I was scheduled for oil change, tire rotation and updating something with the Bluetooth/stereo. When so picked up my pickup, the technicians did not do the Bluetooth/stereo update as they were supposed to. I had to reschedule this to be done which is inconvenient. Grease smudges on the body of the pickup next to the hood.

I will start by saying my check engine light went on and I was 1,000 miles from home and just starting my vacation. So at 8:00 a.m. I was at the service center. I was greeted by Austin. He listened to me, showed his concern and then went right to work. He got a very good mechanic (I did not get his name) to look at and diagnose the problem. He then explained it to me and fixed it by 10:00 a.m. and had me back on my trip. Also while waiting, I received a call back from Kim, who was returning my voice message from me. Later I received a call just checking up - service was fantastic and the price was great. They could have charged me anything as I was so far from home but they fixed it for a great price. IF I lived anywhere near Turner Automotive - I would go no where else. Thank you for saving my vacation!

My car started showing very strange symptoms, it turned out that since it had never been in the mountains it needed a software upgrade. Turner Chevrolet was fast competent and extremely helpful!

They were able to take me with no appointment and got a key programmed for me that I brought in myself within a half hour. Everybody was friendly and accommodating. Guest wifi didnt work in lounge, said ip configuration error. I didnt bother mentioning since cell was fine and would have been more effort to bring it up. It should probably be forwarded to their it tech people.

On vacation from Minnesota and my 2020 AT4 HD had Regen issues, redused power. Just dropped in on a Monday morning, explained I was in a jam and Austin and his Tech took care of it. Great work and Thanks.

I ordered the vehicle (ZR2 Bison) in early December and it arrived late January. Quite good considering Covid. Delivery and handover was seamless. I love the truck.

Bought a 2005 silverado 2500hd from this place. Was told its been checked over and no leaks. Within 10 days of ownership an existing leaking transmission was found by another shop they know it was existing with the amount of build up was there. Within 45 days truck is needing a transfer case and transmission. I have put less the 4k miles on this truck. Left voice-mails for both of the managers and havent heard back. They know what they did. Do not recommend.

I was extremely happy with the way I was treated at Turner Automotive. My wife and were here at Crested Butte on vacation from Texas. We started to have issues with our Tahoe LTZ having trouble not starting before we got to our destination and stopped at a Chevrolet dealer that said it would be two weeks before they could get us in. We set an appointment with another Chevrolet dealer to check out our Tahoe first thing the next morning but when we got there they said it would be 3 days before they could even look at it. When we called your dealership they said to bring it in and they would try their best to work us in. Austin was very helpful and had us in and out in 4 hours. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Austin and Turner Automotive.

Turner Automotive had a Chevrolet Traverse that matched what I was looking for. Ernesto was great to work with and ask questions to. Never got the pushy salesman feel from him. We ultimately decided to reel in our budget and went with a used vehicle closer to home (would have been a 6 hour drive) but highly recommend giving Ernesto a call if youre in the market. Ed was very easy to deal with during the purchase of a 2020 Tundra. I had inquired via email and Ed got back to me in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived, he had gone to lunch but his associate Wendy Miller greeted me and called Ed to tell him that I was waiting. She offered me water and was very welcoming.Ed had the truck washed before I test drove it(big plus for caring). No pressure from Ed, he let the truck sell itself.As with any car purchase, it takes awhile to put everything together. I had a trade in and also financing. I felt like I did okay, Toyota doesnt negotiate like American car companies but they really dont need to.Financing was an easy process as the loan officer gave me options for additional protection that I politely refused.Overall, the experience was decent. Want to write this to show our appreciation for the integrity of the service department staff. Appreciate the good communication, professionalism and great service!Took my father in-laws 2002 Chevrolet 3/4 ton pickup in, a few weeks back. Fuel pump had gone out. Ended up getting a new fuel pump, fuel filter and while working on it they found a couple of additional issues. The repairs got pretty expensive, but the service department staff did a great job of explaining what was needed, and why. They completed the repairs and we got the truck back. Was running fine from the shop to the house.After a couple of days, my father in-law noticed the truck wasnt idling right. He didnt want me to take it back in, because he didnt want to be without his truck, again. Also, didnt want to deal with the possibility of additional problems and expenses. He waited a week and it got worse.Today, I took the truck back in and it turns out that there was a bad gasket, which was something that had been replaced during the previous repairs. Without question, the service manager, Todd; called me and told me they were going to replace it at no extra cost. A couple of hours later, they had the truck back to us and its running great!Thank you for taking care of us, and being easy to work with!

Traveling through, only one Sunday night stay at the RV park, and needed the first service on our new 2020 Silverado as the mileage was approaching 7,000. I was on vacation far from home when the brake boost vacuum pump went out on my ‘14 Silverado. I limped it in with no appointment and they got right to work! The repair was done quickly and professionally. They were even able to get Chevy to pay for the repair at 97k miles! Later in the week I had an unrelated problem and Dustin in parts was a lifesaver. I was ultimately able to get it fixed without coming in but Dustin couldn’t have been nicer despite my repeated pestering. All in all great customer service!

I think that this part of the process is extremely important during these times. While vacationing from MO, the brakes started to fail as we were coming down from Carbondale to Gunnison. A scary drive into the only option in Gunnison was backed up two weeks. A call to Turner Automotive and the gal I spoke with said they’d get us in first thing in the morning. We were in and out before lunch and the brake boost vacuum pump and labor were no charge as it was a warranty item. Very impressed with how quickly they had us on the road again.

My one and only reason for purchasing this Toyota from Turner is because of Wendy. I observed her in years past dealing with customers and liked her and trusted her. She found the car I wanted, kept me informed, went to great effort to make it happen, and was pleasant and friendly. If I ever buy another car I will return to her and when my husbands truck gives up, well return to her. There were no hidden surprises and the purchase went without a hitch.

Turner had the truck that I wanted at a great price. I drove from Northern New Mexico to get it. I had some horrible experiences with some other dealers previously. The sales person Bruce was outstanding! He made me feel comfortable and made my buying experience great. The dealership had a streamlined/uncomplicated process. No haggling or BS. Had a safety recall on my tacoma. Took my truck in one day to see what could be done. The rep was hilarious! I’d come back just to banter with him. So, 5 stars on the front facing crew. Spoke to a salesman stated truck was in great condition looked over by their mechanics and they were firm on the asking price so I made the road trip. Drove 8 hours over 500 miles to purchase the truck. Truck was nice looking but was making clouds of smoke from the motor. NO DEAL!!! The salesman was a nice guy but stated Im not a mechanic THANKS FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.MAYBE YOU GUYS SHOULD RE-EVALUATE YOUR MAINTENANCE TEAM BECAUSE THEY REALLY SCREWED THE POOCH THIS TIME.
