Worst company ever they use to be pretty good but here lately it has gotten bad. They do not communicate with each other and continue to lie to there customers. We use to be customers for 12 years. We changed, long story, came back and our bill has gone up way more than ever. Weve tried to add lines for our boys. Today went to corporate store and when I mentioned my husband is a disabled navy vet they rolled there eyes at me. When we try and discuss our bill we keep getting the run around manipulated. All in all they have completely insulted me my husband and boys. Thanks for the slap in face and punch in gut. I dont want apologies just want it fixed

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Have always gone to this store and had good experiences. Not today! All new workers and they were all rude. Was there for over 30 min before I was even acknowledged. No greeting or we will be right with you, absolutely nothing. Wish I could say this experience got better from here.... Unfortunately not. When I finally was helped the guy was rude and unhelpful. Had an insurance claim on a phone that Ive had a while. He tried to get me to buy a new phone and get into a payment plan, not surprising. When I said I didnt want to do that and asked about the insurance, he dismissively rattled off a website. I had to ask for him to write down a phone number before he went and got the brochure with all the info for the claims process.
If you’re looking for a store that has great customer service, understands what the customer is saying and treats the customer like they’re part of their family!! Then this is the store to be at!!!! Jacob, Russell, and the manager Ellye were absolutely outstanding and their customer service is on point!! They went out of their way to calm me down.. I was pretty upset something that wasn’t even their fault it was the customer service line so these 3 people didn’t do anything wrong!!!! but they took it like a champ and it made me feel like they understood what I was going through. So if you’re looking for a great phone service and a great store then this is the the one to be at!!! FYI don’t call customer service go to this store!!!! Jacob, Russell, and Eli will go out of their way to make sure you feel like your family or at least you’re a part of their family!! That is outstanding customer service!! Great job guys!!!!!
Jacob is by far one of the BEST and most HONEST sales and customer service people I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. He is super knowledgeable, and really cares about his customers. I usually do research before I come into the store, and honestly I don’t feel like I have to anymore because he always makes sure before I buy anything that I’m aware of all of the details. He has made me comfortable that I’m getting the best deal each time. I know that I can trust him. I have worked with him 3 or 4 times over the last year and a half and I will always keep going back to him.
You will pay ur phone bill just for ur phone to stay off for 3 days. don’t use this carrier…

Saul and Shiloh were AMAZING! Considering the stores new hours due to COVID-19 it’s almost impossible to work and get to the store. I needed to pick up my son’s new phone as his old one was not working properly. I left work from downtown and fought traffic to get to the store as they were closing. These two gentlemen saw that I was need and they asked my name and went and got my curbside pickup. They didn’t have to do this as the store had closed and they were heading to their vehicles. I work in customer service everyday as a manager and I just wanted to highlight what a wonderful job these two did. They exceeded my expectations. Needless to say I have upgraded three of the five phones I have in less than a week. I truly appreciate good customer service! I have had a great experience with the ladies that assisted me on my other visits. Kudos to Saul and Shiloh and the rest of the AMAZING team at this location.

Made an appointment for 11:00am. We get here at 10:30 and they tell us appointments don’t matter even though we had to make one so they put us on the list to get in. We asked the guy if we could run to a near by store and they say yes. We get a notification we are next at 11:24 and make it to the store by 11:28 only to be told we got skipped because we weren’t here. What horrible service. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

I felt like they were trying to shame me into buying the newest most expensive phone and if I didn’t they really didn’t want to help me. I would suggest doing what you need to do online.

I am not one to normally make reviews on any one person, nor company, no matter how good or bad. However, I have GOT to make an exception this time.Honestly, I was not very happy with my service and I had many questions and I had even been considering cancelling my plan when I walked into the Moore store this past Monday.I was immediately greeted and helped by Paige. Now, I am not a very tech savvy person, and was a little nervous to ask all my silly questions.But, not once did Paige make me feel silly, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have normally only had average customer service at the various other Verizon stores I’ve gone into. I’ve only been in this particular store once, since I’m new to the area, and I am not sure if this is her home store, but Verizon, in general, is truly lucky to have her.Not to mention they still have THIS customer because of Paige’s knowledge and friendliness.Customer Service was extraordinary and I genuinely hope Paige is available to help me and answer my questions next time!5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔟 out of 🔟2 thumbs up! 👍🏼👍🏼

Ordered IPhone 11 and went after work around 6:00pm to pick up. As I walked in I was told I have to check in through the app, I went back out to my car and checked in. Before I know it the blinds were down and they closed! Right at 6:15pm!!! I don’t understand why they had closed so early when they know I had been in and went out to my car to finish the process of checking in! Will be back tomorrow.

