Almost got what i wanted was very clean store

The place always reeks heavily of incense, I usually dont mind them. When I enter this location its soo bad that I can literally taste the smell.. In addition to the pungent smell, they usually dont have whatever promotional phones are on sale, available in the store.

Im a truck driver and today after I woke up I had to walk 7 miles to this location so I could buy a new phone, but to my horror they were closed, but their Google listing says that they are open till 10pm,,the need to eather stay open till 10 pm or correct their Google listing! I have a bad back and bad hips and that walk was desatrous on me, but I needed a new phone cause mine is on its last leg! Not cool

After a horrible experience at Metro PCS store at 2200 SW 74th St, Oklahoma City, I chose to drive to Moore Metro PCS store. The difference in staff attitude was night and day. Sharesh(sp) in the Moore store smiled and greeted me when I walked in. He listened to my needs, as well as kindly assisted very quickly and efficiently. No troubles whatsoever. Fortunately, this store is the closest store to me, and I will definitely return for future needs. Thank you again, Sharesh.

The support they have needs to be better trained and if something is wrong with your service or phone fix it and dont tell you its gonna be a 180 days before they can help you

My service was interrupted a day after activation due to this dealer not processing the payment and wouldnt call metro customer service. Had to come back the next day with my brother who explained everything to him and had customer service on his phone to talk to the dealer. Everything worked out but will not go back to this dealer

I drove 20 miles to make a phone payment, and drive up to the store to find out that they close at 5 pm on Sundays and you have it listed on Google as 7 pm. I wasted my trip because of this.
