Extremely impressed and satisfied. Customer service was great, from Don in Sales to the delivery and Installation. Don was knowledgeable and upfront about pricing, delivery date, and had answers to all my questions. My washer/dryer were delivered on time and with the greatest efficiency. David Mayes and Al Hunter were awesome!! These 2 gentleman removed my old set and installed the new set with the greatest of care, efficiency and professionalism. Their customer rapport was top notch! Customer service is very important to me and good customer service is so hard to find these days. I will definitely be a return customer for all my appliance needs in the future. Thank you Don, David and Al!

During the building of our house it was a pleasure to deal with Allsouth appliance in Montgomery. Ordering was easy and Chuck was always on top of things. Delivery services were so great! Davidert Mayes and his partner went out of their way to make the delivery easy and informative. They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my house. They brought in our refrigerator and hooked up the ice maker in just a few minutes. One very important thing that Davidert provided was tutoring on the use of the many different functions of this refrigerator. He patiently explained all of the different functions and demonstrated them as well as explaining what we needed to do with the water and ice dispenser initially. Both of these men were friendly, outgoing, and professional. They are certainly an asset to Allsouth Appliance.

Ordered a full set of appliances almost 2 months ago and still can’t seem to get them. I was upfront with Chase when I ordered that I would not order if the appliances were not instock. I even changed brands because I couldn’t get the ones I originally wanted. Chase assured me that the only issue would be the double ovens would take about a month, but that everything else was available. I paid for delivery. I have since driven to Montgomery to pick up the stove and then to Birmingham to get the ovens. However, I can’t seem to get any answers or calls returned as to when/were my remaining appliances are. I also, very specifically and repeatedly told Chase that everything had to be matte black - my double ovens have gold handles🤦‍♀️

Went for a dishwasher today, we bought a refrigerator a few months ago from another store and wish we knew about allsouth then, their prices great! I was happy with the service and the salesman was very nice. Will be seeing them again when its time to upgrade our oven and stove!

Don proved to be a true master of the trade -- he corroborated a lot of my thorough research on a Speed Queen washer/dryer set (a wealth of knowledge)! He even went the extra mile to measure the dimensions of the boxes the set came in so that I could gauge whether or not I would have to remove the camper on my truck. When I came in to pick up the set, many members of the store pitched in to square me away and help load my truck. Super military friendly too. I highly recommend!

Making a payment on my freezer they were able to order one for me @ a reasonable price & size I was looking for thats service I can appreciate.

Disappointment customer service. Went to buy a brand that manufacture recommended me to go to all South to get then all south told me the brand I was looking at was no good and sold me an American made brand . when I brought it home it did not have the features I wanted and would not clean silver wear on top shelf . All south is charging me a 25% restocking fee. They got me for $ 200 but I went elsewhere to buy my dishwasher they lost that sale and several others that in my line of business I would have referred to them