Just wanted everyone to know that Corey in the Moore, Oklahoma Verizon store is a proven liar. He told me that I would be receiving a discount for being a law enforcement officer of 15% for my entire bill. This isnt the case. I received a 12% discount for only one line instead of the entire bill. I was supposed to be getting this discount the entire time over 2 years ago. I just caught that I wasnt getting it. Then he told me they had a new insurance that was going to cost me less and it ended up costing me $20 a month more. So be careful and check your bill. Especially if Corey is the one helping you out. They care more about getting more money from you rather than telling you the truth. I will be going somewhere else and will be taking my friends with m .

Learn from my mess and avoid this store at all cost!! I was severely misinformed and lied to when I signed up for Verizon. The store associate gave me a line of bull that I fell for. He talked to the boss in the back and told me what my price would be per month. He even said I would be getting a $300 credit on top of trading my phones in for credit. I was told my bill would be $117 plus taxes. I have consistently had bills run $270 ever since!! I have called Verizon several times and they referred me back to the Verizon store. I have been to the Verizon store and they assure me everything will work out and it’s just taxes and fees and soon those will drop off. I still HAVE NOT seen the $300 credit promised!! They lie to make their sales numbers look better and do it at the expense of the customer!! It’s plum ridiculous what I’ve been through! I regret the day I ever walked into that store!! Never again!
Great service!!! Took a long time in the store answering all my questions and thoroughly explaining everything to me. Only draw back is all the upselling they tried to do. The Moore store is by far superior to the Norman.

We got the wife a new phone. Service was prompt and the person who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful. All industries have their lingo and, as an amateur, I would sometimes have to ask for an interpretation. But the rep didnt get annoyed and made clarifications.

Liars and cheats. I was in there in April to inquire about switching from AT&T to Verizon. The salesman I spoke to told me that we would get up to $650 per line to switch to them. I asked over and over again if our termination fee with AT&T would be covered because we cant afford to cover it ourselves and he said yes, over and over. He even listened to me relay this information to my husband over the phone. I just get in an email from Verizon telling me that they are only covering HALF of my AT&T bill because of trade-ins. This information would have been great to know in April, because we wouldnt have switched. So now we are stuck with a $450 bill for AT&T we cant pay off. Oh and their customer service was not helpful. They basically said tough luck should have read the fine print. Which I did go back and read and saw nothing about the less trade-in. The picture I am attaching is AFTER I submitted the second phone trade-in that I was not informed I had to submit separately until today. If all of this information would have been presented to me in the beginning, I would still be using AT&T. I guess thats why they dont tell you.

The guy with shaved arms helped us and he constantly changed the deals and prices he could do through the whole time. Either give a deal or say you cant. Dont say a high price then we could do this and then this then this....... For 30 minutes. Not a Verizon Ill be going back to.

I needed to upgrade my Verizon gear and buy a tablet to replace all of my worthless AT&T mobile jetpack, DishTV and phone. Kayla Means spent over 2 & 1/2 hours taking me through all the options to find what is the best hardware for my location and needs. She then transfered data from my phones and loaded apps. She wrote copious notes and directions to take with me to maximize these new products. Unbelievably positive, uplifting and informative, I cant say Thank You enough.Kayla Means, you hung the Moon!!!!
Not sure which store this referring to. Went to the one in Norman,OK and, yes they were busy, but we were completely ignored. Went to the one in Moore, OK and they were busy, too, but we were greeted and assured that someone would be right with us. The one that helped us was a very nice young lady and we were happy to have had her assistance.
Had an amazing experience at this Verizon! Paige helped me and she was very nice and patient with me and I picked a phone and accessories! She helped with suggesting screen protectors and cases! Love this Verizon!
I drive from Mustang to Moore just to shop at this store. It is literally the nicest Verizon I’ve ever been in. They have a huge stock of phones and many other electronics. The staff has always been polite and courteous. Even if they are busy, they take their time to ensure you have everything you need.
Went in and got service from a woman named Paige, she was quick friendly and made the entire process a breeze.
Service needs to be better I went in and no one noticed I was there, I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes. They even helped someone else that came before me.
This is my favorite Verizon store in okc the employees are nice friendly I was helped by Toby he is the coolest salesmen out there so if you stop by this store ask for him and you will not be disappointed! Was so pleased I called corporate to give a good word on him! Highly recommend this location!
Apathetic workers who only want to help if you give them money. They care more about commissions than customers. Tried to sell me things I didn’t want and wouldn’t take no for an answer until I told them to stop. They’ll tell you they “can’t do” something - like help me file a claim on a stolen phone - when in fact they CAN and were just too lazy to. Norman Verizon stores are much better.
Came here with my dad as he was switching around phone services. Paige was extremely helpful and courteous as we had to gather info to make the switch complete. I dont personally have Verizion as a service provider, but if it comes time for me to switch, they will be at the top of the list.

