Casey was good at keeping in touch with where I was in my evaluation but not constantly pushing to complete the sale. Financing was about as easy as could be and very smooth, would definitely recommend considering them for your next boat purchase.

The entire staff at CSB is amazing. Morgan, Christian, Tanner, Amanda, Brandon (SPUD), and Riley all made it a great experience. Showed me two different boats in the water, and answered all of our questions. With expecting a child we ordered a boat and changed our minds once or twice along the way. Christian helped us understand timelines and features, and kept us updated throughout the process. We had our child while boat was in production and they even sent us some baby gifts. They hooked us up and had our dream Tige Z3 ready and paperwork pre printed. It was a big purchase for us and we were happy we did it with CSB.

Amazing customer service!We had an awesome boat buying experience with Casey. He is knowledgeable and friendly and really tried to find the best boat for us. He kept us updated along the way. The night before delivery Casey sent us fun videos of fueling the boat, testing the boat etc. On delivery day, Casey and Justin spent several hours with us on the lake instructing us on how to use the boat. They brought us our favorite drinks and swag. And even taught us to surf!! It was a great experience. I feel we will be well taken care of over the years as our family enjoys this boat!

Christian was amazing during the buying and selling process. The transaction was super smooth.Topics of note:Boat was not as clean as we expected. There was a significant about of dock rash.Boat was purchased via CSB website and we didn’t know there was a tear in a seat until we saw it in person.We paid FULL PRICE for a trailer that CSB represented at “NEW” but required immediate replacement of items- obvious sun damage, winch strap had to be replaced, lever on winch was missing, bow rollers deteriorated and required replacement, also bow had to be buffed to remove marring from bow rollers, tongue jack appeared to be used add on jack, jack handle broken and had to be replaced and attachment adjusted. Had issued with the trailer brakes but service staff worked to schedule and effectively repair them.The trailer was sold “as new” and while it may have never been titled we for sure paid a new trailer price for one with old/sun damaged equipment.Also, we would’ve purchased a cover but we’re told the boat had one…it was not an adequate cover.We love our boat and we are happy overall. BUT. We spent a significant amount of money and had lots of negative surprises to deal with.

My job is very demanding so free time during business hours are are hard for me to find. CSB makes it easy to get my boat serviced and always has answers to my questions. James and his team knock it out for me every time and always makes sure my boat is clean when they are done.

This is an interesting review because things didnt go well with the purchase of my used Mastercraft X23. That said, it wasnt the fault of the Charlotte Ski Boats team (Casey and Tanner), but they really did everything they could to make it right! For that reason I am giving them a strong 5 star review. In summary, I bought the boat via the internet and had some pretty strong demands with regards to timing on when to get the boat delivered. They worked hard to meet that timeline which included finding a boat delivery service. Well that boat delivery service did not go well. They delivery guy forgot to put the second drain plug in and the boat started filling up with water at delivery. Then when he pulled the boat out of the water the trailer dinged up the hull. It was very upsetting...That said, I quickly called the guys at CSB and they immediately went to work on making things right. They reimbursed me for the repairs needed to get the hull back to perfect condition and where very nice and thoughtful in dealing with me when I was very upset. All in all, it was a very difficult situation, but given how they responded I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a boat and I myself would buy another boat from them.

I just had a great experience with the repair of my boat. We had somewhat of a shocking discovery requiring more work than planned, but James Edinger handled it well. I was very pleased to pick up the boat and find it clean with tire shine on the tires. I was even more amazed to find the bumper guide pads changed out for Mastercraft ones. Very nice touch! The staff was very nice each time I called or stopped by. Top notch experience!

We drove from Missouri to purchase a used Mastercraft X23 on consignment from Charlotte Ski Boats, and we couldn’t have asked for better service and support. Our salesman Tanner and the rest of the crew were professional and helpful from start to finish. The minute we walked through the door of the dealership, we were blown away by the friendly greeting, which included balloons and drinks (thank you for your hospitality Kyra and Amanda!). Tanner took us out to test drive our beautiful boat on Lake Norman and patiently let our daughter take several test runs on the surf board. The service didn’t stop there. Layne, the shop foreman, wanted to make sure our X23 and trailer were in top working order and performed some warranty work to make sure everything was working perfectly. They even came to the dealership before sunrise on their day off so that we could hook up the boat and head home. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used boat. Great experience. Used their mobile lake service on a warranty item. Friendly and efficient.. Cant say enough about the mechanic. He knew these boats inside and out and was so professional in everything he did.

Christian was the sales rep I dealt with. Very good with follow up and making process smooth. New tritoon had 2 very small dings from sitting on their lot and didn’t notice until I brought the boat home. Christian has a new gate ordered for me at no cost and didn’t flinch at making this happen to ensure a 5* customer experience. A+Updated review: Never received the replacement front gate for my BRAND NEW pontoon. Christian stopped following up with me once they had my $$. Been 10 weeks, was supposed to be here in 4-5 weeks. Basically what I’ve found out the hard way is they’re great up until the sale is completed, then they forget you exist and won’t keep their word on things you agree on prior to purchase.

CSB was truly like buying from family. First off, everyone there is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. EVERYONE was very welcoming and inviting. They prepped the boat we were interested in and took us out on the lake on Sunday (when they were closed) when it was 40 degrees and the wind was blowing 25mph. We bought a MasterCraft X25 from CSB in 2012 and they have always taken great care of us in servicing the boat. We are 1.5 hours from them but they are always prompt in sending someone out to us. Laine Levandowski is the main technician who usually comes to do the service and he is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the boat. He keeps the boat running for us so we can enjoy it during the summer and winterizes it for us in the fall. Audrey is very quick to respond to emails and keeps me informed as to when Laine will be able to work on the boat. We met Lee and Amanda in 2012 when we bought the boat and havent seen them since then but they still remember us. Everyone who works at CSB is very friendly and helpful. CSB is truly like family when you buy a boat from them. We still love our MasterCraft boat and is one of the best purchases we have ever made for our family.

I have to be honest my husband and I felt overwhelmed when we arrived. There were so many options etc. I think key is listening. To what exactly we wanted the boat for and basically the boat that was best at wake surfing. The first sales guy showed us way too many options. I think focusing on a few rather then so many different ones would help.He introduced us to Tanner and we gravitated towards him. We like a more mellow laid back attitude with someone that knows their stuff. Tanner was super knowledgeable and we didnt walk away because of him. We are grateful he took us out to Demo the boat as thats is the key in our sale this week. Again thank you Tanner, you will do well in sales if you keep that personality.Thanks MasterCraft

I never thought about buying a boat and the experience that ensues. I’ll say that if you ever want to buy one though, there’s no other place that makes you genuinely feel like family. It was so easy and smooth. They answered every question (even though we had hundreds), they gave us every tour of every boat, and they made sure we made the right decision. Don’t go anywhere else unless you want to miss out on not only the best boat but the best experience. We all know that the experience makes it all worth it.
