Everytime I go in there they are nice and helpfull with what i need and lets me know about the deals I may have missed and tries to make it cheaper and easy as possible. All around great service as I am a service plumber so I look for that at all places I go.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Its a great place to shop for games, funko products and collectables.

The sales associate was super helpful and nice, store was clean and everyone was wearing masks. The only complaint I have isnt necessarily this specific stores fault, but it is still a really big annoyance. They have recently moved to a new display system, where instead of displaying the actual game cases for the games they have available, they are just displaying all of the current games in display boxes. What this means is that they could have 5 cases for a game on the shelf, but not actually have any copies of the game in stock. This is what happened to me on Black Friday, I was trying to get a game that they had 3 cases for, but couldnt sell me a copy because they didnt actually have any.

Every time I call in, there is always a polite employee on the phone. They also give you good information and feedback.Amazing that your customer support on the phone is great. Better than most place IMO.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. I give a recommendation to anyone with video game/console needs or questions.

The staff at this particular location have all taken me seriously, very kind and patient with me and my family over the years that we have been going to this store!I bought my Nintendo Switch from this location, and I had it under a payment plan. The whole situation was very easy to handle and the people that worked with me were kind and easy to joke around with.Out of all the Gamestops that Ive been to with my siblings this one is the least stressful of the bunch in my opinion.

Good selection of used games (as it should be for a game store). But if youre not a member of their rewards program, at the paid or even free tier, double check the price label on any used games youre wanting. They charge different amounts based on that, the paid tier price is fairly large, but the nonmember price is nearly impossible to see unless you look closely, and can be covered up by other stickers. All that said, prices, even non member prices are acceptably fair.

The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful. My son was very excited to trade in his old games for credit and get some new games. She made it so simple and easy.

A special Fortnite trip for my son. The staff made this a truly 5-star experience. They put a great smile on my kids face with their generosity.

I will NOT buy controllers from GameStop. I bought two refurbished controllers and upon receiving. I don’t get a whole lot of time to play due to work schedules, and when I finally got a time to play both controllers were bad. 1 would not charge Without twisting a certain way in any charger even new ones and the R2 button did not work so I put it to the side and it’s no more. And the other one will Not charge whatsoever. By time I got the chance to test them out I was 1 day out of the 2 week return period. Waste of $80!!!

Ordered an item online at Think geek. It was delivered to this Game Stop. Went to pick up the item, that I had already paid for and had receipt for. Staff told me they needed to enter into their system that the item was picked up. Neither employee working knew how to do this. Would not let me have my already purchased item. Instead wanted me to wait around for half an hour until someone who knew might show up. Had to leave without my item. Do NOT have things shipped to this store.

The game prices here are good. It is a really good gaming store. The money back for used games sucks. That is why it is a four not five.

Every single time Im in this store the employees are eager to help and theyre knowledgeable about their products and more.

Great Game Stop! Ive visited many in the OKC metro but somehow Ive missed this one. Its tucked away in a shopping center and not easily visible from the main roads. The two gentlemen working there were very friendly and helpful. They pointed out the great sales and clearance items as my son looked for items to spend his gift card on. We will definitely visit again.

Great and helpful staff. Had to make a second trip to return the used system as it immediately didnt work. Return went well. Took us an hour to get the previous owners parental lock outs off. Would have expected that to be taken care of as well

Great location, probably my favorite in the metro area of the stores Ive visited. Helped with pre-ordering a game a month or so in advance. Staff was straightforward and kind, answered questions in detail when I asked for opinions. Cherry on top was the contact made when my pre-order was coming due for pickup. Really appreciate the help and will be back when Im looking for another game!

Stopped in to get a game that was on sale and a couple vr headsets for my wife and I to enjoy. They did not have the game available as someone reserved it between when I left home and got here. They were able to call another store and reserve it for me. The other store did not actually hike it like they should but these guys did their jobs correctly.

Dont recommend going to this store, called up to have a used game reserved to be purchased. Was told it was being held for us. Drove 30 minutes to the store only to be told by employees that the game was packaged to be sent to another store. When asked why we were lied to, person in charge stated it was policy to say something was available even when it isnt to get customers in the store.

My grandsons like coming here to browse and buy games. The store sq footage is small and it gets difficult to maneuver around floor displays and customers too. The workers are generally knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful, they alway go out of their way to help you find what you need. They always have good info for whatever you want or need. It’s my go to for buying all my games & gaming systems.

This is our store preference. We have been going to this one for years. We always love the staff. Even though weve seen them change, the managers are always willing to listen and help us if needed.

You for the business of used games is great. But as for the service after listening listening to a conversation and watching your small video Im a new release computer game soon to be out I was able to ask the simple question that I had to ask and leave the store after 20 minutes wasnt happy

Super crowded and the whole time I was being glared at by some punk kid behind the counter I will say that there was the lady that was very nice and helped us but felt uncomfortable the whole time we were there with our kids. Hire some people with some customer service skills

My husband has a game console on hold. Hes supposed to get it this morning at 10. Guess what? Your store isnt open. And its almost 11 AM. Weve been calling since 10. You better not sell the item thats on hold. I will be speaking to the manager as soon as someone opens the door.

Still my preferred video game destination. The game advisors always seem to have the most up-to-date info. The also have great sales, especially if you are a pro/elite member. If you cant make it to Penn Square Mall( ThinkGeek) then GameStop can now help with all your videogame/pop culture collectible needs. Overall its got something for everyone from the inexperienced to the elite.

Good place to buy used games and used systems

Shop here often. I am a pro member. We went in to trade a used game toward the purchase of another. I grabbed the princess peach wired controller for the switch to purchase. Then walked to the other side to look at games and puzzles. One employee proceeded to tell my husband who was at the register to ask me to remove it from my purse. Confused me called my name. Then when I turned towards him, the employee proceeded to say loudly across the store for me to remove it from my purse. It was in my hand the entire time. He didnt bother to respectfully walk over to me and talk to me, just tried to embarrass me in a store full of people. When he realized I wasnt concealing it, he placed his hand over his chest and did a sigh of relief. Will not be going back. Thanks

Bought xbox one 1 terabyte console new. Forza 6 edition with the warranty. After having it 2 weeks it would freeze up during applications and game play. This store didnt have the same thing as I had, so I was given a refurbished holiday bundle. This one also went bad in a short time. Tried to get them to replace with a new one. Not going to happen here.Save money and time by walking into the Microsoft Store. Much better service than the gamestop and the people were actually decent to deal with. Not on drugs.

So I went to this GameStop to try and get the Dark Souls three. I walked in they asked me what I wanted and I told them, Dark Souls three just the regular addition And he said ok and its going to be 20% off, So I was happy there but then, I got to the counter they didnt even show me the game or tell me what edition it was. They said its going to be $62.56. With 20% off!?!? They said ya, I just decided to pay it. I got back in the car and it turns out they gave me the day one edition like I told them not too and it didnt even have the day one edition stuff in there!!!!! Just the container and the disc. This has happened to me more than once at more than one GameStop and I am NEVER shopping there again!!!!!!!
