The worst of the worst. They sold me a Tige boat and forgot to include the MSO for the boat or the trailer. 2 years later I still dont have the MSO for the trailer and they refuse to get it for me. The boat arrived in very poor shape (scratches due to poor wrapping prior to transit and huge gouges in the gel coat because the helm seat was loose). The trailer was all beat up, rust everywhere, and not the same year as the boat. Buy your boat elsewhere because these guys will forget about you once they have your money!2 weeks after I posted the review above I still dont have my MSO and North Point has not responded! Nobody has even reached out to let me know where it is in the process. I originally emailed the owner going back to May 6, 2021 and I still dont have it. On 8/21/21 they said they were calling Boatmate to take care of it and yet I still dont have it or have any idea of when I might receive it. I couldnt trailer my brand new boat all summer!

I never do reviews but I wanted to take the time to say what a wonderful company North Point Watersports is! It’s very rare that you find a company now a days that goes above and beyond to help customers. This is the kind of service you get when you call North Point Watersports!! I can’t thank Josh enough for helping out on multiple occasions when our boat and Jetski needed service. I had a major issue with our Jetski and they were able to help out immediately. When I have called other companies in the past they had no urgency. The owner and employees genuinely care about their customers!!

I purchased a new 2019 Avalon pontoon boat from North Point in late 2018. Since that time Dave and his crew have cleaned the pontoons yearly and serviced the boat. Just this week the trim motor on my engine failed. I notified Dave and he said it was covered under warranty. He immediately ordered the part and notified me a few days later when it arrived. I drove my boat to Queens Landing, Josh and Wes picked me up, took the boat to the shop, replaced the motor and had me back on the water within an hour. The friendly attitude of this team is unbeatable and the service they provide is exceptional. I highly recommend this team if you need a new boat or want to service an existing boat. They are honest and dependable.

The staff at North Point Watersports is great, very helpful and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a used Avalon Triton and it was a smooth easy process the entire time. There was a minor issue with the boat that was in no way a fault of theirs but they made sure it was taken care of and done the right way. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

North Point Marina sold me a 25ft Avalon Pontoon 5 years ago. I’ve had only minor issues with the boat, but each time the owner Dave and Service manager Josh treat it like it’s a top priority. Very responsive and not also looking to cash in on your troubles.

We met with Brian as we shopped for our first pontoon boat. He was very professional and helpful. He listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions as appropriate. He wasn’t trying to “sell” all the time. He is an expert on the boats and was able to point out some features we would not have known about. I never felt like we were being pressured. He even offered the idea to consign the boat we are selling which was the perfect solution and one we had not thought of. They have a high level of service and were very accommodating on how we could store and take delivery of the boat. Very pleased with this experience.

North Point Watersports had my boat for 3 months, mid May until mid August, and failed to find and fix the leak In my boat. I took this video the day after finally getting my boat back. I could hear the water as well as seeing it pouring in from the seal. Not having my boat for the best 3 months of the year was frustrating enough. They’re not just slow, they’re inept.

Loved my experience at North Point, I purchased a 2019 24 Avalon LSZ rear lounger tritoon. I walked in the door knowing very little about pontoon boats other then online research, and considering they can range from $20k-200K it is very over whelming. I worked with Ed Florentino and he walked me through the ins and outs of every model and found the perfect model for me and my family. Ed is a real class act, super knowledgeable, patient, through the process we text back and forth a few times a week with any questions I had or he would send updates, pictures and videos along each step of the way. He kept me in my budget and didnt try to sell me on a whole bunch of stuff I would never use. He really made the whole experience from researching the first day until the day I picked the boat up a lot of fun and stress free. The whole crew at north point; Ed, Brian, Michele and Dave treat you like a friend from the moment you meet them, they are all professional yet personable and made sure every base was covered before I left the lot. Avalon pontoons are gorgeous and packed with a ton of features and I really like that everything is made in house at the Avalon facility. North Point has a huge selection of Avalons and if your dream boat is not on the lot, they will order one to your specs. Would definitely recommend going to talk with Ed if your in the market for a pontoon and seeing what Avalon is all about!

Had a great experience with these guys from the beginning. My 25 Avalon entertainer was dropped off a few months back for engine troubles. After testing, it turned out to be a faulty motor and needed replacement. Josh from service couldnt be more helpful throughout the entire time working with mercury and my insurance company to have motor replaced with a new one. He is very professional, and by far the most experienced that I have come across in years. They are also very fair with pricing for their services.

My Avalon Tritoon is an awesome vessel but more importantly the experience I went through to buy the boat was even better. I worked with Dave Natkin (owner) and Josh to spec the tritoon with the exact features I desired. The process went great and most importantly every step was transparent. Boats are in tight supply and I had a deadline for delivery. Dave and Josh kept me updated every step of the way and once the boat was delivered to their dealership the turn around to get it ready was amazing. Dave and Josh followed up regularly with me. Once I took delivery of the boat they followed up to make sure I was happy. The process of negotiating the price was honest, transparent and fair. I highly reccomend North Point Watersports.

After visiting several boat dealers in the area, we were looking for specific options on a new boat that we were having trouble locating. When we went to North Point Water Sports, we found everything we wanted on the first Avalon that we looked at. Problem was we just were not looking to buy until 6 months later due to waiting on the closing of our lake house. We told them that this was the boat we have been dreaming of. The sales guy (BRIAN) called me a couple of days later and offered to hold the boat for me if i was serious. Me and my wife went right over and signed the papers to hold it. The staff there was very gracious and helpful the whole time. We are very pleased with our new Avalon Tritoon. Ask for Brian, he took great care of us.

