If you have an idea of what flavor Boba you want before you walk in dont even bother because from the first time Ive tried this place to the last few times Ive had to change what I wanted because of the lack of supplies that they have available... So, your choices are only limited to whatever they have that day... The Boba is just okay...I really hope this place can figure something out... Unfortunately, service just isnt good here...

Ordered a vanilla lavender milk tea. Just tastes like milk, no tea or flavor. Something in it was gross and crunchy. Ordered a Thai tea and that was also just milk tasting and kind of sour. We waited 30+ minutes for them to make some boba and it was super underdone. One staff member was sweet and apologized for the wait. The others not so much. The furniture is worn and there are power tools and junk just sitting around. No worker had a mask on. Wouldn’t come back even though they have a cute punch card.

It was okay. The drink was a little too syrup-y. The poor girl at the counter looked so tired and she had a pretty nasty cough. She wasnt wearing a mask either so, that made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I hope she gets to feeling better soon.

The most amazing place ever to get boba. We got the cotton candy. I highly recommend this place. Go and enjoy your drinks.

We love the Boba and the vanilla, caramel and coffee flavored drinks with them. The employees are always very friendly and its never crowded. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and even board games, encouraging you to stay a while. Its very clean and comfortable and weve never had a bad experience here. Great when youre on the go too, really fast service!

Very good Boba Tea and fast service! Good prices, pretty clean. It was only takeout because of the restrictions, but on a normal day it looks like you can go in and play games as well.

We love driving to Moore just to go to the Boba Cafe, weve gone since they first opened. They switched owners I believe, the lobby used to have so mannnyyy games and we loved to go with our friends and play games but I dont think they have that anymore 🥺 But anywayssss i always got the banana strawberry smoothie with red boba and now vet the mocha frappe one and they never cease to disappoint me on the drinks being amazing 👌😌👌

Hidden gem! I didn’t know about this place, drove by numerous times, but my brother recommended it to me. I got the classic lemonade with strawberry boba and it is delicious. It’s a little pricey for me so I do not need to go as often as I’d like, but it is good and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to try a good drink. My husband had the mocha ice smoothie or something like that and he said he liked it as well. They also have a punch card thing but I think you have to ask because I didn’t get one but my brother goes often enough to use one.

The boba tea is very tasty and they offer a wide variety. However, the young ladies they have working their are unprofessional and lacking in basic manners. My favorite is the taro. I never had to wait more than five minutes.

My daughter and I frequently stop to get our boba fix here. We get super excited when we see the vehicles belonging to two of our favorite bobaristas (thats what we call them) because they make THE best drinks and are always super friendly! They know our order before we enter the building and wait only to confirm we arent changing it somehow. Today they were out of my favorite Thai tea, but their recommendation was DELICIOUS and may become a new favorite! Oh! And tell them my mom loved her lavender milk tea! Thank you ladies and thank you to the owner for hiring such great people to work your counter! They all have great customer service!

The girl taking the orders could take some classes on customer service. She wasnt the nicest. The girl calling out the drinks just flings them out and was not nice. The drinks are great though.

100% reccomend the purple oreo frapp with tapioca Pearls oh so very yummy!

Good boba drinks but not happy they charge additional charge to swap dairy milk to almond milk . Not getting anything additional should not be extra.

I ordered seven boba teas here and was in and out in about 15 minutes. There were about five ladies working there so I assume theyre doing great which is great to see. Very clean and roomy but in person dining tables and chairs were all stacked up but I can see myself spending a many afternoon sipping my boba here.

We always get great service here. But they were out of a few of the teas we tend to get. But we just found other alternate options we were happy with.

Got me an Avocado Smoothie with boba! I usually go for extra boba, but due to it being a shortage, I opted to not do that. Definitely will be back!

I like to come to this restaurant after school and order a Strawberry Smoothie with Strawberry Popping, and its the sweetest drink and the best drink I have ever known. Its about 5 Bucks for a large Boba, but its worth it. 5 Stars, would definitely recommend. 👍

Pricey watered down drinks. I’m from Norman and the place there on Lindsey is the best one. We can’t tell these drinks are flavored right and enough too. Brute also proved much much higher than the one in Norman. Not coming back

Google and even the shoddily taped notebook paper states the close time on Saturdays is 10pm. Got there just a bit before 9:50 and the door was locked, with lights still on and teens ignoring our group looking in through the window. Not a fun way to end a Saturday night.

I’ve been here twice now and have had pleasant experiences both times. The employees were very nice and the prices are reasonable. The consistency was off for a few of the drinks we ordered and were way sweeter the second time.

They are always out of what you want and act like they are short of hand but not many ppl there atleast the one in Moore does and is you have to catch up to be up

The Boba is amazing! The employees dont make any mistakes on the orders. Its a great place to hang out with friends, Theres a TV that places Disney movies. Not to mention fun bored games you can grab and play. You dont even have to wait much for your order!

The girl that helped us was incredible, she was so friendly and explained any questions we had for her. My friend had never been there and asked for her recommendation which was the coconut milk tea with blueberry popping and he loved it! We are so happy with our orders and will definitely be back.

