WOW! I was interested a couple years ago in purchasing a wake surf boat, but not ready yet. The sales team at Race City answered my questions and kept in contact with me and invited me to wake surf with them several times. I finally made my mind up after checking out all the other wake surf brands.Mike helped me design my perfect boat, a G25. It was so easy and they all made feel like I was making the right decision. It is always a little scary making a purchase that large.I am so excited to get my boat in the water this spring and start having fun teaching my family and friends the awesome sport of wake surfing. If you are considering a wake surf boat...I did a bunch of research over a couple of years and Ski Natique is king! The team at Race City are also the kings. They feel like family already.

What a great experience! We have been looking for a pontoon and it has been HARD! They are nowhere to be found right now. My daughter just happened to go onto their website and found a pre-owned tri-toon (2015 Bennington). It was gorgeous! I called and spoke to Mike and Zach. They were both super helpful! I applied for financing through their website (super easy). Less than one week later, we went in and picked up our boat. Zach had us in and out in less than 30 minutes! Race City Marine is more than just a boat dealership. This group of professionals are best if the best. I was interested in a pre-owned unit that was apart of their inventory, but was 5.5 hours from the dealership. Mike in sales called me on his day off, and even after hours to ensure I had every bit of info I needed before I made the drive. The team was completely transparent with the defects, down to the smallest scuff on a few seats. I thought I was picky, but these guys are even more so. I decided to pull the trigger and the Race City team worked with my bank to provide all of the information they needed to finalize the sale.I ended up driving down on a Friday night, and water testing the boat Saturday. Race city folks had me in and out in less than 1 hour so I could make the drive back home.The biggest aspect that stood out was the follow up customer service. On day 2 of owning the boat I encountered a mechanical issues (at no fault of Race City). When I contacted Mike and Zach, they were adamant to make it right (even though this was a 15 year old used unit!). The sense of ownership and pride that this team exhibits is unmatched. Instead of giving me the “you water tested it, all was well” speech, these folks assisted with getting me back out on the water. I can guarantee you ALL of my future boats will come from Race City.Thanks again Mike and Zach for an outstanding experience!

I live in Montana and had a very specific make, model, year, color and options list I was looking to purchase. Its not easy buying a used boat that is 2,500 miles away, especially during the COVID shutdowns. Mike and the team at Race City Marine made the experience very pleasant. My son and I flew out in early March to look over and test drive the boat. They had everything ready to go the minute we arrived and Mike took extra time on the water to go through all the features. The delivery to Montana took longer than expected due to the COVID19 junk but Mike worked hard to ensure our boat was taken care of until I could arrange a shipper. When they say they WANT to do more than just sell boats, they mean it. We purchased our used Nautique in March with just a few to-do items for them to do for us. Ive been into their store a few times since and they are very quick to ask if there is anything else weve found that they can do for us, no charge, just wanting our purchase experience to be perfect. We have even set up times for one of their sales members to come out on the boat with us to give us ski, surf, and wake board lessons for our whole family!

I have an older (2003) Air Nautique and have been having issues with it going in to limp mode. After trying a number of things I decided, somewhat apprehensively, to take it in and let the professionals handle it. Best decision I have made recently! They took it in and discussed the issues with me. George let me know they were backed up but he did his best to get it done. When I picked it up, I was genuinely concerned that it had been properly repaired so I took it directly to the lake. This boat runs perfectly now!!!!! Nice to have a dealership who knows their stuff and doesnt gouge on the repairs!!! Well done and a solid 2 thumbs up. Ill never take it anywhere else!!!!

I have been boating for my entire adult life. My family and I had a boat already, but we were quickly outgrowing it. With our kids getting older and wanting to invite friends out on the lake with us, we knew it was time to upgrade. We went to the Charlotte boat show, where we met Matt and his wonderful crew. I called Race City Marine on Monday after Labor Day because my serpentine belt came off. They were able to get my boat in same day and they immediately found the problem that lead to the belt to come off. They overnighted the part I needed. Installed it in a half of a day and had it back to me super fast. I have never had a marine mechanic provide this quick and friendly service. When I went to pick up my boat I ended up being a half hour late...... I’m super lame...... but the guy who’s name I can remember all of the sudden waited paitiently for me. After paying instead of following me out the door and leaving he followed me to the boat and helped me back up and hooked it up for me. I dealt with Dana on the phone several times and she was super nice, she even came outside when I pulled up to greet me and help me unhook my boat. The price is fair, the staff is super friendly, and they have quick serive. This will be the only place I go to service my boat and to eventually buy a new one. Thanks all at Race City!

In the search for our first family boat we spent a great deal of time researching what would be best for us as a family. We began our search with used boats, but after no luck decided to look new. We shopped around and on a whim stopped at Race City Marine. From the moment we walked into their showroom and met some of their team we immediately felt comfortable. They gave us so much information not only on the Nautique boats but also gave on other manufacturers, facts, hard core information for us to think about and compare. We decided to go for a test ride with Leif and check out the Super Air Nautique. Not only were we blown away by the boat but Leif was AMAZING. We had our 7 and 9 year old with us and he was so patient with them asking their questions but also took time to take them wake surfing with him. He really spent a lot of time showing us all the features of the boat, and letting us ask any questions. We never felt rushed. It took us a few weeks to make our financial decision. As first time boat owners we were sure to not leave any stone unturned. Leif and the team at Race City Marine were so patient with us during our decision making process that we knew this was the right decision. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. On the day we bought our boat the kids drew pictures of themselves with our new boat and gave them to Lynette. To this day she still has those pictures and shows them. They really make you feel like you are family there. Maintenance and upgrades to the boat have been very easy to get when working with their shop as well. This is a 5 star business that I have recommended to many already not only for their products but for the relationship that they built with us during the while process!!

Was very specific in ordering a part for my boat. I ordered it on a Thursday and it wasnt shipped until the following Tuesday when I called to find out what was up. I checked it with UPS tracking and it was picked up from their location on that Tues. I got it Wed and it was the wrong part. Called and they said no problem theyd send out the correct part and just to send the wrong one back which I did that same day. Today is Friday and I have no part so called. They didnt ship my replacement part until they got the wrong part back. So Ive been without a boat since last Thursday when I originally ordered the part. I live 60 miles away from this place.Only reason I ordered from here was because I wanted the part in a timely manner as opposed to ordering for less money from any number of internet websites...lesson learned.
