I love the produce department here at this Vons. They regularly carry delicacies like heirloom figs. When in season, the organic berries are normally tasty and beautiful.

When it comes to helping physically disabled, don’t go here! They only have two electric scooters which intermittently don’t work. The corner where they store them is filthy with dirt and cobwebs. Until I said something, even the carts were filthy and needed to be wiped down.Prices her aren’t the best. I go for convenience sake. They gouge the consumer, even during COVID restrictions when many were out of work, they raised prices. I see it as corporate greed.

The most expensive store in town. Always a wait in line, sometimes behind people with a full cart in the expressline. The store is clean, well lighted, has lots of stuff. But, youll pay for it. And no self checkout.

Usually I dont shop at Vons, todays experience confirmed why.2 checkers while 9 people in each line.Not the checkers fault just poor mgmt.

This Vons may be my favorite ever. I used to work for a Vons some time ago and this one is far and away better in every way.

Usually out of most things I am looking for or dont have the greatest selections. But the store is run well and staff always polite.

This is the worst Vons! No one ever says Hi or acknowledges you unless you “interrupt” them. Never more than 1 cashier in the morning even with 5-6-7 people in line. I’ve mentioned issues with things in the past and nothing changes. I try not to come here but months in between my visit I come in and am reminded why I should stay away. Today I walked out because the line was down the isle and the cashier wouldn’t call up an person to help... she was even bagging!!! Come on, really?? Call other people up to get people out the door. I’m not waiting 10 minutes to buy 2 things!

Shrimp was not fresh. It was greenish, smelled off, and half of them still had the legs on it. Had to throw it away, and scrapped my dinner recipe.

Friendly helpful staff throughout the store. They ask to help if it looks like Im trying to find something. Great attention to making you feel safe. Worker visibly on location disinfecting the carts and assuring they are good to go.

Quick visit for a few random items & to order from the Starbucks inside the store. There were very few employees around, so I had to wait to check out, even though there were no customers. Starbucks was also incredibly slow... only 1 person working... waited 15 minutes.

Vons is a real mixed bag. They have some great baked goods. But most items are cheaper at Ralphs. They need to clean the store better as well.

Nicest staff anywhere. However, the store and product is horrible. One of the darkest supermarkets I have been in. It’s old, dark and dirty. The produce is a day from spoiling. I have gone to pick up a cantaloupe and my finger went through it. Bananas are always bruised and over ripe. Once again very nice staff but the quality of food is really subpar. Vons is two blocks from my house and I drive the extra 3 miles to Ralph’s to buy produce. Artichokes twice the size and half the price at Ralph’s, Gelson’s.... This store continues to look more and more creepy and dingy. The Bargain Grocery Store has better lighting and better product and it’s a wholesale place.This Von’s does NOT meet the Von’s standard that I am accustomed to.

Smaller than Vons in thousand oaks. less brands as well. small hot bar. checker and bagger were kind. pretty quiet for 5 dollar Friday compared to t.o. Vons. would visit again if in area.

Only cons in moorpark. Clean but the layout is not shop able. Feels like this store is missing some brands probably due to the Albertsond merger. If you have a choice shop ralphs on la ave. Or drive to Albertsons on madera.

My father is in a wheelchair and they have a handicap accessible lane.. and all the groceries are easy to reach. That speaks volumes.

Vons has been out of some products which are give-aways in a contest they have been running. The manager made substitutions .It was a good and nice thing to do. Very good!!

I have never had good service at their Deli. Ive often had to wait and then was refused service because they were out of containers.. Tonight I waited about five minutes to be served, luckily a nice man, who by the look of his outfit appeared to work at the butcher counter, came by to help me and offered me a discount on a whole chicken because they were out of pieces. The female worker at the bakery that I asked to see if there was someone working at the deli was extremely rude, distant. She would barely acknowledge that I was there or look like she wanted to answer my question. It looked like she was on the end of her shift and really wanting leave the place but youd expect someone to at least engage with you as a human, which she did not.I plan on never going back to this Vons unless its an emergency.

The store is in my neighborhood and is not too big or too small. Very clean and well stocked. Staff are helpful.

Im giving this place 3 stars because I like the staff in there. However, from a price and convenience standpoint I feel the company is milking an area with limited grocery store options. Pretty much everything in the place is over priced.

Big store, bakery, deli, nice clean, easy access and parking. Has Starbucks inside with large area to sit and relax with free WIFI.

I like Vons for the deli and bakery as well as other departments. Ive found their meat dept in Moorpark to be superior to Rs in terms of variety and selection; well, heck I rarely leave there without what I wanted and often find something new and delectable.

This Vons never lets you down if you are in need of flowers in Moorpark. Only problem here is that their checkout lines can take forever even though you are in the express line.

The line was ridiculous. Only 2 checkstands open.. Across the front and half way back the alcohol isle. Shopping at Vons is never a pleasure.

The grapes we bought were already going bad. I also dont see what the improvement was in tearing down the Starbucks to put up another Starbucks in the same layout and style. Not sure how this new starbucks inside Vons is different from the one before? Staff is all so friendly each time we shop there.

This is the place to go for Moorpark high students. They have a starbucks, wifi, and a diverse range of food options. They also have tables where you can sit down and eat. I love this place and I am so thankful that it exists.

Vons in Moorpark has great employees, but suffers from what all Vons stores do - higher prices and almost always having at least 1 item in your cart ring up at a different price that advertised &/or indicated on the shelf.

Alright so I come here fairly frequently for chicken tenders. They used to have heinz ketchup packets but a few months ago they switched to some random cheap a** ketchup and I feel betrayed. Making my tastebuds suffer like that is a crime, yall lucky I dont file a lawsuit. Anyways the chicken is good and the breakfast burritos are dank. Stop ordering that disgrace of a ketchup packet and youll get 5 stars out of me. Have a good day

Often expired dates on products. Often out of products...in a variety of ways. I always run across one or two items when shopping. We deserve better in a nice community like Moorpark! Frequently we will drive to Albertsons and Stater Bros in Simi for much better quality market and service! Or Costco. Always a line and understaffed checkers and baggers. No baggers to help! Ever. Blame managers and corporate. Stater Bros always has help and baggers! And checkers. When spending a few hundred ina shop makes a diff. Can I say anymore. Spend hundreds at this market on a shop out Convenience. Moorpark deserves better! Please turn it into an Albertsons to replace the one we lost on LA Ave!!!!!!!

Being a High Schooler, Vons is a convenient and fast store to get lunch at. Perfect, except that they treat MHS Students like crap!- They will not let you park in their lot, even if you are a regular customer. If they even suspect that you park there for the high school, then they will tow your car.-All Vons employees treat MHS students like third class citizens. If you want to simply buy something, the rudeness of the employees is impossible to avoid.If you value your community, do not spend your money here.
