Dont even try to stop on your way to work unless you leave an hour early. Friendly service. Good drinks. But it takes forever. They are always wrapped around the building. Often I have pulled out of line and left and just opted for an energy drink at work because nobody has 30 minutes to wait on a coffee. Youre a billion dollar company. Open the purse strings, take a cut on the President and VP salary and pay the employees. You big corps that refuse to adapt and pay the people who make your profits, you will be closing up because other places will do what you wont. DO BETTER.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visit. I Spent 40 minutes in line. I order iced coconut milk mocha macchiato they gave me wrong coffee and charged $6.75 . I will never again make a purchase or support anything that has to do with Starbucks.

Food/drinks are usually fine but a majority of the time I go to the location it takes quite awhile for it to come out. Today I ordered mobile and it took 35+ minutes to wait for my drink. Nobody reached out to help and I ended up having to ask them twice to check my order because they were focused on what seemed to be drive through orders. They also didn’t have the ingredients to make the drink I wanted so I wish it wouldn’t have even let me order it online. If there were closer locations I would recommend going there

Pulled up at the drive through window and handed the clerk a $20 bill only to see it fly out of her hand bc she wasnt paying attention. She had to come outside and track it down. Once she got back to the window to ring me up, she handed me my order and change. No straw, no apologies, she said nothing. I went inside to get a straw and complain. Not much apology in there either. Well at least the customer service is consistent, consistently poor

Went through their drive-through very busy today but they were going through very fast. May be a little bit too fast ordered my usual vintage cold brew white mocha extra caramel drizzle the problem was they forgot the caramel. Had to go back again drive-through too busy so walked in went right to the counter the girl asked me what she do for me she was very nice apologized and made it right away of course made it exactly right. What is so strange is I order the same drink at this particular store it cost seven dollars the other store and more on 27th and I 35 it was $7.15 I’m not sure what the differences? I also figured out no matter what size I order it’s the same price when did that start? What’s up Starbucks with all these changes I can’t keep up with them! But I still love you…..

Staff was friendly but service tends to be slow. I visited the lobby both times I was there and it appeared they were more focused on the drive thru service than the lobby. If I visit again Im going to use the drive thru and see if I have better luck.

The worst Starbucks location. Spent 38 minutes in line at this location. Poorly organized and constantly out of the same food items. Drinks are great when they manage to get them right. They’ve gotten my order wrong at least 50% of the time. I refuse to go

Everyone is super sweet and I’ve never been disappointed by the coffee! However, if you’re in rush I don’t recommend it. They are the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to, even when they aren’t that busy.

Was in line for 35 mins!! Super Slow and no way to get out of line!!! The manager was extremely Rude!! When we asked about time we had been waiting she said you will only pay for 1 turned around and left no apology at all and asked for extra Carmel and extra crunch paid for extra but got no extra

Ok so yes. The line is always long. But thats not the employees fault; Starbucks just doesnt have another close location. This is still a five star review because I always order a custom drink and they never get it wrong (very rare thing). The drive thru guy is always pleasant which can be even more appreciated when you see how many people he sees so quickly. When I mobile order, my drink is ready on time and organized so its easy to find. The employees at that end of the counter are pleasant and even during peak times respond to my thank you.Ive had bad experiences at numerous locations across the country; this is not one of them and its been my home store for a year.

I love the drinks but I received bad customer service. I ordered a creme Brule iced coffee and received iced coffee with nothing added to it. Just regular coffee and ice. When I told the cashier thats not what I ordered I was told it was made exactly right and that I was holding up the line. She ended up giving me creamer which didnt correct the problem. When I went back later and ordered the same thing it was made correctly. Even though its during a rush, steps toward giving out the correct product should still be done

You need to put signs on the drive thru menu so people aren’t waiting for over 15 minutes for nothing. There were a lot of people inside of Starbucks and one person even came out to take garbage; didn’t say a word about it being closed. It wasn’t until I drove up to the window that I saw a sign on the corner of the window that they’d closed at 5 pm due to the weather. I was ignored by everyone at the window. There was a long line behind me as well. Put up signs people! At least have that courtesy. It was such a waste of time.

Ive always been a fan of Starbucks. The vanilla sweet cream cold brew is so good! The staff is always friendly and if you dont like your drink they are always willing to make things right. The only down side to going here is, it gets expensive and the line is long most of the time. But I love this place!

