We love going to discount tire, especially the Moore, OK branch! The service has never been anything but professional and they are always quick to get you taken care of. Even if you have to wait when theyre busy someone checks on you and makes sure you have been taken care of. Weve used discount tire for four vehicles so far and have been pleased each time! If you have any tire needs I would definitely recommend using discount tire.

My dealership told me my tire couldn’t be patched and discount was able to patch it and it was free. Great customer service and they saved me over $200. I will be back for all my tire needs

Went in for a tire rotation and balance. The staff is very friendly and quick!

I had my tires rotated there, a few weeks later I had to have a tire repaired and they broke a stud. Another few weeks later I had to have another tire repaired and they broke another stud on that one. Then today I went in to have new tires put on and they broke 3 more studs. I had to fight with them to finish the job and put my new tires on before I had to have it towed to a shop to have a mechanic fix the studs that were broken. They offered no discount and made no offer to help with the repair of the studs. They would not take any responsibility for it even though they are the only ones that I have taken my truck to to have my wheels worked on. Firestone came in clutch - on a Saturday - and was able to fix the studs and complete the job that Discount Tire could not.

I did not have a good experience here I felt like they wanted me to buy new tires instead of patching the ones I have. So I went to House of Flats and what do you know they had no problem patching them. They did exactly what I asked them to do. House of flats, these guys are great and the prices were too.

I never write reviews unless i think its really necessary to show Great or Very Poor service . In this case, the location in Moore Ok. have done nothing but Lied & give me the run around (ordering mix match rims for my 2020, had me come back over & over again just to find the order for rim & tires wasnt right but after getting the correct rims & tires placed on the car, they over filling and off balancing them and then to make up for it they promise wheel lock that i came back and forth for and was always told they arent the right ones) well 3-4 months later more lies and saying the person is on vacation !

So far every time I have been they they have done nothing but be very professional and helpful. Always a pleasant experience. Thank you for changing my tires on my ATV

This place is a joke. Ordered tires online to get up there for them to tell me they are discontinued and only gave me a choice of only one brand tires to choose from. When I asked about prorating different tires the employee said he would just refund it that was the best he could do unless I wanted to come out of pocket more. I just feel like they were not willing to work with me to gain my business.

I am a regular patron of Discount Tire. I went in with a newer truck with a concern of a nail in my tire. Kyle jumped right on it and had me show him the tire. I needed one tire due to a blow-out on my 2000 Silverado with 208k miles. Im running on the spare. I like it that a good replacement tire was available for $117. The sales guy theorized that the wheel rims were bad and said I needed a set of fancy wheels. Today must be wheel day as the same pitch was made to the guy in front of me. OK I get up-selling. I opted for just a tire. So my total was $158.90 before tax. Certificate for Refund, Replacement is $18. But what the heck is Installation and Life of Tire Maintenance for $21? I expected that the spare would be returned to storage underneath the bed but it was thrown in the bed because the tech couldnt get the cable to come down. So this 72 yr guy took the truck home, got the tool out, got on the ground, and cranked down the cable, and returned the spare to storage. So I can only surmise the tech just didnt want to screw with it.

Got towed here with a flat, less than an hour before they closed. I had been on the phone with them as my situation with getting there got later (getting a tow took hours). Because I had contacted them, they went above and beyond to make sure I still got my car back with a new tire that night, despite being about 5:20 when I got there. Excellent service and much appreciated.

The guy who helped me answered my many questions with clarity and patience. They were extremely busy, but I was made to feel welcome to ask anything I needed to know and given details I hadnt considered. Ill be making my appointment soon!

I originally went in to get a flat fixed, turns out I had a cracked wheel. I was told they had to order my new wheel. Had to reschedule twice due to my busy schedule. I finally went back to find out that they received the wrong wheel for my truck. The associate at Discount came back with a great offer on a set of new wheels and new tire pressure sensors. I didnt like the wheels that they had in stock so they ordered the wheel for me again they even rushed the order for free. The manager even gave me some gas money for all the trouble. Discount Tire certainly knows how to take care of thier customers. That is why I will always be a Discount Tire customer. Keep up the great work Discount Tire!!!!!

