look as I started speaking English and last time I checked, Moorpark is in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The credit card machine wasnt working properly, she got very upset and gave me instructions like Im her dog and came over and ripped the card off hand without a word and shoved it into the machine I thought she broke it. She than hammerd the 3 items I had on the counter saying take your items again like taking to a dog or third class citizen. This was the worst, yes, the worst service I have received anywhere.RALPHS MANAGEMENT IN MOORPARK, YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER. Westlake Village Ralphs is one of the best with friendly and skilled professionals running the store and the one on the corner of Moorpark Rd and Jan Rd also a very well managed store.But this Ralphs in Moorpark on Los Angeles Ave is the worst managed grocery store anywhere.

Its close by. However Im never really impressed by the freshness of the produce.My main complaint is that they sell out of garlic bread daily as well as usually running out of French bread, and the bakery closes early. Nobody else knows where they keep the garlic spread, quoted verbatim from an employee behind the counter.

This is a great Ralphs as they recently added a Starbucks inside and made other renovations. Great selection of produce and meats along with a great staff make this for a pleasant grocery shopping experience.

I live two blocks away from Vons here in Moorpark, but I prefer shopping at Ralphs for many reasons. Here are a few.1. Beer: every week they feature a group of high quality beers, 12 packs, you must buy 2, for $10.99 Stella, Modelo, Heineken, 805, etc.Bonus for Superbowl, 3 Modelos for $9.99 each (YOU MUST ADD IT TO YOUR RALPHS ACCOUNT) pretty easy.2. Their beef, especially the flap beef for carne asada when its on sale for $4.773. General store management: items are on the shelves where they belong, no bait-and-switch with more expensive items.

Placed an order to be picked up at 10:00am the next day and had to wait 10 minutes. Never again will this happen and I will not suggest any one that I know do buisness with Ralphs.
