Walmart did a great job on recent battery change, oil change and new tires. Very prompt, professional, no problems with any of their services. Very impressed.
I got a flat tire by running over a screw in my passenger rear tire. I was able to get there with air still in my tire they made it a priority to get me signed in quick enough that my tire still had air in it by the time they fixed it. The two employees I had the pleasure of meeting treated me with kindness, respect and promptness with their work total wait time with customers in front of me 45 minutes
I wanted new all terrain tires on my Subaru Forester, which had 5 year old tires on. They looked them up, ordered them and called when tires were in. They installed 4 tires, all has been good. I bought tires here before, about 11 years ago. They have always given good service to me.
Needed 2 new heavy duty all-terrain and mud tires. Walmart was half the price of Big O.... the tires I replaced were the same ones that I put on the truck 6 years ago, so I got some pretty decent use out of them. I expect no less from the new tires.
Doing the best they can in a world that does not want to work.
Great service! They were getting slammed when I was there and were very short staffed but still got my tires mounted in under an hour.
I dont like sharing bad reviews, but this service was not great. I called to make an appointment coming in. Before the appointment even started they asked if I wanted to buy additional services without even looking at my car, which felt wrong. Because of current rules, the bench was outside in the chilly spring air, but for an hour even an hour and a half it wouldnt be a problem. However the wait was 2 hours with no service or communication. At 1 hour 15 minutes they had only just pulled the car in the shop, at 1 hour 50 minutes no one had even looked at it yet. There were 6 people in the shop in that time only 1 car was serviced and only 1 person was actively working... Called Valvoline and instantly received polar-opposite amazing customer service. As a former service writer I have an idea of general service speed and it was disheartening to see them standing and chatting in groups, moving very slowly when people are waiting. If there is a delay its understandable, but then communication with the customer for reasonable timeline is expected. At Valvoline, I received quick, friendly and tons of communication. They showed me the health of my filters, and wipers during the service and I didnt need to buy the things Walmart tried to sell me before service even began.. Would recommend Valvoline over Walmart Auto Center in this town any day.
The staff was nice but they had me and someone else booked for the same 11 appointment and it took hours to get tires and oil done. I told them when I called I was from out of town and traveling with pets and would have the pets with me. I shouldnt have had to wait in 80 degree weather with my black haired dogs. I just had my tires checked by a tire shop told me my back ones were bad front were good but walmart said they all needed to be changed so dont know if that was them over selling I thought the front tires were good. I had the tires for 2 days and one went flat from a rock in 2 days! Never seen a tire not handle a tiny rock let alone a supposed 2 day old tire.
We got 4 new trailer tires there, but it took quite a while. At least you can walk around Walmart and shop to kill time.
Absolutely poorly ran tire shop. I could leave a bunch of very specific reasons but that would take up too much of my time to write and yours to read. but I wouldnt say I dont reccomend them without really significant reasons.
Horrible time management. Was quoted 30 minutes to replace a battery which seems like a long time. I was the only vehicle in the bay and it took them an hour and a half to complete.
Bad for business:Ihad a flat .I was told that the tire was two old.they could not fixed it.. Bad for customer service .In a hurry dont go there on a Sunday afternoon you have a cattle trailor. .
This Walmart Auto Care Center has the worst service and the rudest employees running the service desk 😑They should all be fired and a new crew hired!!GET RID OF ALL THE OLD GROUCHES!!
No service people and waited for 30 min to be helped 😒
Friendly enough, but slow and poorly managed.
My wife got new tires here and the service was ridiculously poor. She dropped off the car and got dropped off to pick up the car when she was told it was finished. Great so far. Problem is they managed to lose her keys. The girl at the counter assured her that SHE didn’t have them and emptied her pockets to prove it. Other than that she was far too busy to locate them. It took another 40 minutes to locate them. What a joy when you have a 6 and 8 year old in tow. Nobody seemed to care because they were just too busy to look. Eventually, one of their technicians noticed that they were carrying around an extra set of keys in their pocket and returned them. A less than professional performance by their staff in my opinion. I give them two stars because they DID do a good job on installing the tires.
Fast and professional
I bought tires and decided to buy the warranty. Glad I did. Had a flat tire within a month. They fixed the flat and identified what happened. However, it took three transfers to get a human being. Also they did NOT put my spare back as I was told by the desk clerk. Overall, I appreciate thier hard work and for taking care of me in a crunch.
Extreme lack of communication. I was told 30-60 minute wait to get an oil change. It’s been an hour and was just told an additional 30 minutes because they have other appointments before me (which they didn’t tell me about or account for in telling me my wait time). These employees clearly hate their job and I would too if I had to work for Walmart. Walmart sucks and I wish they would go out of business. Only the trashiest people work and shop here. My mistake in coming here!!!
Busy good people working today
They are okay.
Seems to be a good Walmart! Has plenty of items in stock, they frequently move items around so be ready to go hunting! Employees some are good and others are just okay. Glad we have a Walmart with such variety!
The suicide department staff always seem to work hard and do their best to meet customer expectations. Wait times are a little long but overall I cant dock stars for the time it takes to do a job right. I only get tires and oil changes here.
I know some people think that this place is absolutely terrible! But in my experience I absolutely love the people here! Mostly because my father-in-law works there. In all honesty, you just have to seek out the right people. I also know most of them personally... like I said you have to find the right person to help you.
If youre looking for top notch customer service, look no further than the Walmart Auto Care Center. Jason and his team of mechanics go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks for all your help! Most impressed!!