First time customer and the experience was great! I went based off of word of mouth reviews and Google ratings. I had a flat and they were able to get me a good quality tire and back on the road within an hour. The big plus...they were sanitizing the card reader for transactions between each guest. I felt taken care of.

The Moore store has always had Phenomenal customer service. I went down to the store in the middle of the afternoon to get a flat fixed. They were really busy due to servicing not only there customers but the shields location as well. I was told 3hrs max from start to finish. Francisco noticed it was getting close to that mark and knew I needed to be out by then and saw they had not got me in yet. He got out their and got it done. I was gone 10 min before I was quoted. I think adding Francisco to the team was the greatest idea ever. He goes above and beyond for the customer and always seems to have a smile on his face no matter if the line is out the door or its slow. Because of Francisco, management and the rest of the team I will always be a customer and recommend this store to everyone.

Somehow I managed to get two nails in two separate tires and they fixed them for free, gave me an estimate on my tread wear and done in less then 45 minutes. Great overall experience.

We buy all of our tires here, the service is the best! I took my 2016 Subaru in because I had a nail in the tire! Antony took great care of us, the tires we did not buy there because they were still the original tires. They fixed it in about 45 minutes and charged us NOTHING!! We said but we didn’t buy the tires here and Anthony looked at us with a big smile and said “we take care of our customers” how about that for customer service!

Went in for a tire pressure check and I didnt have to wait even a minute. The tech was right out to check my tires and he was very courteous and friendly. Everyone is masked up there. I was back on may way in no time.

Decently fast service, good prices and the staff are always nice but I seem to always have to go back for them to correct something. This time one of my wheels were not balanced correctly and caused vibration at high speeds. Hopefully it is fixed now, well see.

Absolutely terrible. They said that they would patch my tire so I scheduled an appt. I then dropped it off after they said they looked and said they would fix it. I got a text saying it was ready for pickup. I went to pick it up and it was not fixed and completely flat. They said they couldnt fix it because there was tread wear on the inside but it was not even on secondary rubber yet and I could still see the tread. Keep in mind this was after they said they could fix it and three hours later. The wheel itself had some scuffs on it after getting it back like it had been leaned against something or set on its face. After trying to question the manager named Luke he would barely look at me and seemed very timid and unwilling to do his job as a manager to deal with a customer. He made sure to stare me down once I was in the car and leaving though. Also no one offered to sell me a new tire, apologize or anything so I left. Ill be calling corporate on Monday. Ive been a long time customer here but probably will not be coming back. At least until Luke is gone or changes stores. The techs are great though.

Quick tire check on the motorhome. They did great on the outside tires but couldnt do the inside dual tire.

I bought three tires here about two weeks ago. They were friendly and helpful. Dont expect much more than friendly and tires.

Everyone was friendly and courteous and they have free tire repair regardless of where you purchased the tires.

This is my first time leaving a review and I thought it was completely necessary to do one this time. A worker by the name of Dawson was GREAT. I knew I would like him the moment he walked through the door. He helped me understand everything what was going on with tire problems I was having. I was in and out in no time. I was also mindful that this is a busy business and that patience is expected at the time. The other workers looked helpful nonetheless, but Dawson was “The Man”.

I have used this place many times, with little issues. Until today! I ordered tires for my wife, told them she would be there to have them installed. Made an appointment that they said they would meet. When she got there, they made up an excuse about the tires not being there for 2 more hours. Hey, how about a call??? You had my information. Poor customer service this time. No excuses. Call the customer when you are going to inconvenience them!

They were pretty good. They definitely tried to upsell you on everything. However, they were willing to teach me more about tires and how to determine if they need a rotation or new tires.

