So friendly got my TV Delivered within an hour of ordering it!

Im assuming they had a management change because when I first started doing business it was great, they would contact you a day after payment was due to ask if you needed time or if you could pay now.The current people are money hungry and will immediately call you the day its due.I cant stand doing business with this place anymore.I have two products due a day after each other and they are calling about both products before the second is even due... Please dont come here.

Over price products they never have a delivery person they are slow jus a overpriced taken legal advantage of people in time of need

Dont go there. They tell you one price and then they change it to make you pay more and longer. They rip you off. I will never go there again.

I don’t see any glimmer of good. Their customers are getting ripped off, same time their workers endure hours of super labor intensive work moving heavy large objects in doorways, as I did. If you are a Customer Account Rep, NOPE. you’re a delivery and install employee. Ad for the job mislead me, thought it was sales. Never associating with these people again!!!

Just got a washer and dryer and the sign out front says same day delivery, 100% satisfaction guaranteed but the guy inside said it wont be delivered for two more days! False advertisement?

Not at all happy with how the manager treats their staff. In fact I am furious!!!! I was in the store last week as a mystery shopper. I saw the degrading attitude a female staff person had with a man who when I spoke to him said he was in training in the store. The woman acted like she was the man’s mother on a bad hair day. This young man helped and directed me to what I needed to look at and did an awesome job doing so. I went back to the store to make a cash purchase and was told the young man had been let go. Now I am not sure why? Don’t understand, the young man did what I thought was a fine job answering my questions, and was very knowledgeable to have been there just one week. Maybe he was promised on position and given another? I am not sure exactly why the young man was terminated but this made me think long and hard about this store. We all reap what we sow. Folks. Treat people how you want to be treated! Teach instead of judge! We are not all perfect in this world! I see at this store, managers have choose not to work with the young men who are trying to make their place in life. Managers of this store, shame on you! Rent-a-Center you have lost a good cash paying customer.

If youre going to rent furniture from anybody I highly recommend Rent-A-Center so much better than the other places out there and Ive never had any issue with them getting stuff done when I needed it

Found a TV for 169 a month and then a week later same TV (55 Samsung) and 49 LG from Aarons Rent for 89 bucks a month.. . both TVs! This place is a rip-off

Terible customer service never had a problem with rent a center till now they were wanting to charge me new price for a used item and came to my house being disrespectful to me and tried to tell me I cant pay for half the month then come in to pay the rest would NOT recommend this store to anyone at all 😡