1030am and the drive through was a bit slow today. The woman taking orders was very kind and sweet, but 18 minutes from entering to leaving the drive through line is a bit long. Only 4 cars in front of me, so something must have happened inside I was unaware of. Oh well, this wont hinder a return visit.

Went on Saturday. Mobile order at 9am. Arrived 9:21am. Order not ready. Cancelled ordered at 9:32am because it was still not ready!! Ridiculous. 7 people working. I know they are busy but 30 min?! I had 1 drink.

I called within minutes of placing an online order to request for a different pick-up time. I specifically asked that my coffee not be made till I made the call on my way over (and I was told that’s doable). I made the call on my way over and on getting to this location, found out that my coffee was made when I placed the order and had been sitting there since then.It isn’t acceptable to think that a coffee made over an hour is ok or having to pay for another coffee to be made.

This is literally the slowest Starbucks Ive ever gone to. Be prepared to wait 20-30min for any drive thru order regardless of how busy they are. If you have the time, drive to a different Starbucks because it would probably be faster.

This Starbucks has consistently been the slowest one in the nearby area. They care more about mobile orders than the people who have come in and ordered in the store. Don’t get me wrong, both are important but I’ve sat here multiple times for 20 plus minutes watching mobile order after mobile order get called while everyone who has ordered inside waits around like we also don’t have places to be. They need to figure out how to do both at the same time. Pretty sure they were just as slow before mobile orders.

Set in the drive-thru line for every bit of 10-15 mins just to get to station to place my order and the response I received was, sorry sir the last car/order was the last order for the night we are closed for the evening. Are you kidding me?? Their was at least 5-6 cars behind me that had been waiting as well, maybe should be better organized and managed, for instance, try putting a safety cone out so people can’t wait in line for periods of time to just be told we’re closed, their are better ways to advertise being closed/not accepting any more drive thru orders. My daughter took me there and I was totally amazed by the selection of coffee that they had never in my life have I seen so many different flavors are different types of way to make coffee I was so impressed and so I had something my daughter come up with dont even remember the name of it but it was out of this world the things we can learn from our children if you just give them a chance. Dont be afraid listen to your children you might learn something .

This is basically like any other Starbucks EXCEPT the people are super nice! The manager had the idea to put out crayons and coloring books for kids to use while in the store. My 2 year old LOVED it and it meant I could drink my coffee and we could have our snack without having to keep convincing the kiddo to stay in the chair. They also kept interacting with my child in a very kind and friendly way (waving and saying hi, offering stickers, etc). I usually go through the drive thru, but now Ill be coming inside the store :) awesome!

Extremely slow, was in the drive through for about 20+ minutes waiting. The drive through is horribly designed and typically you will have to wait on the street until you can get inside the parking lot. Would recommend not using this starbucks if you have too. Theres a Target close buy with a Starbucks that would be much faster.

Staff is super friendly and know all of the great products. They are more than happy to help you find a drink that you would enjoy. The store is always clean.I enjoy that they have an app that I downloaded that you can send in your order and pay for it before you even leave your house. It will be ready by the time you get there. You can pass money into the app or add gift cards as well.

There were 7 cars in the drive through including me which really isn’t very many for Starbucks. I literally had to wait 25 minutes to get to the window and the several more minutes once I got to the window. I would’ve just left but there was a car in front of me and behind me so I couldn’t get out. Very very slow with no acknowledgement of the wait from the employee at the window.

I had good service while I was there but had a troubling experience. I was meeting with some people for a deaf chat. Its a social event for people who communicate with sign language. Most of the people there could not hear at all. The workers took that as an opportunity to openly make fun of our group and to complain loudly about us. We had done nothing wrong, we werent making a mess, it wasnt crowded, and we obviously werent being to loud. The people behind the counter made fun of our group simply because they thought no one would hear them do it. Im very disappointed that this happened. Especially since its a progressive place that usually strives to accept people. Please understand that everyone, regardless of whether or not they can understand you, deserves respect.

Waited probably 10 min for my tall latte with one sugar (my usual order), and had to ask them to remake it because it was SO bitter, not like it usually is at all. So they remade it as a grande for some reason, probably thinking they’d made it right the first time, even though they hadn’t, so now it just tastes like milk, not what I wanted. I order a tall because I like the ratio of coffee to milk. Not worth asking them to make again.
