I arrived in store with a long list of items that I needed and the sales people were amazing!! Each interaction I had was genuine! Adrian assisted me and he was very helpful offering any help that I needed! PATRICIA was far and beyond the most helpful!! He was there at my every turn when I had that perplexed look on my face! I want to show my appreciation to all the employees at this location!! And thanks again Patricia!!

This store has a huge selection of housewares, and we love just to walk through and browse. We might browse longer but last time we were in there it was a little humid, like the air conditioning couldnt keep up. Other than that, this is a great store. Most of the time there are only two registers open and we dont see a lot of staff, but we usually get good service anyway.

I had a pickup order. The employees were friendly and professional! The store has high quality selections. Overall I have had pretty good experiences here.

My wife and I went to this specific location with our two sons looking for home decor and bedding for our 10 month old and sadly the experience was disappointing not that the store didnt have what we were looking for but how we were stalked by an employee assuming we were going to steal was absolutely hurtful, due to discomfort we didnt purchase there. We couldnt help but think discrimination because we notice none of the other customers were treated the same, it was just hurtful not only for myself but for my boys to witness and I hope Bed Bath & Beyond teach better methods to employees for theft prevention.

If I could rate a 0 I would.... I ordered acomforter set and pillows and when my order was delivered I only received my pillows I called the store and was told by the lady I spoke to that my comforter set was behind the counter and I could come pick it up when I wanted too... asked why my whole order was not delivered to my house she told me that it was not her problem and hung up on me.That is the short story. I was treated horribly.

Customer service is really good at this location. They are pretty good about opening more registers when they get a line going. Diverse selection of kitchen are available- its the only place in town to by an electric pepper grinder!

Bed Bath & Beyond is quite a unique store. They have some things here that you won’t find anywhere else. The employees at this location are very friendly. Some parts of this location seem a little disorganized, though. Pricing is okay. Pretty good store overall.

Went in for a three quart ice bucket and bought place mats, plastic glassware and a four quart ice bucket with a separation for ice and melted water. It included a tong with sharp teeth for grabbing ice. The sales clerk who checked us out was pleasant and professional. She wrapped the glassware individually.

We were initially disappointed to find only 1 dinner napkin the color we wanted when we needed 12 total. However when the assistant manager asked if he could help us find what we needed, he promptly looked it up online and ordered it to be sent to our home. Good to see that personal customer service is not dead at all brick and mortar stores nowadays. Kudos to BB&B.

This place was nice and clean. It has some good customer service. I was able to find something that will work great for me. This is a very nice location.

They have nice things and great coupons, but the smells are so strong and overwhelming, I cannot enjoy shopping here. I am literally allergic to the store. Last time I went in, I had a severe allergy attack even though I was done shopping in 5 minutes. All I needed was a good hypoallergenic pillow cover and BB&B was the right place to go. I just hate that I cannot go and just browse around.

This was in Louisiana on a short trip, got some great sales on items there for Christmas.

I was not happy. I purchased a Nuwave Air Fryer from here back in December. It stop working in March. I went back and swap it out and got a new one. The second one stop working. So I wanted my money back. But it was a gift for Christmas. And was pay for with three different payments. I was told that I couldnt have my money back and that I had to get a in store credit. Not happy. There was nothing that I wanted in the store accept my money back. I dont think that is the fair thing to do to customers if I had my receipt.

While shopping I rounded the corner to check out and not a single cash register was operative. Every available employee was attempting to alleviate the problem but to no avail. Customers left without purchasing anything. I myself left and shopped elsewhere. When I returned about 25 minutes later they were able to check me out with the same items I had gathered up earlier. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND COULD NOT HAVE DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THE COMPUTER GLITCH. This is just the times we live in. If the computer goes down business comes to a STOP.

They were by far the best when it came to wedding registrys. Their staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I love Bed Bath & Beyond! Plus they give you 20% off on an item after you use them for your registry.

I have made my last trip into your store because the smell is overwhelming in there. I was only in there 5 or 6 minutes, but I could not breathe through my nose due to the overpowering scents. I actually smelled the scents on the sidewalk before I entered the store. If I had not needed something you carry and didnt have time to go elsewhere, I would never have gone entered. My clothes reeked and I was wheezing when I left. I have complained before to no avail, so I have decided you must not want the business of anyone who is scent-sensitive or asthmatic. Many other stores carry scented candles room fresheners and do so without stinking up the whole store. I dont understand why this store has to smell like an incense bomb was exploded in there. Im done with BB&B, at least in this city!

I asked if they price match with Amazon. While a very polite young man was checking, the other sales clerk said no. She was rude. Long story short...when they pulled up the price match list, Amazon was there. The lady who checked me out acted unfriendly like I was doing something wrong. Just because I keep my eyes on the prize (my money), doesnt make me a bad person. Shame on them for acting that way.

I was attempting to purchase a set of sheets that my sister found MARKED DOWN on a clearance rack.When we ready to cash out, the sheets all of a sudden rang up at a different price.Non of the associates were willing to correct the problem.We were talking to a person who claimed to be the manager who was absolutely no help at all simply because home office said that he was not a mgr. I guess thats why he didnt have any authority to knock $6 off.He had the audacity to walk off and not deal with the situation at hand.The whole staff that night were extremely rude and should not be working in ANY environment dealing with the public.We had purchased a BUNCH of stuff earlier that day,and after being treated like a theif or a lair of some kind,we decided to return every bit of it.Im by no means rich,but I think I can afford ANYTHING in that store.I dont have to lie about a price of an item that had been marked down for sale.The home office was very disappointed to hear that one of their stores was making a bad name for the company.I left my name and number for someone to call me about the situation and havent heard from anyone yet.I filed a store complaint with the home office but have not heard from anyone.I dont care what they have on sale, I promise you, I will NEVER go into that store again.All because of the EXTREMELY NASTY attitudes of the 3 people who were working that night.If there was a way for me to give you 0 stars for a rating, I most certainly would have!!

Oh my gosh the customer service in this place was amazing! I generally dont go into Bed Bath & Beyond because they dont necessarily fit my budget however my fiance and I wanted to go here to start a wedding registry. We were referred to do so. Upon arriving, the manager greeted us and pointed us in the direction of the registry shop. A representative by the name of Rebecca was phenomenal, and extremely patient! I was almost concerned about how much patience she had LOL. She was also very very very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She had all the right types of suggestions too. We do appreciate her spending literally two and a half almost 3 hours with us walking the store inch by inch, aisle by aisle. Very kind. For the registry, theres all types of choices because of her willingness to assist. Thanks Rebecca! You made our registry shopping with Bed Bath & Beyond so easy. I do recommend persons to shop here because it is a nice clean location. They have a lot to choose from as far as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and Outdoor items. We did leave out of there with two picnic items and Storage containers for lunch. Excited to try them out!

I had a awful experience in your store in Eastchase in Montgomery, Alabama...I came in the store looking for a handmixer and it took me 15 minutes to get assistance after the cashier called for help because he was all alone at the front, after getting the blender I walked around the store looking for a few other items and then I noticed I was being followed around the store, after finding the Claritin pillowcases and I checked out,I asked the cashier for a gift reciept and she needed a key turn and asked the manager Doug to come do a key turn so she could give me a gift reciept and he refused and said he wasnt leaving customer service and he didnt..but the sad thing was he had NO customers at all.the cashier tried to call someone else to do the key turn but after waiting again for someone to come I finally left and passed Doug standing in customer services looking around..
