I dont normally do reviews, but with interstate cycles Ill make the exception. I purchased a Yamaha Bolt for a great deal and it was very quick and smooth transaction. I looked at, test rode, and purchased it all within an hour and rode the bike out same that day. If your looking for a quality bike for the right price; you wont find a dealer much better!

Purchased a new 2021 YZ250F. My son called everywhere trying to find one and they said they should have one in a few days. We worked out financing and all the details before it showed up, called us at 145 pm saying it is getting unloaded.We drove 4 hours and they had just finished doing all their checks and final assembly. Gave us a great discount on extra riding gear and we were out the door. Price was cheaper then others and service was excellent. We will definitely be back!!

Quick and easy process all around. My salesman Josh was awesome, he listened to what I was looking for and steered me in that direction. The best part was NO UP-SELLING on the bike ( trying to put me into something bigger to fatten their wallet ). Bought a new Triumph Street Triple R here today. Sales process was painless, and as someone with a 15 year history in the automotive business who it was nice to not see the salesmen using high pressure sales tactics like so many other big box stores. Bo had great knowledge of Triumph bikes. Cant stress enough how much I hate when sheisty salespeople use slimy sales tactics. Even if the price is ok that alone will make me walk away and spend my money elsewhere.The store I went to the previous day didnt even know how to start a Triumph. No knowledge of any features of the bike. Then they wanted to charge me 14k+ OTD for a used triumph. All they cared about was ripping me off.I came in and got a brand new one with a warranty from Interstate for 3k less. I feel this dealer cares about representing Triumph the way the Triumph factory would want to see their brand represented. I called at 9:01 AM told him what bike I wanted, and by the end of the day I had a bike, a new set of gear and put 80 miles on the bike! 5 stars highly recommend these guys. 100% would do business here again.

I purchased a 2021 polaris slingshot from them on the 5 of August hoping that I would be able to enjoy a little bit of the summer with it but a warning ⚠️ light came on I took it to the shop on the 26 of August they told me the problem and said three days top I would have it back its been over a month and no one still knows what is going on or have any idea or clue what is wrong with it I reach out to the financial company I also reached out to polaris and they are giving me the same run around as well, mean while I am still making payments for something that is very defective or something I dont have in my possession.

I took my 2001 Yamaha Warrior 1700CC bike in for for repair and James in service took great care of me. They quickly resolved the issue and were awesome to deal with! Their business model sustains them thru shifts in markets and technology. They will be there if I need them. This thing is going to be a lot of fun. Interstate will be there to see to it.

I dont typically write reviews but my experience with Interstate Cycle over the past couple of months has been so good that I feel obliged to do so. While in the shop one day to purchase new riding gear, Anthony Smith was able to fit me and order me the perfect helmet. through casual conversation I let him know that I always thought about purchasing a Triumph to replace my GSX-R. Anthony told me about the soon to be released Triumph Daytona Moto2 765, showed me pictures, and told me that the shop was expecting to receive a couple of them in the coming weeks.Fast forward to my next visit to the shop, I came in to modify a parts order and Anthony shows me that the Triumph Daytona Moto2 765 had arrived and what a beauty it was. I slept on it for a couple of nights and then decided I had to have it. upon my return to the shop Anthony handed over to Bo Walker. This guy is incredible, he is very knowledgeable and beyond patient. Bo had an answer for every question I had and made it a very comfortable experience.Financing... this is usually my least favorite part of doing business with any dealership, finance managers are usually sharks and try to pile on all the extras on the back end in a pushy way but Robbie Broome was everything but that. he was friendly, gave me all of my warranty options but wasnt pushy at all.Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the gentleman from the service team that prepped my bike but after the transaction was complete he walked me through all of the features of the bike and showed me how to access several different modes depending on the riding conditions. mind you, all of this took place after business hours.The crew at Interstate Cycle and Watersports is exceptional from top to bottom. I was was torn between the Tiger 900 Rally Pro and the BMW GS850. I went to a different dealership and the guy wasnt very knowledgeable and seemed very distracted while dealing with us. Not feeling great about that interaction I called Interstate Cycles and Bo answered. He was super informative and answered all of my questions about the 900. The next day I drove down and picked up the bike. Bo has a genuine passion for riding and wasnt pushy intin slightest. When it came time to write the check he and his team made everything painless and had the bike ready in a timely manner. Looked for months for a pit bike, and my neighbor comes home with one in the back of the truck telling me he he got it from interstate! Being the local dealer right up the road I didn’t even think about them carrying the SSR brand. Gave them a call, talked to Josh (who is as down to earth as they come, no pressure salesman) and the rest is history. Absolutely negative I bought a “420 Mc chain” it didn’t got my sprocket witch had a 420 Mc chain on it already and I also bought a chain breaker or pink remover for 25 dollars perch broke removing three links
