Went it to by a pair of shoes I found online. Every one was just standing around talking not wanting to work. Finally the cashier finished and offered to assist while the others kept discussing their weekend. When the manager was told, she just made excuses for the other workers. Great job to the cashier.
This is a bad shop. You will not buy any new Jordan styles from him. Then I found out that the manager had sold these shoes at the “back door”I hope this matter will let their owners know.
Am mostly a Big 5 $20 sneaker shopper but this store was so fancy! The design really highlights the shoes and exercise clothing. They didnt have my size for any of the shoes I was interested in but the place is so nice I cant fault them for that. One of the nicer shoe stores Ive ever been in.

This store doesnt belong in this plaza or at least its staff. The manager Joel pretty much doesnt do anything just walks around in circles like a dog chasing its tale has no clue what customer service is and as a result his staff doesnt either. Worst store Ive been to in a long time and will never shop at any footlocker again or my family for that matter.

This store sucks its customer service with the employees is horrible but the attitude the manager Joel has and customer service is exactly why his staff is the way it is. Not once did he ask what the problem was or did he even care or show any concerns of y I was there. We crossed paths about 3 or 4 times as his staff kept asking him what to do and even having my receipt email on my phone they still cheated me out of the price I paid for the shoes. This is exactly why I dont shop here anymore they just got lucky they were a gift. So if u want to pay more for shoes and get treated like dirt for your hard earned money shop here I guess ...
I went to the store yesterday and I received horrible service. I was helped by the manager tommy and another guy named Milan who would not return my shoes. They claimed the shoes were worn! How the hell do I know if the shoe fits If I can’t wear them out. I only wore them out twice but they wouldn’t not return the shoes because they bottom was dirty ! I asked to speak to the manager and his name was tommy and he refused to return my shoes and I will never shop here again ! Horrible service. We should be able to return used shoes !
I took some shoes back and the girl that was helping me was rude. I clearly told her that I wanted to mail the items back and she asked me was it an online order. Well being the shoes are in the USPS package I would say so myself. Just shook my head... I will stick to Adidas.
One day my grandma invited me to Ontario to go to the Montclair Plaza Mall. My mom and I went over to the mall and me being a sneaker collecter I went to all the shoe stores in the mall but the foot locker/house of hoops blew me away!!! It was like walking into heaven to me. All the shoes were great! There was a lot of shoes in there that I like, like the Lebron Soldier 10, Jordan 31s and I think there was 13s too! The employees are nice and the shoes are great and thats why I came there! (Also because my grandma invited me) I rate this store 5 stars!
Horrible service, they said they only do price match if the item is on sale at another Footlocker. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. I purchased a pair of shoes and that same night I found it on sale at another store in the mall.... The same item not a similar item. I only asked for them to price match it, not for my money back.
I found nice and comfortable shoes for a reasonable price there and the service is good.
I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for my 6 year old (they were a Christmas gift) We found the exact same shoes, just a 1/2 size smaller and we were told we had to pay the price difference because we were past the 30 day mark. These shoes were purchased on 11/23 and he opened them on 12/25. Most retailers honor the 30 day exchange from Christmas so I went back to talk to the manager. Wendy, the manager on duty, was not rude but certainly not polite when she came up to talk to me. I explained to her the situation and her only response (which she repeated 4 or 5 times) was that was store policy. I asked her why wouldnt they honor the 30 day policy after Christmas and her response was that all they have done the past 2 weeks are returns and exchanges and they couldnt do anymore. She then proceeded to talk to another associate about my issue over her headset right in front of me, and then said since I clearly wasnt going to let it go she would just return the $10 difference to me. Another associate, by the name of Branden, then chimed in asking why she was returning it when it is against policy, right in front of me. I asked for the Store Manager and District Managers name and a contact number, and she refused to give me any information on her DM and only the first name of her SM. When I asked for her name, she ignored me twice and finally gave me her name. I then asked for the other associates name, and she asked him what his name was very sarcastically. He looked at me and told me his name is Branden but why did I need his name when he wasnt part of my transaction. Wendy responded dont worry, I will tell you about it later and he again said rudely why did I need his name. At this point, another customer was at the cash wrap and was staring at me. I responded there is no reason to ever talk to your customers they way you are right now and they both just walked away.I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in customer service, certainly never by anyone in management and never in front of another customer. And to think, this location lost a customer over $10
The manger lady was very rude and lied to me just to rush me out the door at 6:50 when they closed at 7. I wanted to try on some shoes so she stared at me rude and said just try on the display shoe she was not nice at all I just wanted to get a pair of shoes my size and I asked her if I can order them online or to see if another store had them, she said no we dont sell that brand any more, so afterwards I go online to double check and they do sell the shoes that I was looking for!! She lied and was rude about it, if you are gonna be rude dont lie on top of it thats just horrible horrible customer service

This review is for the Montclair Footlocker. Went in to buy a pair of Nikes asked for shoe size to try on the size I asked for was not correct waited for help from employees possible assistant manager never came back to check how shoe felt or how the fit.Left these shoes and went to another store inside this mall CHAMPS and bought them theirVery poor customer service at this locationI have shopped this store before and this visit has to be the worst.
