Mixed bag of customer service and shelf stock with this Best Buy. On more than one occasion I have gotten tired of waiting to be helped and left. But sometimes it works out and occasionally employees even speak, aside from the greeter.

I had an awesome 👌 experience. Jasmen, Carol and Quanasia were excellent sales people. They went over and beyond, especially Quanasia who stuck with me for 2 days to the end to resolve our issue with a smile, conversation and laughter. She made a frustrating situation bearable and fun. Ordered refrigerator online, picked up in store. The process was extremely easy and fast, in less than 30 minutes the refrigerator was loaded on our truck and we were on our way home.As far as the refrigerator, we purchased the Samsung 27.5 cu ft. Side by side in black stainless steel and love it!The only thing I dont like about it, is it doesnt have a light for the water dispenser, totally my fault, I forgot to check before purchasing, otherwise, its perfect.

I was greeted with a smile, as soon as entering. Store looked amazing . Was very clean. The store was somewhat busy, but I was still able to find an associate to help me. Unfortunately they dont have what I was looking for. I was offered an alternative, as well as, could it be order for me. The staff is very eager to make your experience a great one, without making you feel overwhelmed. Great experience!

I had a great experience at Best Buy. I was so fortunate to have a knowledgeable young lady named Darjae. She went far and beyond to help me with my purchase of a cell phone and actually spent time explaining things to me. If you need help on a new phone, she is the go to person you need.

Typical good products but the staff member who helped me never took time to ask if I needed help transferring data from old phone to new phone, and it would have been nice to have help. He just sold me the phone and basically without comment. Much different than the last time I bought a phone at BB.

After giving Best Buy an opportunity to make a wrong a right, I have finally accepted the fact that Best Buy is a want based store & not need based. This is where you go for toys & games, NOT where you go when you NEED an appliance & def do not order delivery & installation. The 1st incident, the installer quit prior to my install. Appliance at the store. Hired my own installer so I now only need delivery. TF for today, 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Supposedly, my stove was sold & delivered to someone else. Expectation date for newly ordered stove: 2-3 weeks. Ha! Canceled!

Went there for curbside pickup of a flat screen today. First time ever trying it. I checked in on the phone upon arriving. Tv was delivered to my vehicle within 10 minutes of check in. Employee that delivered was super friendly and professional. Will definitely do this again.

Had the worst experience I have ever had in a Best Buy. I went in knowing what I wanted. I went to the tablet, as a service rep past me I asked them if they could open the case and purchase it. They responded with let me find someone after waiting for another 10 minutes, team member comes up with a different customer who is going back and forth about buying a tablet. I watch this for 10 more minutes as I wait longer.... a friend I was with went and asked for them to send another representative over and they said they would. After watching the member stare at a lady who couldnt make her mind up for 28 minutes..... I ask him if I can buy that tablet. The lady then says that she would like to buy the same one in which there was only one left.Clearly I was waiting in front of it first patiently for 28 minutes.... I would not recommend it for both horrible customer service and terribly tidy and unstocked shelves.

Worst ever. Only one person to help the entire computer dept. That one person was tied down by one customer, so 2 other customers had to wait with our purchases. The customer didnt care, and the rep didnt try to move things along. Reps in nearby areas saw us waiting for long, but didnt help. Then when it was finally my turn, the rep didnt help me like he gave so much care to the previous customer. I actually asked him if there was another store nearby that I could go to.

1 star for installers5 stars for time of purchase (although we were told both doors could be reversed and only dryer is reversible per installers).Installers had to reverse the door on my dryer.... apparently they took apart the door and left sweaty finger prints inside the see-through part. All they had to do was take door and hinge off together and flip to the other side. That’s it. Now I’m having to take apart the door to wipe the inside clean then put back together again. Do NOT pay to have the door reversed, it’s an easy do it yourself. It took them 1 1/2 hours to install washer/dryer when it should have only taken 45 minutes max. They called at 8:15a to confirm delivery (purchased a month in advance but still didn’t have pedestals so I had to run over to a Lowe’s). They did two jobs after our call and then showed up at 10:20a. And left just before noon. Even when they tell you they got it handled I would advise standing there watching every minute. The front of the dryer door is scratched up from installer laying it face down on garage floor while working on it (there’s nothing to be done with it!). And there’s a scratch on top of the washer. I hope this review helps.Update: spent some time on the phone Saturday with their call center for a while but they priority shipped me a replacement door that I received Tuesday 3 days later. Thank you!!

Store shelves had many gaps in products and items within product families. Many products are missing pricing information. Customer service is not what it was when this store was located on the Eastern Boulevard.We can always shop online for electronics. So when a customer drives to a physical store and walks in, there is a specific reason. That’s the point of difference physical stores have over online. Use that to your advantage. When a customer is wondering around the store, that would be the time to walk over and ask if they need help.