We bought a 25 Avalon pontoon from Ed and Dave and have been thrilled with the service and follow up. Ed is exceptionally knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job understanding our needs and educating us on the different options to think about. When the boat was delivered they took the time to give us a full on the water training session about the operation of the boat and its systems. When we encountered a small problem that should have been taken care of at the factory Dave was quick to rectify the situation and ensure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. **UPDATE- July 2020. One year later and we are still thrilled with our Avalon! Performance has been great, motor is exactly what we needed (Yamaha 200) there is nothing we can not do with this boat, even when filled with people. Also, cant say enough about Dave and his team. They have been a phone call away for any question we have and their customer service is fantastic!We had an excellent experience at North Point Watersports when purchasing our new boat! The team took the extra time to help us find the exact boat we wanted. Not to mention the Avalon boats gave us the quality and performance we wanted at the price point we needed!

We made the poor choice of buying our boat from another company and had many issues. North Point on more than 1 occasion assisted us with questions on the phone just because they wanted to help.We have also purchased sporting equipment from them. They spend time showing you what is available and making sure it is the perfect fit for what you need. I am constantly impressed.Lastly we recently took our boat to them to be winterized. They told us it might take 2 weeks and then finished it in the same day because they had some extra time in the day!! You cannot get better service.We will never use anyone else. They are the best.

I called and enquired about a used boat they had on boat trader. I was informed that the specific boat I was interested in was sold. That’s fine so I ask if they had anything else of maybe even a new model, I was transferred to the OWNER, mind you not one person answered the phone with their name attached to a greeting. The owner was short with me for no apparent reason asked where I was from I informed him Dallas Tx which should not of been a issue. I ask if he had anything equivalent he became rude and snappy and said “He was a “pontoon dealer” and hung up the phone lol what a jerk and I’m glad the unit was sold because I would never want to business with a person like that. I would recommend you look for your Pontoon needs elsewhere this establishment is not very professional.

I went to several places to look to get a boat and Northpoint was by far the best place to buy a boat. They are reliable and work with you. Brian and Dave were excellent to work with and if I ever get a new boat then I will be going back to them.

Well I just opened my review from when I had written it almost a year ago, I was furious and apparently never posted it.Long story short, my 22 yr old son bought a boat from Dave that was a consignment. The block was cracked.Last October we brought the boat back to Dave and he had it for 9 months. He put a new engine in it and it runs beautifully now. We paid for the labor, but no parts.It was a looooooong, drawn out headache for our family as my son and daughter in law were paying for a boat they couldn’t use for almost a year. I recall one conversation I had with Dave in which I said “ from one business owner to another, you need to make this right” .He did. I have always liked these people; but, something has changed recently. I called to get service before Memorial Day and they could not find my records although they sold me a new motor, installed it and serviced it. I called again this week. Still no records. They were supposed to call me to schedule an appointment and did not. Doesnt leave me very inspired. Finally, I am looking at their reviews and they received 5 star reviews from their own employees! I do not believe I can trust them going forward.

We had the 200 hr outboard engine service.When we took the boat out for the first time the engine sounded different ... Great.They were a pleasure to talk to and did it when they said they would. I would highly recommend them. ( I feel as though the prior service people were just taking our money and just saying they did it.)

Extremely good customer service! Dave was made aware of a problem I’m having with a trailer title from 13 years ago, from a boat and trailer I bought (he wasn’t even the owner at the time) and is going above and beyond to help me get it all resolved. Very pleased with what he is doing and has done!

A friend and I went into North Point to look at buying a used boat or jet ski. The staff was friendly and informative yet not pushy. The staff ( Brian and Ben) took a boat we were interested in to a nearby boat ramp for a cruise on the lake. We ended up buying the boat that day and used it for several hours the next couple of days with no problems.

I have been a happy customer of Northpoint Watersports for over 6 years. They not only give me impeccable service but they treat me like family. I have bought 2 boats from them over the years and they make sure that everything is running perfect so that I can enjoy my lake days. Dave, Brian and Ben go out of their way for their customers. I dont own a trailer so they let me borrow their trailer to have speakers installed, loan me wake boards so I can try them before I buy and the list is endless. Boat was delivered new with a dent. Hardware and trim on door fell off first day, screws came out and so did chrome latch. Boat wouldnt start when delivered. Extras that were promised were not included. The day after delivery, first night ride, the exterior lighting didnt function wont even turn on. Very dissatisfied with quality and craftsmanship of boat. I know it may be cosmetic, but for the price paid, these things should have been gone over prior to delivery and at the factory.I dont know if I ended up with an Avalon lemon but you just get that awful gut feeling of buyers remorse and that you are on your own after the sale since you have the boat and they have your money. Its a pretty boat, but i know now that I bought too quickly and overpaid based on what is going on with this boat.Here is the update to the previous post, and the change in rating to reflect. The initial hardship and frustration can not be erased, however with patience, perseverance and Dave and Brians customer service efforts, the situation has been rectified. This was not an easy process for anyone, but North point got the issues resolved that were present on the boat evidently as delivered from the Avalon dealership. I still have concerns about the tarp and instrument panel plastic, but since there is a 1 year warranty, I am confident we can get that settled if the conditions worsen. Overall, not a painless experience, but North Point will not leave or desert you, and based on my experience they wont stop until the customer is satisfied ad comfortable with the purchase. There has to be a a lot of leg work done on behalf of the customer in this situation as well, and no one can replace the hours I spent communicating via text, email and phone as well as in person getting the repairs coordinated and down time spent in the shop when we shoul have been enjoying it. On the lake. That being said, there were excessive maufacturing issues with the boat, that I would never have expected with a costly new pontoon, but these were no fault of the dealer.