I attempted to get a flat tire fixed at this location but left after at least 20 minutes of waiting for the tire manager to even acknowledge that there were other things to do than test a battery for the guy at the head of the queue. I have never seen a more inefficient place of business as this tire Express location. I ended up at Standard Tire (along with another couple who abandoned Walmart) where they fixed my flat in about 15 min total.
Oil change plus tire rotation and balance. Going on my 3rd hour and my vehicle is still in the shop.
Follow up on my previous day nightmare in the tire shop. Still took some time but the crew did their best to fix the previous days adventure. Kind and courteous and kind a made up for the events.
Much better than my last experience here! Service here is getting much better.
Affordable, but I have had them charge me for stuff they didnt do. I dont believe it was dishonest, just untrained, disorganized employees
They were great just didnt have part i needed
They were quick very nice and very respectful and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know
3 hours to mount and balance tires. Ridiculous! At least you can walk into the store for food and water. If you dont have half a day to kill, Id stay away.
If you can get their attention the prices are pretty good.
Cheaper than Big O for tires, but disorganized chaotic service. If you order your tires on their website & have them shipped to the store its cheaper. The website says they will call once tires arrive, but a txt is sent instead (an issue for seniors who dont txt). The downside of buying online is that you have to live with any delivery scuff marks, all of our tires unfortunately had them. They also dont take appointments, you just show up & request the tires to be put on. Plan on dropping it off, they are slow & get busy. The 1hr estimate turns into 4hrs, then they forget to call you to let you know your vehicle is done so it sits even longer. Appears understaffed with mostly unhappy workers. Overall, good for saving a few bucks if you dont mind sacrificing professional service.
Nail in tread of tire. Unable to repair because of being 2 fingerwidth of edge of tire after 2.5hr wait. They broke the radiator outlet for an oil change trying to remove the oil filter on 1 vehicle before me and broke tire pressure sensor on another vehicle in the time I was waiting. More training or staff replacement is warranted in my opinion.
Very friendly and helpful. Quick service
They dont have any people that dont know how to do it and get the job done write
DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HIRE PEOPLE WITHOUT COMMON SENSE.Just tonight they let my pregnant sister stand there for 1.5 hours to tell her they cant do her oil change. That they tightened the bolt to check id it was stripped and it was.Within this time my mother took her vehicle in to get a new tire and rim put on. SOMEHOW her car wouldnt start and they pushed it outside. Told her once she pays, they will give her keys so someone can come get her. We show up. The assistant manager Julesses (However you spell it. Tall guy with long hair) Says they check hee battery and the numbers were low so the battery was bad. He then proceeds to say that if a battery is good you can leave the door open and it wont die. Along with there technicians are trained to deal with her battwry. (Mind you, you pop a cover off to get to the battery.) With this, puffing his chest and getting upset with my boyfried. (Hmmm... and you work on cars? And your a assistant managwr?) We go inside and the receipt says the battery tested good. I asked why and the other gentleman there (Forgot his name. Blonde with glasses.) Says they dont actually check them. THAT WHEN THEU DRIVE THE CARS IN THEY ASSUME IT IS FINE.WHAT DO WE PAY YOU FOR? WHY DO YOU LIE AND GET BUCK WITH CUSTOMERS? HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT WHEN YOU LEAVE A DOOR OPEN, THE CAR DOES? OH, AND WHEN YOU TIGHTEN A BOLT IT TENDS TO STRIP? Oh, but wait. We will blame that on the last people when you admit to tightening it more than needed. If this is not enough, than I am sorry for you. Take your business elsewhwre.
Had burned rear passanger turn signal bulb and they replaced it fast, and didnt cost me alot.
I was looking to have a hole plugged and patched on one of my tires. I was teated like dog excrement from the moment I walked in. Pretty much a useless bunch of folks and very rude. Talked to me like I was a toddler at the desk, I was instructed to go out into the bay and find a guy in a yellow vest which I did, and apparently that also was wrong because he told me to go wait in line in the dog kennel area they have set up in the bay.... I left and went somewhere else.. very happy I did. Will not ever be returning to this Wally World tire carnival.
They are the most affordable place to have your tires mounted, bar none. They seem to have over tightened most of my lug nuts though. No big deal though.
Today I went to replace 2 bateries that I bought in walmart...I had to wait 3 hours for them to test the bateries, after those 3 hrs I was told 1 bad batery and 1 good batery, thing is they replaced the bad one, but as you know, if you have a 2 bateries on your truck, you must replace them at the same time, so I got one replaced and I bought another one, but the replacement cost me more than the new one... I asked why, but I didnt get an answer..... service at the automotive at walmart just.....sucks
Nice people, way slow.
Rude associates, over heard them talking about customers, including me. I never did get my questions answered. Wound up going to store in Delta. Wrote complaint to corporate about the whole experience. Will not go there unless extreme circumstance.
Service was quick, and they carry Mobil 1 oil.
Always been good to me.
Great place for auto care needs
Terrible place Took them 6 hours to change my tires also scraped my rims and wouldnt return two tires which were in good condition. I recommend going to a professional tire shop .
Fair priced tires.
Ridiculous wait time. Three hours for them to plug my flat tire
Good and fast service in the tire store
Its Wal-Mart
A lot of standing around in an empty shop wondering why they have not pulled my car in on some warranty work 3 hours of waiting
The staff were kind, but it took over 2 hours for my oil change.
Its Walmart. Not to much to say
2 and a half hours to change oil and replace a tail light bulb, AND THEY BROKE MY TAIL LIGHT LENS!
Its in Montrose beautiful beautiful beautiful...
Very slow and unorganized
Fast & friendly service
Incompetent would be an understatement.
Good service
Great price
Its Walmart 😂
Okk