I placed an order for a refrigerator yesterday to find out that it will not be delivered the same day or the day following. I called and asked if I could cancel my order because I need a refrigerator as soon as possible. The guy told me I couldnt cancel my order and he hung the phone up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional! This was my first and LAST time ordering ANYTHING from Best Buy. The other ladies who assisted me when I called back were wonderful women . For a first time purchase at your store, he shouldnt have been rude!

Delivery/Installation is the worst, pick it up yourself if you can!! Looks like they prioritize reeling you in for the sale, but once the sale is done do not expect to get any quality service! We spent over 4K in two weeks with delivery options... 1st delivery (last week) we had an appointment time scheduled for 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. NO CALL, called to find the status was given the run around for hours and they finely showed up three hours later with not even a sorry...nothing, no concern that I wasted my day waiting! This week we had another delivery scheduled for today 0700-1130...no, show, no call again! Been on the phone trying to get the status as their website that is supposed to show updates shows NOTHING!! Asked to speak to a manager and have been on hold over 30 minutes and then recycled into the automated system!! Why have appointment times if they do not honor them or keep you updated! Will definitely not be using the Montgomery BestBuy again!

I refuse to shop at best buy Im Montgomery. I gave Best Buy multiple chances to fix the issues at hand. Everything I bought was defective or had missing parts. The CSR sold me products thats not even compatible with my devices after I asked if it was. This is by far the worst Customer Service Ive ever experienced.

Very pleasant. My associate Jazzmeen was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I bought an open box and had to take it right back but she was again helpful and made the exchange easy. She also put notes in the system about what was wrong with the open box I had to return. Having to return the open box is the only reason I am giving a 4 and not 5.

After being screwed by a local Verizon store with tons of hidden fees and restock fees I went to best buy for a phone. I went in to get a middle of the road phone. The gentleman working today had everything set up and ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I even got to keep the same number. Guess what? Best Buy also didnt charge me a $29.99 fee for setting up the phone unlike the Verizon store. Plus Best Buy will allow you to pay for the phone in cash money with no hidden fees. Verizon will punish you for buying a phone outright. I purchased my phone outright at Verizon over a year ago. Damaged mine on Thanksgivings day this year and on Friday a local Verizon store made me pay $90 because they claimed they were giving me a $10 a month credit for buying my phone outright and because I broke the phone before September of 2021 I owed them. I told them I bought the phone with cash money so how did I owe them and they couldnt explain it.

Awful. Ordered a Galaxy 3 Smart watch on the June 11th and was told to pick it up on the 17th. 17th shows up, no texts or emails about my order and this store has their phones turned off for some reason? So I call customer service. They confirm that my order will be available for pick up that day. 4pm comes around, I go to the store to pick it up and tell me its not there. I ask the guy at the counter where it is because customer service said it was available already. He tells me it HASNT EVEN SHIPPED YET. I ask him when I can expect it and he says MAYBE the 18th or 19th. Frustrated, I leave only to get an email that night saying its been delayed until July 1st??? Will never go to Best Buy again. Walmart has it in stock for $20 more. To not deal with this kind of garbage, that $20 is worth it.

I mainly go there for geek squad. We dont have many options where I live. Anytime I get something done, I wait for at least 1.5 an hour, have to schedule another appointment (usually a week later), I have to come back a 3rd time so they can fix the fix. Not very convenient.Idk. I hate to write this, but their service is not very good. You can tell that they are not managed properly, always short staffed, and just dont think to do basic things that even I know to do. It seems like the system/procedures that they must go through, just to get the most basic thing done, is oppressive. The people are nice though.

This review is for Courtney. This young lady deserves more than 5 stars. I was buying Air purifiers and was expecting a specific price on each item . To my dismay each model I chose was a higher price than I anticipated. Subsequently, I usually put the items back on the shelf and try to find them at my anticipated price at another store. However, this young lady remained patient and explained the prices on the different models with the most beautiful smile and disposition. I, bought all three Air purifiers and tried to buy her lunch.

The one sitting and the loudest. replied very rudely They have a camera they can see you. Finally a young man came from behind the door Help the lady in front of me that had no appointment Moved on to another lady that had no appointment so I inquired to him will I be helped as well I have an appointment He asked me to sit down I did as I was asked And waited for another 45 minutes Not a good experience. They will sell you a product really really quick, but will not be available afterwards to answer questions. They never answer their phones. The waiting over the phone is horrible. They open at 11a and never answer when you call. I called and waited 2.5hrs for someone to pick up. Needed to check to see if my iPad repair was ready and were forced to drive 20 miles to check on my device when a simple phone call would had sufficed. No point of having the automated machine answer if they cant pick up when it places you on hold

I usually have a 5/5 experience here. My issues pertain to pandemic-related curbside service (its worth mentioning that we havent experienced any issues with this at the other 3 locations weve visited since March).Once someone answers, the person receiving calls on the main number is nice, but she doesnt have answers pertaining to curbside orders, and she doesnt redirect you to someone who does. She will tell you that all curbside orders must be made online rather than directing your call to anyone with knowledge of a product, and when the app glitches its near impossible to get the phone answered to tell them youve arrived for pickup. I think this location just needs more training on the phones.
