Wow, time flies but I had a 66 star experience from Low. She was a very talented individual on and off the court. She also knew how to deliver that ice cream very well. I think she’s retired now but I wish the company good luck with future endeavors. 🌙

Ice cream was amazing my 2 year old niece love it! But I was very disappointed with the customer service I received from Jocelyn the young lady working as cashier. I asked her if I could have a sample spoon because my niece has difficulties holding a regular spoon because she only has her right hand. The young lady hesitated looked at me and said just letting you know these spoons are only for samples. I try to explain why I wanted the spoon but she just gave it to me and walked away. I honestly felt very disrespected by this employee. Please hire people that are humble and want to bring your business up not down.

First time trying this place. Cassandra helped us out she was incredibly nice!!! I am a very undecisive person and she did not loose her patience. Great 1st time experience thank you Cassandra. 😀

My daughter wanted an icecream cone - she loved it! Plus all their flavored icecream looks very apealing.

Jan 31 2020, ordered a chocolate chocolate cone but was denied because the chocolate cones are for tomorrow, Jocelyn provided a rushing and poor service!