I have been a long time Discount Tire customer, and have usually been treated very well there. I went in to get a flat I had fixed a while back, and was told by the staff that it was irreparable and that I needed new tires. I went down the street where a local business had no problem fixing my flat. Whether out of laziness or lack of knowledge that I was not able to get my vehicle serviced I will not be returning for any type of service after being mislead by the staff. The staff was friendly but the level of customer service was below what I usually expect from Discount Tire.

This place never disappoints! My fiance has two left side tires went flat, I was able to air them up and drive her vehicle down to discount tire. The attendant came out to inspect the tires, and we told him that the tires were constantly deflating. he checked the tread on the tires and let us know that the tires treads or in good shape and that he would then check to see if theres a leak before actually getting us a new tire so we wouldnt have to waste our money. About an hour and a half later he called and let me know that they were able to find the leak, and plug it and they wouldnt charge us anything for the service. weve been using a discount tire for over 3 years for other previous vehicles and every time weve had any issues with any of our tires they have been fast, friendly, courteous, and always thought about how we could save our money, and not just about how they can make money off of us.

They were great about getting me in and out within my forty-five minute appointment window. They were willing to haggle with me over new tire prices. BUT they overfilled all four of my new tires and I had to stop by a different location the next day to get the correct tire pressure.

This tire shop used to be the best shop in town like 7 years ago in and out quick, now no matter what you have to do you are in there for atleast 1 hour, i showed up Tuesday evening at 4:30pm to rotate and ballance my tires and they said itll be ready around 6. Personally this is unacceptable... In the past i took my car here to check out a noise, the tire sensor fell into the tire and they made me replace the tire because the sensor “ate” my tire. I dont know if they damaged it or what but everyone ive talked to says a tire sensor wouldnt eat a tire to the beads... I would definatly never recommend this location atleast. Every time I go there the employees are respectful and helpful. However, can we get more than one or two guys at the front desk if you are going to make the buying process for tires take so long. Good on discount for creating enough business that the lines are full. But I made an appointment, stood in line for 10 min three times now and didnt move a foot. Perhaps get a ticket system, call a number, put a tv in the lobby and let people sit down and watch the news. Process improvements need to be made here. You can waste half a day there.

This was my first experience buying tires without my husband. I stopped in to see if I could get an appointment for tire replacement, but they did the job right then. I felt so welcome, and I was very comfortable dealing with Discount Tire in Moore. I received exactly what I wanted, and got no pressure to buy anything more. Donnie was most helpful in explaining everything! I will definitely tell others about my experience, and this will be my place to have anything done that relates to tires.

Ive been told the owner empowers his employees to work with you in this regard. I commend and thank you for that!! I couldnt afford a $500 new wheel; he referred me to someone who could repair mine and saved me well over $600 that I simply didnt have. A pothole on 89th ruined the tire and damaged the wheel. Now off to file a claim with the City and try to get reimbursed. **fingers crossed** The store is always clean and again, all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. My tire had a leak and I was concerned about driving on it so I called up there by and they were able to replace the tire for me right before closing. They were all so kind and helpful. Thanks guys!

Probably the reason I dont give them a five is it is a tire shop and who likes to be in one of them? However I have used this shop for a few years now and have never found them to try to sell me unnecessary repairs. Been satisfied with the product and the service. its just not fun to spend money on maintenance but its necessary and important to keep the family safe. This is a good choice if you have the need.

My Toyota is passing 250,000 miles, and with only two exceptions, every tire Ive put on it since the originals wore out has come from Discount Tire. (The first exception involved a cut sidewall while I was traveling, and there was no Discount Tire around, so I had to buy a Walmart tire . . . the second was on a Sunday and again I had no choice but to go elsewhere). All of my experiences with Discount Tire have been great. Good prices, great service, quick turnaround . .. What more could you ask for?
