I did a pick-up at Target today, but the only downside with pick-ups is that there is a $1 change for a plastic bag. I always bring my own reusable bags or ask for recycled paper as an alternative, but there is no choice with pick-up orders.

I found the products I wanted to purchase. The signage around the store helped me to find the products I wanted to purchase. The prices were very reasonable. The service was professional and efficient, warm and friendly. I enjoyed receiving the discounts as well as the savings I received by using my REDcard and by bringing in my own reusable bag. I was in and out of the store in very little time.

I appreciate how well stocked the store is, as well as the helpfulness of the employees. We found Carlos at the Moorparks Electronic Dept. very informative and happily assisted us in upgrading our phones to replacing our Blue Ray Player. Thank you!

Every target is the same to meHas the exact same layout as every other targetI like their new line of colorful clohtign but it is for women I thinkAH who cares ill wear it

Target has a little to a lot of everything you could possibly need. Also a great place to walk around and window shop if youre a bored teenager

I walked into Target to pick up my online order. The employee looked up my order, went to get it and came back with it in less than 3 minutes. It was on a dolly and she said someone will be right here to help me outwith it. Michael came right over from sanitizing the shopping carts and out we went. The whole transaction was less than 10 minutes. Absolutely wonderful.

Amazing workers and people ! But the management really ran the place down. A lot of the newer management really dont know what they are doing and have a massive ego aswell. I hope they can fix it so I can change this review !

Can not believe how this place is managed, they have no sense of whats going on. I came into to pick up my order pick up and this big lady named christina. Was extremely rude to me and did not live up to Target standards. I have never felt so harassed and humilated. Wont be shopping here EVER AGAIN

Got home started eating target brand chips and noticed on the bag it was good till sometime in march..its august Ill remember to check the expiration date from now on.How its managed to still be on the floor this whole time....

I visited this target a few days ago and I must say my experience was beyond dissatisfying. I didn’t catch his first name but the manger whos last name is Lopez was extremely unhelpful, rude, and borderline passive aggressive when I asked for assistance.I asked him to direct me and he blatantly ignored me. I asked again, frustrated and he responded he was busy, didn’t have time for me, and told me to ask someone else. Seeing as though he’s paid to help customers it’s funny he was so “busy” even tho I saw him speaking casually to a fellow employee not a minute later. Never coming back to this location again.

Excellent location. Products in store is well laid out and carries a lot of items not available in other nearby stores. Also good to see the store keeping up with other stores by introducing the Drive Up feature where they bring your items to your car from an online order

Theres usually what seems like many employees in the building at all times, however the current staffing must be short as they are no longer accepting phone calls to the store for stock checking purposes.In the age of Coronavirus I want my fingers to do the walking and I dont always trust the online system to tell you if something is actually there.

Bad customer service! I was waiting in one of two open checkout lanes with a few people waiting in front of me. Some guy comes up and Im thinking hes going to direct some of us to another lane opening up. No! He says the self checkout area has nobody waiting! Are you kidding me? Wont be back!

As Target stores go, this is by far one of the better ones hands down.In other places (here in so cal) Ive lived in, there were some really poorly kept stores, so when I ran into this one I could immediately appreciate the difference.The store is always very neat, very clean, and very well stocked. Full disclosure, Ive only had to use the pharmacy twice, but have never had an issue. The Starbucks inside the entrance is nice, because I can get my coffee on the way in or out.They always have plenty of registers open and every cashier I have ever encountered was always friendly. This is by far the best Target store Ive shopped.

Great place to shop at in Moorpark! Target has everything one can ever need....the only bummer is that this store has not been upgraded like the other Target Stores, it doesnt have self-checkout kiosks and they dont accept newer payment methods such as Apple Pay or Android Pay...and the credit card terminals are really old and you have to try a couple of times before the transaction goes through. I have had employees tell me that the software they use on their terminals is also from 2003.

The store is generally pretty clean. It can be a challenge to find a sales person to help on occasion. Its Target! Generally decent prices and a wide variety of merchandise.

Just like any other Target, this one has good prices and selection. Nice, helpful staff. Almost no wait time for check out as well. Will almost certainly shop again at this target in the near future.

This place is awesome. They have just about everything I need. The staff is friendly and they have a starbucks inside. They have a good tech section and a grocery store section too. Practically combing a tech store and a grocery store into one. They also have stuff like a pharmacy, clothes etc.

This is my local Target and Im there very week. I like the wide aisles and friendly staff. There are a few things that could be improved - particularly stocking of frozen and refrigerated items. And, per usual, bathrooms can be gross. Overall though - a good experience.

Its looking like Walmart more and more. They started putting palates of stuff in the isles cluttering up the store and making it hard to get around that one person standing there on their phone. Its ugly, annoying, and I hope they get back to what made Target a great store.

The service received from guest services is outstanding. We made an error on the location pickup and one of the team members (Laura, I think) took the time to help me correct it on my phone.

I called to check if a certain item was in stock in the store and Kristin was so helpful, kind and cheerful to work with. She even took her time to go and check the clearance section to see if the item was there in the store. She should be commended for her willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer.

This is specific to the Moorpark Calif store. Every time I have been at this location there is only one register open with a big line up. One time they said that they didnt have any cashiers because they were either on lunch or break. The last time a couple of extra registers were opened but the people at the end of the line were helped first.

As far as Targets go, this one is pretty good. Needs self-service checkouts though, so lines can get pretty long

This is a great Target. Its not as big as the one on Tierra Rejada in Simi but I have never walked away without what I was looking for. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and always ready to take you to the item you are looking for instead of telling you where it is. Nice.

Optical service not very good, stopped by at 3:15 for an adjustment for new glasses and was told no were closed, behind in work and training comeback tomorrow.

Good Target but they never have enough cashiers. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Ladies room was disgusting! Only 1 stall wasnt clogged and the rest dirty seats. However the rest of the store is nice and organzied.

The target here is horrible. They dont pay attention to their customers and dont even try to help you locate items. I dont think i will ever be returning to this target due to the lack of staff and lack of attention towards customers.

Love the place! Got a new wireless charger for my Samsung for a very cheap price! It had a different price when I got to the cashier.

I normally love target, but this location is bad. I dont know why its so different from the Simi and thousand oaks locations, but the Moorpark location is dirty and under staffed. Trash is usually overflowing outside and while its not usually very busy the lines to checkout are insane since they only ever have one checker working. Granted my times of shopping is in the evening so it might be different during the day.

Good place to get the things I need. Electronics department employees actually know what they are talking about.

Worse customer service. They didnt help me at all. I had gotten two Sally Hansen Creme Hair Bleach boxes that did not have the products in it. I was also put on hold for 40 minutes and had to call back. Dont recommend calling for help. Most of the time they are not helpful. Also the store is a mess. Especially the cloth section. If any of you go just double check the items.
