Due to its refurbished policy on products and the warranty. They will check the appliance before delivering and again at your home; however after 60 - 90 days...you are on your own. All products and sets start in high $300 up. There were no individual washers at the time of my visit. Check the brand name and the warranty policy before you buy.

Junky used old products and unprofessional. I will no longer support this sorry place or their products DONT SHOP HERE GO ELSEWHERE. They products break down so quick. With only 90 days warranty you know damn well yall products some real junk.

Said they only had 2 washers but I saw 100 with tags

I bought two dryers from them, both stopped working in less then 6 months. I contacted them, and ask can some one come look at my dryer, he stated, due to COVID 19 they cannot come out, but they are still delivering appliances and hooking them up, sounds like an excuse. I wouldn’t recommend no one to shop with them and the customer service is horrible.

Bought a washer back in 2009 and its still working great. Just moved from living with my mom and I let her us it so I need another one now. Great service here.💯💯😀😃

I purchased a dryer and refrigerator from this store approximately 4 years ago and I must say I have been satisfied with both. I have had to call them twice in reference to the refrigerator having slight issues, but in both cases the service I received was always prompt and helpful. I recommend this store to friends and family often, because of their great service.

Got a dryer from them and 3 weeks later the timer stops working and the dryer wont switch off on its own. Made promises of fixing it and even replacing the dryer altogether and havent heard anything since. Now the heater in the dryer doesnt work at all. Waste of time and money. Terrible business.

I bought dryer and fridge also stove, dryer stopped heating, service man great guy came out fixed, wires loose, okay.Dryer stopped heating again open up back of dryer top element jumped over bottom element control burned out cause its so rusty.This business should take more pride in what they sell,90 days warranty is ok but risk of burning your home down aint worth saving the money.Cavieat empore, buyer be ware their turning a quick buck.Went in a few days ago fridge 399 mold still on bottom freezer rails, examine their stuff very close before you leave they have brand new attitude when you have a greivance.
