I have always done my maintenance here and treated like family here. I come here to do my oil change, brakes, painted calipers, alignments, inspections, and full exhaust installation and removal. I recently got in a car accident and needed to remove my custom exhaust. It was no question but to see if they could help me since the car couldn’t drive and needed to be placed in a bay with a flatbed. The insurance company was trying to take advantage of me with cost to move it back and forth and Robert helped relieve my anxiety with the cost. It was more than what I wanted to spend but after seeing how hard everything was and working with the tow truck company I didn’t complain at all and felt it was priced right. Robert and Aaron have always helped in every way possible and I will continue to always use their services. I always see people posting bad reviews to this business and I don’t believe most of these customers never worked on vehicles in their life and understand that services sometimes take longer times if all conditions are not perfect with the vehicle. I ensure everyone that reads my review to know that they are in good hands and if they believe they are not ask for the service manager Robert or the GM Aaron and they will square you away. Amazing company! I come here every time for oil and filter change. Went to the shop yesterday, this morning I was having some truck problems. Called and Chase responded and met me at my house to fix the problem. I can’t think you enough for going above and beyond to help me, thank you Chase!

Had to go on a trip. Stopped in to have them check all fluids and tire pressure. Also, checked brakes. Everybody was very nice and helpful. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Told me my brakes were good. Didnt charge me for any of it.

Quick service and didn’t even have to get out of my truck. Only knock is they told me my windshield washer fluid was low and they were going to top it off, but apparently he got sidetracked. My light for low fluid came on and I stopped and purchased some and my cap to the washer tank was loose. The gentleman that spoke with me was friendly and professional.

Took my husbands Toyota Tundra in for an alignment after 3 different Hibdon Tires could not get it right. Jason did an amazing job and the cost was only 79.99 where 4 other places plus Hibdon charges 159.99. We will never go to another place. Timely service. I love that they checked all of my cars lights and the air filter along with an oil change and even explained to me what kind of milage Ill need to have done the next time my car goes into the shop.

Very kind and decent service. I went in to have a transmission flush because I was low on transmission fluid (a fact that I didnt realize) and the service operator was able to tend to with good conditioning. Will return as a oil customer. Would recommend.

I had called before even showing up at this establishment to confirm that they could do an oil change and check my check engine light. I show up and re-confirm what services I needed. In the middle of my oil change a new guy takes over who tells me I cant get my check engine light checked because the service guy was busy and there were to many people behind me.The oil change was smooth and quick which is why Im giving 2 stars. The excuse I got for why they couldnt check a check engine light was poor however and deserving of 1 star.

All techs were very professional and courteous. they were yelling back and forth about their position and when they were ready. although it sounded cheesy i felt comfortable they were being safe and not going to make mistakes. they had me run through several points of inspection to make sure the lights and turn signals were operating. price was a little higher than expected or would prefer but after having poor service and possibly damages from a competitor i was okay with the fee for the peace of mind and safety.

I ended up stopping here for them to check my tires/balance while I was in my way through town. The technicians were super courteous and were able to address my issues relatively quickly.

Call around or they will rip you off! I had my friend take my car up here to get the oil changed on my Hyundai Genesis. This was the first change since I purchased the vehicle, so I let him take it to a place he used ASSUMING it would be cheaper than the dealership. First off, they had no idea what type of oil the vehicle took, so they chose full synthetic. Then, they up-charged to use Valvoline without asking. They charged thirteen dollars for an extra quart of oil and 21 dollars for a filter! This all came to a grand total of $106.98 for a basic oil change. I called the dealer, and for what the car called for, with the extra quart of oil using semi synthetic, the total would be $ 40.00 plus tax. The one star is because they were fast about doing it and got it in quick. Do research before coming here!

Went in for an oil change, came out with a new oil leak. What the heck, I figured. Its an older car Ill give them the benefit of the doubt. Quoted me 140 for a part replacement that would fix the issue. Got it done and its still leaking oil. Took the car back over there and now theyre quoting me 110 for another part replacement that is also supposedly leaking oil. I have no idea if theyre telling me the truth about any of it. Went in for a routine oil change and ended up with a car leaking oil and expensive repair bills. Avoid this place.

Tried to pull in from the front and a truck was in the stall facing me. So it appeared that I needed to pull in from the back. That was not right so I went back around only to find them guiding someone else into the only door open. Through all this no one tried to help in anyway. I went to the competition and received first class service. Would not ever go here.

Unhelpful employee told me my tire is in patch able due to it being close to the side wall (I do understand its not supposed to be done) although instead of trying to send me to a reputable location that could try and patch or atleast sell me a used tire to get by until I get a new set he replied with You can go somewhere off Shields in Moore one of them will try it I wont be returning or wasting my time with this location

The service was good, however they cant seem to clean up. When they drain the oil in my 2012 Honda Accord, the residue leaks for days. Other places Ive gone there has not been this issue. This was the third and most likely final time. The workers though have always been friendly and courteous though.

Fast and easy, I find it amusing when I take one of my older cars in for a service and they cant find the hood release and the oil fill. New ones say oil😁 but they are friendly and polite and do a great job.

Easily the best oil change shop Ive been to. I didnt get any run around on where my car stood and what services it needed. You get to stay in your car while they do the service and its super quick. They check all lights/fluids. This is the type of shop you should support! Complete opposite of the typical oil change shops Ive been to in the past.

