I love this place they have great pants there. Customer service is decent they can work on it especially the ones that are at the cashier.

9 out of 10 times the employees are amazing. Past few times, I have gone. Have gotten some great deals.

Theres a little bit of confusion going on in the store, they have you pay outside in the kiosk but sometimes theres too many people at the kiosk so they have to keep you locked inside and that gets a little bit confusing for the cashiers. The associates take a lot of heat, but you can see theyre trying their best given this pandemic. Only knocked my rating a star because I dont feel they have as many diverse options as they used to have, but thats my own personal taste.

I grew up in MONTCLAIR, and Hot Topic was the only place I new that carried what I wanted as a teenager. Now a father of 2, my sons look forward to getting new shirts here at least once a month. Keep it up Hot Topic 👍🏻✊🏼😎

Love this store! Great customer service, and they always have the cutest things! I got my 13 year old an adorable Princess and the Frog outfit!!!!! ADORABLE!!!!! Not to mention they have the greatest selection of Harry Potter items! Go quickly and shop!

Amazing clothes, nice staff, great prices. I can also get some cosplay outfits. Like Harry Potter uniforms, or Cat ears black claw like nails and a black mask to play catwoman. The only this that gets me is they dont have 3X in anything but Tees and tanks, but hey this place is still amazing with their jewelry, hair accessories, hair colors, and Disney products, as well as Marvel. They are also great for if a movie you like just came out with products they most likely will have it.

I had no idea what i was looking for, i was there to shop for a friend. I was greeted my an employee named Candy she was so nice and very helpful!! Candy took me through the store and gave me ideas on what i could purchase for my friend gift.

They were super nice but kept leaving the security tags on. It was funny walking back and having them remove it multiple times.

Omgoodness! I had the best experience here! I went in with my 6 month old boy to shop for my husbands Fathers Day gift and a wonderful lady helped me. Her name started with a M (Im really bad with names!! 😫) She went out of her way to find what I was looking for even found something I didnt know I needed and LOVED IT!!! Thank you!!! Love Frankenstein and the bride of Frankenstein, the mommy all the characters from old horror films, they have so many different characters from marvels superheroes to l Love Lucy to Mickey mouse and minnie, so much more I bought myself a bride of Frankenstein vintage purse and Im loving it

I visited the store 15 minutes before closing at 8:45 as the posted hours say the store is open until 9 and I was sent away saying the store was closed. I will not be back to this location.