The boba drinks Im told were very good. The place seemed very busy even now when people still arent as keen to get out. The reason for 3 stars is the hot drinks. Order lg latte. It ended up being a medium (I paided medium but as it was my first time didnt notice) The real issue was the temperature. It was just below lukewarm..... not bad taste. But for as long as I waited for it and wanting a hot drink. It was a real let down. If I wanted cold I could have tried the frozen section. Will give another shot if Im in the area. But just wont make the special drive like I did this time to try it.

I come to this establishment quite often. Today I showed up before open and waited patiently. I go in place my order and was told that at the Boba Cafe the boba is not ready for 20mins even though they open at the late hour of 11am. So I did not order anything and left feeling disappointed at the lack of preparation of this Boba cafe. Poor service in my opinion.

The store hour said it closed at 10pm on a weekday, we came to this place at 8:55 pm and the store clerk wouldnt let us in. My girlfriend called the place in front of her and she picked up just to slam the phone back down. Definitely would not recommend this place after having to drive for 20 minutes just to be refused service. Management regarding employees and store hours should be updated if changes are made.

The girl working was very polite, and the service was fast too. Just a bit more pricey than Boba tea actually is. They advertised an open dining area, but we got here to everything blocked off. I understand that because of covid, not a big problem Honestly. The real issue was everything I asked for they were out of. They didnt have Rose milk tea, hazelnut, chocolate, or lavender. They were missing 3 popping bobas and a decent bit of the other selections. Theyve only been open for a few hours? I spent $30.00 here on 4 drinks. Got my drink and I also payed for extra boba, I think the girl working skimped me on it, because I asked her what they did have available. There were out of signs on every menu, and she responds we have what there ARENT signs on which wasnt true and frankly rude.

I go there every month, the butter beer with crystal boba is a must! If you have ever been to Orlando for the Harry Potter attractions. This is the closest thing to it! + The owner is a very kind man that does the most for his customers

The drinks here are amazing . Some of the workers are very polite but there has been several times I’ve came here and a couple of the girls have been rude to me or treated me a little differently than the other customers. There have been a few occasions where I’ll come in and they say nothing to me, even when I’m ready to order they don’t ask me what I would like . But I notice they greet everyone else and speak to everyone else

It was an AMAZING it was my first time having boba and my family loved it too, and my brother is so picky a very picky 5 year old. He loved the lemonade and they loved their drinks and macoroons. I would recommend this to friends and family.

Great boba place although they are sometimes out of the tapioca boba so it is a good idea to call ahead. The cookies and cream frappe is delicious and my son loves the strawberries and cream frappe.

Don’t go in at opening, they will not have anything ready! She said, “all of us come in only 39 minutes before open” to make some that that takes an hour to make? Really? So the Boba Cafe will NOT have Boba for half an hour to an hour after opening! Waist of my time! My daughter has been excited to go there, just to leave with nothing!

I go here with my sister and nieces all the time, its a local place so we love it even more. All the employers that Ive had are incredibly polite and work well with you if you work with them. I got the Thai green tea with Boba and its delicious! Sweet, but also that green tea goodness. The boba are not slimy, just gummy. There were two sizes, I got the smaller one and it was still pretty big. My niece got a mocha freeze and its so yummy! Whipped cream on top of that one and just a slight coffee taste. Other than that, it tastes like a chocolate shake. Ill definitely be back to try the butterbeer one!! And others as well. Super friendly staff and helpful too.

Im a Pacific islander so Ive been buying bubble drinks for about 20 years. Their bubble drinks are just as good as the ones in the Pacific rim,they just dont have all the flavors....yet I hope. The atmosphere is good with room to get better. Clean, great staff and I believe they have internet access but not for sure...I usually drop by on the way home from work. Definitely my favorite place for bubble drinks!

I find these bad reviews hilarious...are we referring to the same place? Everything was exceptional. From the nice atmosphere, friendly service, and amazing tasting smoothies and teas I could go here as much as the typical Starbucks junkie. The Boba selection is nice and I feel that they give you the right amount for the price. Seriously dont listen to the negative reviews until you try it out for yourself.

Located off of the I-35 Service Road, Boba Cafe stands alone in an almost vacant shopping complex. While I did believe the interior to be beautifully decorated, staff friendly, and the accessibility of games for enjoyment were pleasant, it really boils down to the Boba smoothies and teas created, which I unfortunately did not find exceptional. We ordered their Thai Tea smoothie, and while the soft ice consistency was pleasant, the flavor was just not there, and the Boba pearls were hard, almost too chewy (and I love Boba)! If it wasnt for the flavor and the pearls needing to be cooked longer, I think I would have enjoyed our experience far more. At least the games and atmosphere was nice?

My favorite place for bubble tea in the OKC metro! They have one of the widest varieties of flavors Ive seen anywhere apart from my favorite spot in Chicago (lavender - my greatest love!). I stick to bubble tea so I cant speak for their smoothies and other drinks, but Ive never been disappointed. Service is fast and quality is top notch.