Looked all around Norman and OKC for a place that would allow us to stay in the car during oil change because I had 2 tired kids with me. We happened to be by this place and they said we could stay in the car. Excellent service. Chase did our oil change and he was very friendly and helpful. They advertise 10 minute oil changes. I think ours was actually around 8. Well definitely go their again. I highly recommend to anyone.

Really over the top service. They didnt try to upsell me stuff I dont need, actually talked me out of spending extra twice. I thought my air filter needed to be changed, but he said that it was still good (and explained why). I thought I needed the synthetic oil for my older truck, but he recommended a more economical Valvoline Max. They even replaced a headlight FOR FREE! I had the light, and I was having trouble installing it. I had spent hours wrestling with the thing back home. The tech popped it in within a few minutes. No charge sir! When they say 10 minutes, they mean 10 minutes. No waiting in line for hours in a nasty waiting area, and I got there at noon on a Saturday. I even got to stay seated in my truck while they did the work. That means NO ONE JACKS WITH MY SEAT!! Never understood why that was necessary just to drive my truck 10 feet into the bay. Its the little things that make a huge difference, and this place has that down. I am a loyal life customer starting today.

I read the reviews and I honestly had my expectations kinda low. How happy can you be with an oil change? Well pretty dang happy. I read that people were in and out in 10 minutes and though that sounded too good to be true. From the time I pulled in to the time i was able to drive out and go on my way it took 11 minutes.You pull into the bay yourself, and one guy talks to you about what you would like and treats you like youre their most important customer of the day. I wouldnt say I look like someone important so it was pretty surprising they treated me so nice. After about 6 minutes they have you run through a checklist to check your lights and have you shift into various gears(with the foot on the brake) and they listen for any noises that might be a concern. They didnt feel pushy at all about having extra stuff done. They showed me my air filter(which has never been changed and I go offloading a lot) and made a suggestion to have it replaced but wasnt insisting they do it. I asked them if they did that and they said yes and only then did they ask if I wanted them to do it.If every person going to Walmart to get their oil changed went here one time, they would never go back to Walmart for oil changes.

This is the first time Ive been impressed with an oil change and service shop in a LOOOOOONG time. Extremely courteous, quick, and they do good work. They wont overcharge you or find things to charge you for that you dont need. You dont even have to get out of the car for an oil change, and theyll have you out of there in 10-15 minutes. I go there exclusively for everything that I can now. Give them a try; you wont be disappointed!

I have been a loyal customer at Express for oil changes for years, so when I needed my transmission fluid changed for the first time since my car was new, I took it to Express Oil Change instead of the car dealerships auto service.big mistake! The first guy was checking the fluid with the dipstick and when he went to put it back in he broke it off in the guide tube. He gets another guy to help and he’s up on the engine with a flashlight trying to see if they could retrieve it. He comes to my window and tells me it broke off but wasn’t their fault and he could guess at putting back in the correct amount by checking the temperature gauge. I really didn’t know if that would work but what can you do at that point. So my dipstick is gone and the guide is broke and my transmission slips and jerks now. He also told me I should get it fixed because dust will get suck into the transmission. I just felt letdown by a business that I used to trust and haven’t been back.Sincerely,Mike Colvin

Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. I hate taking my car in for any kind of service bc the majority of the time they always always try to make me pay for unnecessary product. I went here today bc I was in a crucnch for time for my trip this weekend. The mechanic James was awesome! He was extremely informative about their pricing before hand. And asked what oil I preferred. I told him I didn’t know for sure if my car had to be fully synthetic or not. He looked and told me that I did have to use synthetic bc of the vehicle but that I didn’t have to use the fully synthetic. I left paying only $52 for my oil change and most other places always stick it to me at $70. James was a great help! I will definitely be returning to this location. Has a very great employee ...i went there cause i bought a used car a week ago and figured a oil and filter change would be a smart and cautious thing to do ..instead of him just chaging my oil and filters he actually looked at them and told me he would wait another 1000 miles before getting anything done . that what i already had was still good.im greatful for his honesty ...thank you and ill be sure to go there in 1000 miles just because of that.😌

The guys were extremely polite and nice! They answered all of my questions; some of which Im sure had to seem silly, since I know nothing about vehicles. All the fluid levels were checked, the oil changed, and my air filter changed in less than 15 minutes!

1 starI took my car in to Express Oil Change in Moore, OK to have my wheel bearing replaced but the technicians said that it wasnt the wheel bearing, it was the brakes going from $140 to $300. After replacing all 4 brakes and rotors, they called to say that one the calipers had seized up and that it would be an additional $400 but now my car is stuck at their shop and unless pay $700 will have to have it towed. I would have given them zero stars but it wasnt an option. Do NOT use this shop for anything, they will rip you off!!!

These people are great. today I bought the headlights bulb for my mercedes I went to hibdon to adjust it, I was willing to pay 20 or 30 as appreciate for the work because it is something togh. the worker was rude with me as he doing a favor when I told him I will pay for the labor he said 60$. I directly went to express oil for the first time. they were great and friendly. When he finished, i told him how much is it cost for the labor. He said nothing you can go. I tried to pay but he said come for oil change or for anything you want to fix. Differently I will go there when I need to fix my car. they are an example of the good customers service. I highly recommend them they are the best.