Customer service was good...After they finally got to me....it took to long to pay, the bill and the store was dead, I mean really if you have a customer take care of them, they will return and chances are, buy something next time, or they could simply get tired of waiting,in a non busy store, and go elsewhere, that will pay better attention to their needs!
Normally would give them a five we just switched to them from AT&t the gentleman that serviced us his name was s o u l he was a foreign gentleman but between his mask and the very loud TV that my husband commented about and he said he would turn it down in a minute but never did really was hard to communicate with and not being able to hear

Last time I went in, they handed me a card to order my phone myself. Didnt try to take the time to help me or anything. It would have been 2 stars but the lady did at least give me some decent info, so Ill give 3.......

Worst customer service ever. Website said I had to schedule an appointment, which I did. I got to the store and checked in via their app and proceeded to wait for OVER AN HOUR. I was never helped and I watched the four employees goof off while I waited to be helped. I switched to Verizon after one bad experience with AT&T, looks like Ill be switching again.
I went in to get a turbo charger for my phone. The young man who assisted me was quite knowledgeable. I was able to get in and out quickly.

I HATE cell phone companies, and braced for the worst. Spoke with a great guy, who was all kinds of helpful. Left for Guam the next day, cell phone ready. Great place to go.
Store manager really lied about the pricing just to get us to switch. We was told 80 a month, nope we paid 230 first month then 160 the second then I called and the supervisor reported the manager and fixed our bill.

I went in to check out new phones since I was eligible for an upgrade and one of the guys showed me that I could actually lower my bill by a lot since I was on an unlimited plan and also saved me more because of my military discounts, its awesome because I didnt go in to ask or expect my bill to be lowered at all, and the guy saved me over 40$ a month.

Went in because I cracked my wifes phone we went in to get a LG g5. Stephani was who helped is if thats what u want to call it. We went in and spent 700$ and were treated like crap. If I ever have to go back here and she comes up and tries to help me, I will tell he no thank you and ask for someone else. This situation was a freaking joke. Horrible services.
Do not go to this store or Verizon period if you want honesty. I went to this store and preordered 3 z2 force phones and when I my wife went back in to check and see if there was a way to get the phones quicker he canceled our preorder which lost us our promotion price and told us there was nothing at all he could do for us. Then after 4 different calls to Verizon being told something different every time and being told they were going to call me back and never receiving those call backs I was told that without having the phones I couldnt get my promotion back, and they could guarantee I could even get the promotion if I did go get the phones, even though the previous rep told me that she could guarantee that I get the promotional price no matter what. It seems that not only do they lie to you in the store they lie to you on the phone. As far as I am concerned the whole company is corrupt and does not truly care about the customer since they would not make there own screw up right.

Im used to aggressive sales people constantly trying to push the upsale. The employees here were very helpful and informative without trying to push a bunch of items off on me.
I went in to get help with a locked and cracked phone. The guy was unhelpful, rude, and acted like by helping me with my phone problems, I was a complete disruption to his day....his day of working to help people with their phone problems. His response to one of my questions about the phone trouble was a huff followed by, How should I know? Now if thats not quality customer service then I dont know what is!I left the store with zero progress toward fixing my issues and zero faith that there is any effort that goes in to customer service training anymore. They know you need the phone and are going to get your money anyway.

The personnel employed at this store qualify for the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have been to this store 4 times and it is worse every time I visit the store. Needless to say, I will not visit this store again. I was actually told by employees of this store to perform an illegal act to replace my phone rather than allowing me to buy a new phone and pay for my broken one. You will be lucky to leave with a smile on your face and maybe even receive criminal charges from their advice.

Worst customer service at a Verizon store. My wife got a replacement phone and they swapped out her screen and left a huge bubble in the middle of the phone. They then told her if she wanted it fixed, she would need to come in tomorrow. In addition, they didnt swap out the sim or activate the other phone. What is the point of your store if you dont help customers...

I bought a $40.00 Screen protector, the guy took it and my phone, without asking me, put it on, left big bubbles in it. I then spoke with the general manager here asked for my money back because they did a crappy job putting on the screen protector and messed it up. The general manager told me that crappy job they did was a courtesy, and said I am not only not getting my money back, but then told me cancel my service, he dont want my business and get the F**k out of his store now! This is a condensed but there was a lot more negative things the general manager said to me
