Tim is not to be trusted. I came in for a fuel filter change, which he did, however when this did not keep my car from stalling he recommended that I go to have my catalytic converter removed at the muffler shop down the street. Basically, his friends at the muffler shop scored the metal from my converter and now my car is in worse condition and will cost more to fix.

I had broken down on the interstate and the tow company recommended this place. They were very professional and took care of my car. The price was less than I expected. Very fast and friendly service! From now on I will always recommend this place to anyone that needs car service in the okc metro area.Edited: Again I found myself in “the city” with a less than drivable car. I managed to limp it in to Preferred Auto again. This time it was some code that didn’t compute when I started my car. My car was cleared in no time and I haven’t had problems since. I can’t stress enough on how much I appreciate the service I have been given here!
